We brought in a very old, delicate map that we were honestly nervous to hand over to anyone. They immediately put us at ease. Their knowledge, equipment, and genuine care made it clear the map was in the right hands. It had some damage, and they went above and beyond, color matching and restoring it so beautifully that once it was framed, you'd never know anything had been wrong. We also had several older, sentimental paintings framed, and they treated each piece with the same level of respect and attention. The results were stunning. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. He even tried on a hat I wanted to buy my husband and was concerned about the size. He let me know they take returns within 30 days with the receipt and original tagging. Fortunately it fit! This amazing shop is on Main Street which is closed to through traffic. There is free publick parking just down the street at the Museam of Ventura County. It is also in a great location for other speacialty stores and eateries.
