Our project included special wiring coming out of the walls, wrapped corners instead of trim around windows, and a few walls that didn't line up perfectly (tie-in to existing structure). Once we were able to start, they came almost immediately, and finished surprisingly fast: took about 1 week for a large attic, large bedroom with closet and master bath, stairwell plus another ceiling - around 4500 sq. ft. of new installed drywall (and finishing another 500 sq. ft. existing drywall). All taped and sanded with knockdown textured ceilings. We will likely have them do another part of the project when that is ready.

He explained the types of wear on my floors and outlined his refinishing strategy step by step. He provided a consultation for my indoor floors, but then I had him also look at my garage floor and he said he was able to do the work I was looking for, which is what I will be reviewing here today. I had a few cracks in my garage floor and was looking to Epoxy it to protect it for the winter. Dave explained to me his process and how it differs from the competition which helps keep his cost low. The best part about Dave was that he stuck to the quote he gave me, with no surprises or additional ask for money, and he started when he said he would, got the job done quick, and finished when he said he would - anyone who has worked with contractors before knows this is a rarity! Dave was respectful and treated the place with care, and I would recommend his work to others. We think the garage looks great!
