Eyebrow threading: quick, easy, and affordable walk in. I came by as a walk-in for eyebrow threading. I didn't see any employees or customers but I assume they were busy - someone from behind a door said that I could take a seat and wait. I didn't have to wait long before another employee came out to help me with my eyebrows. I didn't catch her name, but the employee was very nice and efficient. She threaded quickly, plucked a few stray hairs, and then offered some aloe for my skin. She was also wearing a mask the whole time. The salon generally looked pretty clean and it wasn't crowded. By the time I was wrapping up, the next appointment was coming in. Would definitely recommend this place if you want simple and quick threading. I think from the time I set foot in the store to the time that I left was maybe 10 minutes. My only comment is that no one seems to pick up the phone. I tried calling a few times during the day but got no answer (doesn't seem like they have a receptionist). On their website there is a form you can fill out for appointments but I didn't try to use it. In any case, it was easy for me to just do a walk in for eyebrow threading. If it were a longer or more labor intensive treatment/wax, you should probably make an appointment. read more

I had a terrible experience trying to use a Groupon here. The Groupon was not even advertising a facial that they actually have. Additionally, the salon employee I had been texting with never actually offered to help me book an appointment. I thought I was fine just confirming the 12 PM opening with her. When we got to the place, I was almost glad that I hadn't bought the Groupon before and the store had agreed with me to honor the Groupon price. Came here for my first ever Brazilian Wax. I booked it through Classpass and am always worried that I'll be treated differently because you're not paying full price (always tip based on the full amount through). But I had nothing but 5 star service here! I called the day prior to make an appointment for a Chocolate Brazilian Wax before coming the next day. The studio is clean and there is a bathroom available to freshen up in. You're escorted back behind a mirror and a room for the wax with a curtain that is private. The woman doing my wax was so patient as it was my first time, I wasn't ready for the heat or the pain y'all. She was very nice, professional, and fast! The entire wax was probably 10 minutes at most. Also, loved that they take Venmo! I don't know if I'll ever get a wax again in my life because my pain tolerance is nonexistent. Avoid. Booked this place on ClassPass. They confirmed the appointment. I show up and the person isn't there. They had a family emergency. Theres nobody to do the service. They then tried to get me to do something different and it took many messages to get them to refund my ClassPass credits. Then I was hit with a $25 no show fee. I WAS THERE! When I brought this to their attention they wanted to give me $25 worth of service. I told them I just wanted my $25 back. They never got ClassPass to refund the no show fee and I had to dispute it instead. I've been coming here since 2019 and the price is great compared to other Spots! I usually do a Brazilian in a small but clean room. The girls are always switching around so I'm pretty used to not always having the same girl every time but quality was always the same, pretty good for the price. They don't double dip, you get your own wax cup and they refill it if necessarily which I love! Don't get your eyebrows done though- they usually leave it in slightly different shapes (big enough to enough if you're nit-picky like I am, but I only get them done when I want to clean them up and then go home and shape them myself) I can't complain honestly. Reliable service, everyone is friendly and SUPER FAST!! I'm usually in and out within 15-30 minutes depending on how many services I get done. This place is my go to spot. read more

Terrible experience! I went in for eyebrow threading. The woman doing my brows cut my eyebrow skin and took off a portion of my brows (see photos) because she was talking to coworkers the whole time. I complained to her about the state of my bleeding, uneven brows and instead of apologizing she started yelling at me saying she not my servant and is allowed to talk to her coworkers. When I asked for her name she refused to give me that and the manager, who also refused to give me her name, also started yelling. Due to two of them yelling I started recording them for proof. They claimed that recording was illegal and they called the police on me saying this was harassment (obviously recording for proof is legal). The police came and obviously told them this wasn't a police matter. When the police was there the manager finally agreed to give her name (Devi). In the meantime the business lost customers which the manager clearly didn't care about. Beware! Not only does this business not care about its customers, but they may yell at you and call the cops if you complain! read more

I hate giving reviews like this but I really just want to warn people from getting eyelash cluster extensions here. I'm begging you not to do it. First of all, they use regular drugstore Ardell lashes (why?) combined with a glue that must be older than Methuselah himself. The glue accidentally fell into my eye, onto my hard contact lens, so I had to take it out to rub it clean and then the lens itself literally shattered from my rubbing (which 100% was my fault for trying to clean it, yes, but why would there by glue going inside my eye in the first place?). And look, I've had extensions done over a dozen times and I've never had an experience like this one. I'm really just hoping this place will just stop doing extensions and focus on other services because they do not have skilled people doing this. It's truly just dangerous to have someone mess with someone's eyes when they have absolutely no idea what they're doing. This isn't personal at all, they have very kind women working there, but this was madness. They really, really shouldn't offer lash extensions if they don't know how to do them. I thought that the pain from the bad glue would subside the next day, but it stayed as awful as it initially was so I had to literally pluck each cluster off (with many real eyelashes stuck on of course) just so I could get the glue away from my eyes. I just came from this horrible place tonight. I had a groupon for a wax and as soon as I got there, this woman told me it wasn't for the service I wanted, it wasn't for that location and then, she said I had to pay an extra $3. I was fine with that. Then, when she finally came to the room, she purposedly poured hot wax and then proceeded to rip the paper against the grain where it would be more painful. I told her to stop and she did not, then she called me a bitch under her breath thinking that I would not hear her.I asked her earlier for the chocolate wax and she did not give it to me. She tried to up sell me still after she hurt my skin. I paid her the $3, but I would not recommend anyone to come here. I am reporting them to BBB. I don't understand why some people would purposely hurt customers to make easy money. She is the younger Indian woman in late 20's/30's with long hair in a bun. Don't come here. read more

The worst eyelash extensions I've ever had. 30 minutes were spent on prying my eyes open because she super glued them. Afterwards i looked like I had no eyelashes on ! And the quality is so. Heap. They are stiff and poke. I was in so much pain "Luckily " they fell out within days. Please beware! I can't speak for their threading but don't come here for eyelashes. They forced me to pay $50. I have tried two times to make appointments to redeem my voucher, and both times I have been canceled on less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointed. The first time I was canceled the day before a wedding event (July 16th). Now now, August 8th, I was called canceled on again, and tomorrow is my birthday. I'm not usually one to air out my dirty laundry such as where I get (certain) parts waxed, but I am a little annoyed from my last visit here. I'm not gonna lie--my first reaction really was "WOW" when I saw their $15 deal for a Brazilian wax on Groupon. I was really spoiled by my experience at European Wax Center, so I knew I was going to have to lower my standards, in terms of service, hygiene, and comfortability. The first time was really not that bad, actually. They got the job done and they even enticed me to come back next time for $15. A bit of a dirty, dingy-looking environment, but I was sold. In fact, I'd say the way that they handle their wax is pretty hygienic: they scoop up some wax into a sauce cup and use a new wooden stick--all disposable, quick, and easy. It's nowhere near a smooth experience, but if you can endure about 10 minutes of pain, you'll be fine. The chocolate wax ain't all that special enough for me to come here but whatever, it got the job done. So took them on that deal and came back a few months later and was expecting a seamless transaction. It was so sloppy and to add insult to injury, when she was "finished," she slapped the disgusting piece of wax paper with the stick used on me right in between my legs. Almost like she was implying, "here's all the shit that was growing on you that I got off." And here I thought waxing was me not having to look at that shit for a while. But nope, she probably wanted to remind me that I was a beast of some sort. Needless to say, that last part grossed me out and I haven't been back since. I found a Groupon online for Wow Threading Studio. There was some confusion on how to use the Groupon so I just paid for the service - no complaints about that. Where I usually pay $60 for a brazilian at EWC it was half the price at Wow. And I can say WOW! Sonul was kind, experienced, fast and efficient. They have several different kinds of wax there and I told her I had sensitive skin so she chose the wax for me. It was the best wax I have had with the exception of another vendor a few years back. The last wax I had at EWC, although the person was experienced, I was irritated and itchy afterward and I think it was the wax not her expertise. Every hair is gone and I am smooth as a newborn LOL. I will be returning there again and again. Ask for Sonul she is amazing. The room is small but clean and private. If you want to pay a lot of money for a lesser service be my guest. Here at Wow Threading Studio I got more than I paid for and I tipped generously. Even with the tip it was still almost half what i paid at EWC. read more

Please do not come to this studio for a Brazilian wax. I know the Groupon is cheap, there's a reason why ladies. The woman who did my wax couldn't finish fast enough. The wax was scorching hot and she didn't even bother to ask if the temperature was ok. I type this review as my skin is currently on FIRE. Not only that, there are signs everywhere that say "we don't double dip" and thats an absolute lie. This woman not only double dipped, but she used the same wax strip for essentially the entire area. The staff was slightly rude to me and the Groupon also has a $2 tax (*which they didn't mention until I had to pay*). Overall, this place is a hole in the wall salon with questionable hygiene, unfriendly staff, and scorching hot wax. Save yourself the weeks of peeling off blistered skin and pay the extra $$ at a place that will treat your skin like, well, skin. read more

I come here because it's close to my office so I can get my eyebrows threaded over lunch super quickly, for only $6. It's nothing special. I would not come here again for anything other than threading. I asked for a 10 min massage once, they said I needed to call ahead to schedule in advance. The next week, I scheduled a 20 min chair massage in advance. When I got in, they lead me to a separate room upstairs with a table. After telling them multiple times I wanted a chair massage and not a table massage, they finally conceded that their chair was broken. The assured me the table massage would be "better". It was not. The woman dumped a bunch of oil on my back and basically scratched my shoulders for 1 minute before I got up and explained to the manager downstairs that it was not the service I'd asked for or been promised.
