I was charged $20 for insurance on 2 phones as a new customer. I declined the insurance and was told it was mandatory to receive the promotional deal of 2 Samsung A20 phones. I called Customer Service and they credited my account for the $20. Customer Service also told me, I was correct....Insurance is always "optional" and is not required to receive any sort of promotion within the store. The store associate lied!! That is fraudulent!
