Great, except for the food and the service! It was our first time there and the young staff's intent seemed positive and genuine. Nice relaxed setting, indoors and out. Would have stayed longer and spent more had service been reasonable and the wraps more flavorful.. Hopefully they were just having a particularly bad, maybe understaffed, afternoon. read more

This place hit the trifecta with terrible food drinks and music. Haven't had a burger that dry and bland since who knows when...on par with a hospital or highschool cafeteria burger. The wrap was mostly mushy rice and also completly bland and the margarita was all syrup and undrinkable. They did have nice staff, the only good thing was the lager and the big patio out back. Service was a little slow. I ordered a fiesta salad with chicken instead of beef and the chicken was not good, the kind of meat where you question if it's really meat. We were staying up at a cabin in Government Camp and popped down the mountain for gas and groceries. In need of some lunch we searched Yelp and found Wraptitude. It was darling! It's a small little establishment with maybe a dozen tables and all of the staff were really sweet. My husband was really hungry and got both the loaded nachos and the Cubano sandwich. I had had a large breakfast and so I just got a Hawaiian smoothie and shared some of his fries. He loved the sandwich-- he said the pork was roasted perfectly-- and even though we'd shared some of the fries there was more than enough to take home. I should also add specifically that our server, Christine, was one of the loveliest parts of our experience. I really hope she stays so that she's there the next time we are on the mountain! read more

Food is good but there is literally no service at all. No one cared if we ate or didn't or if had anything we needed. Completely self-serve which was disappointing with the price we paid. Love this place. Food is delicious, drinks are good, and staff is amazing. Vegetarians, they have a delicious veggie patty. My kids love the big open yard to play in while we chat & relax. It's literally a breath of fresh air. Ignore the haters. Also, I've seen some negative reviews on this place lately. I promise I'm saying all of this from a place of kindness as I don't want negative energy associate with this amazing restaurant & staff. Staff put on masks once you walk in or you're within 6 feet of them (as in when you're in the drive thru.) as a nurse who has been forced to wear a mask even in a break room for 12.5+ hours I first hand know the relief you get from taking it off from time to time...goodness forbid people be free thinkers. Also, it's funny that doctors & nurses who come out with info saying how masks can make the healthy sick and only n95s are effective in preventing COVID are shamed because Kate "the great" tells everyone else to. Let's also not forget that for me to stay home from work I'd have to be less than 6 ft, maskless, with a COVID positive person for greater than 3 minutes (some studies showing maskless for 10-30 min) to be at risk for catching COVID. Never had to wait more than 3 minutes here even thought their tables are almost always full outside. I'm thankful this small business is still open even after the unnecessary shut down that miraculously didn't decrease numbers (the natural progression of a virus did). read more

We've been going here for years, and could always count on in expensive and reliably good food - not fancy, but a good place to get a quick bite. This time was really disappointing. We ordered two Santa Fe wraps to go - one avocado and one chicken. Each consisted of mushy white rice and a few black beans, with barely a sign of any other ingredients. No flavor at all. This place is just awesome. I had a wrap and my husband and best friend had a burger. Everything was beautifully made and tasted amazingly fresh. Their fries are also to die for. If you don't want to wait, make sure you get here at an off peak time (ie not around lunch of dinner) because this place for PACKED after we got our food. The service was also amazing. This was our "go to" burger place when we moved to Welches the fall of 2014, not any more! Over the last 18 months the quality and taste of the food has deteriorated. Tonight we decided to give Wraptitude another try, the prices have increased, the burger was once very tasty but that is no longer the case, and the grilled bun was burnt to the point my wife just threw it away. I went there yesterday for lunch! The food is amazing. Such good wraps, burgers, and salads. Such a fun place to go after being on mt. Hood hiking all afternoon! They have a beautiful patio area with lots of seating ! Also lots of vegan and vegetarian options. All the employees are very kind! Service was good but the food was mediocre. Maybe on busy nights it's better. The prices went up in the past year. I got a French dip sandwich for $10 which is typical but my boyfriend got a wrap for $11 & it was not good. Smothered in mayo. they have a tiki bar. I probably won't go back. read more

So it took me awhile before I even tried Wraptiude and I am glad I did. I normally do the BBQ Pulled Pork wrap, but enjoy their breakfast wraps in the AM (granola, yogurt, etc - super power food!) Pretty good. bar burgers are usually good. at least better than fast food. All the burgers looked heavy duty...but I guess it's a burger not a kale salad. Fries were like checkers-really good The BBQ was excellent. I've worked in the bar & restaurant biz for 15 years & live in Miami with a ton of great restaurants and this burger was not bad at all. I like them thicker & medium rare...but compared to similar establishments, it was pretty good. the staff was polite. It was clean. Friendly neighborhood joint not trying to be anything other than it is.... a good casual place. The wraps looked huge & better in person. To say it was less than good, is to say you were expecting a fine dining place or trendy goofy place or more than just burgers and wraps....of course if you have been around, there is better, but for the type of place it was & compared to the other junk in the area, it was more than good, almost great...you have to expect a few minutes unless you want frozen fast food & anywhere costs at least $7-12 for lunch...some are nit picking. not sure about other dishes, our food was very good read more

This place has a great vibe, okay food, but the wait staff wasn't in any hurry to help us. We came on a Saturday late afternoon and the place wasn't packed, but somehow the two groups who came in after us and ordered to-go got their food before us. We could see our food in the window just sitting there. I work in the restaurant business and made sure to be very kind to the servers so I'm not sure what was going on. I was absolutely astonished at the blatant obvious attempt to push supposedly alcoholic drinks on paying customers, that was abundantly clear there was very little if any alcohol in the drinks whatsoever. I went there last night, bought two drinks, second one had no alcohol in it. I immediately called the waitress over and complained I could not taste any alcohol whatsoever in the drink that she brought me. She told me that she put alcohol in it and of course I did not believe her. I know what alcohol tastes like in an alcoholic drink, and there was no alcohol in it. She then asked me if I was intoxicated that's when I stood up and said I'm going to pay my check and I'm leaving. I told her if you think someone is intoxicated, don't serve them, if you serve them make sure you put alcohol in the drink that they pay for. This place is definitely short serving the mixed drinks there is no question about it, ripping people off left and right counting on no one complaining. well I did complain, and I'm letting everybody know about it right now don't buy mixed drinks in this place, you'll get ripped off. Of course I did not stay for my dinner I ordered, or pay for that either, it's a sad day when proprietors resort to this tactic, less than MINUS four stars!!! I don't know how they create such delicious creations in 10 minutes or less but every time I hit the slopes at Mt Hood I make it a point to hit up Wraptitude too. I stopped into Wraptitude yesterday on my way home from work to order food to take home. While I waited for my to go order I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and teamwork. The synergy in this establishment is something that is missing from many businesses. Their food is always quick and tasty. I give them 5 stars because of their food and more so because of the environment they were providing for themselves as well as their customers. They are definitely keeping the aloha spirit alive on Mt. Hood. They truly care about their customers and they truly appreciate each other. Great job team! Stopped here with my two teenage boys after a day on the mountain. There were a couple people at the bar drinking but pretty empty. I ordered the Kahuna burger and two of the Goose burger. On one of the Goose burgers I requested the egg be very well done and add lettuce, onion, and tomato. When our order came out the egg was very underdone, the white part wasn't even cooked all the way so you know the yolk was super runny, the onions and lettuce looked like the vegetables from the taco bar so they just fell out everywhere. My son took the egg, and the cheese it was touching off, and ate about half of it. The Kahuna burger had one tiny slice of Canadian bacon and some canned pineapple. I don't really expect fresh pineapple but when it said ham I was expecting more. The beef itself was very good and the buns and fries were perfect. Always upsetting when someone in you party is unhappy with their food. I even told the guy at the counter twice the egg had to be well done, nothing runny. Also not a fan of ordering at the counter. Wow this place has gone way downhill! My first experience at wraptitude was amazing! I ordered a Cali club and a large side of fries and portion size was great and the wrap was perfectly seasoned and sauced. Next try portion size was good, however they stopped serving vodka red bull and the wrap was lackluster... Fries were still great though. This last time service was stressed, with 8 other customers in the place. They f'ed up the guy's order in front of me 3 times! I just got fries and coffee this time because the wrap wasn't worth it last time, and they totally scammed us on the fries! I paid 7 dollars for 2 dozen fries that barely covered the bottom of the to-go container! read more
