I would give them zero stars but that's not an option. Will never go back. Went in for a pedicure. They trimmed the nails way too short and the shape was rounded. So now I'm likely to get ingrown nails. Not what I signed up for. Also clipped my toe when trimming the nails. Now it's bleeding. Hopefully, it won't get infected. Take my advice and go somewhere, anywhere else. read more

They were very pushy and pressuring to go against what I wanted. Said I needed to do a dip instead of gel..i asked if it would hurt my nails, they said it would make them better and long. I had no idea they would be adding tips to them. They destroyed my nails. Insisted it was better...when she was done, They not only looked bad and goopy but came off in a week. this was right before Christmas. and I still gave a holiday tip, because it was christmas. They werent even grateful. but they 100% ruined my nails at a very steep price of 57 dollars, for just a dip manicure. If anything, sure it was one bad time, but the atmosphere and the pushiness, was uncomfortable. And to not even say Thank You after leaving a generous tip AFTER receiving a bad experience, ugly nails, left a bad taste. read more

0/10, do not waste your time nor money here, please. I spent a total of 72$ on my nails alone and they did a HORRIBLE job. The nail polish is uneven and bumpy on my nails and they were shaped horribly. The Nail tech who was working on my nails was rather inpatient with me and definitely over charged me. I also got lash extensions done for 55$ dollars, and they weren't bad for the price but they started falling out immediately, they didn't even last a day when I was told they would last up to 2-3 weeks. I washed my face 2 days after I had gotten them done and so many lashes came out. Wasted over 100$ here and my time. Please do not come here; definitely not worth it. read more

I hesitate to give 2 stars but the salon was clean & staff pleasant...but it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The tech was hurried (although they weren't that busy & I had an appointment). She didn't trim all of my nails, barely filed them so ultimately they came out crooked. The sides of the nails were deeply cut ---hope I don't get ingrown toenails! She only spent about 30 seconds on each foot with the brushes. The leg massage was okay... then she quickly threw on the polish & top coat. The nail polish does not coat the entire nail & I noticed this morning one is chipped already. I can normally go for 4-5 weeks before I need another pedicure but this one will make it that long. My tried & true salon that I loved closed during the pandemic & losing their lease...so now I'm still looking for a place to get a decent simple pedicure as i won't be going back to World Nail. read more

They DESTROYED my nails. Ive have two nails legit fall off. One got infected (probably because my tech used dirty tools) at the base of my nail causing it to chip completely off and the other broke in the center leaving me a half nail. To think I spent 45 dollars on acrylics that caused me to go to the ER is unbelievable. They should get shut down. read more

I got acrylics and they looked grown out right after they were done. The tech wasn't the most polite and there's bubbles all over my nails and they're all different shapes. All i got done was the acrylics and a plain color and theres so many issues with just that. Liked the price, NOT the quality. read more

I come here often. But this last time I had it. HANH I believe is her name was extremely over confident in what I wanted instead of doing what I asked multiple times. She didn't listen to what I was saying and kept suggesting other stuff after I had told her I wanted tips with dip. She then was very jerky and kept yanking my hands around. At one point when I turned to see who came in she slapped my hand and said don't move. My nails are not even. On one hand they are longer and trimmed lopsided. They are driving me nuts. 5 stars for their Pearl Pedicure. Fantastic. 1 Star for Pink & White. My nails are MINE, I have powder and gel put on to keep them looking nice and because I can be harsh on my hands. World Nails is a World away from being able to do a pink fill or a BACKFILL properly. I gave them multiple chances, this was not a one time thing. I ran around last night desperate to get my toes re-done (they looked horrible) and couldn't find a salon that was open or could get me in (it was 8pm)...so I get on my iphone and pop in nail salon, call them and they got me in at 8:15pm and it was FABULOUS...they gave me a bottle of water, and the girl I got was SPECTACULAR, she pretty much put my feet and legs to sleep. It was the best service and pedicure EVER! THANKS WORLD NAILS! Oh, and they are very good price for the whole works, foot and leg massage, salt rub and hot towels and design - only came to $28 and in a massage chair no less! read more

I have been going to this place for sometime now . Never had a bad experience until. Tina started doing my nails. she has cut the sides of my nails( the skin) that they are now so infected I can do anything. and she has done the same w/my cuticles. my fingers are red, sore and so infected the hurt so bad!!!!!!! that I have to go to a dr and see if they can do anything more then what i'm doing SHAME ON YOU WORLD OF NAILS I WILL NEVER GO BACK read more

The inside of the salon was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly, however I am never going back. I was given a horrible shellac manicure. My nails were not shaped before painting and I went home and had to file them myself because the ends were jagged. I used go to C&T nails which costs about $10 less for a shellac manicure and basic pedicure. Attached is a picture of what my nails looked after 1 week. read more

I went to World Nails tonight - took my Dad with me for pedicures. As usual we had outstanding service! Friendly, Clean, Affordable and they do a great job! I usually request Tina and my Dad usually requests Kim! They are Awesome! I also had Lee give me a hand an arm massage and use salt scrub on the dead skin on my elbows. It was amazing! I had been going there to get my acrylics done. I decided that I wanted them off so I went there. They tries to just PULL them off my fingers!!! Mind you, the nails were stuck on VERY good. I was in complete shock that they would even try that so I didn't say anything until about he third nail. I was almost crying by that point, OBVIOUSLY in pain and I said I didn't think I could take anymore. Try proceeded to gently keep trying to pull them off. Until I said I couldn't do it. THEN, they soaked then off and were still trying to pull here and there when I wasn't watching. I loved the pedicures but will NEVER go back for acrylic nails read more

I went here for my bff's pre wedding manicure and pedicure. I normally don't like getting my nails done at an inexpensive place because it doesn't feel clean, and I don't like to pay for the expensive salons because frankly I don't want to spend a bunch of money on something I should be able to do myself (i.e. paint my toenails) Anywho this place is the perfect nail salon for me. It was inexpensive and I had the best pedicure of my life. Literally I think we sat in the chair for 45 minutes with extensive foot and leg massage- and even better the nail technicians used gloves which is a comforting thing for anyone who has seen horror stories about crazy infections from a pedicure. The place was spotless and big enough to bring in a group. By far this was my best mani/pedi experience and I will be back next month! read more

I got Shellac on a Thursday and by that next Tuesday I had 3 big chips and it looked horrible! (Shellac is guaranteed to last 2 weeks without chips). I way overpaid for this service only to have it fall apart. The lady that did my nails didn't listen to what I asked for and I ended up not getting what I wanted, only to have it chip away. When I went in to get my money back, they said they would redo it but wouldn't reimburse me. I was extremely disappointed because I did not what to have my nails done again, only to re-chip. Went here because of reviews after my nail girl quit at the shop I went to. The first experience, had an appointment and they didn't start on me for 35 minutes, second experience a nail needed replacing, she cut it off without asking and tried to put a tip on...I don't have tips, have overlay. Then she didn't know how to build the nail up to match the others, so the owner did it and made me feel like it was MY fault she cut it off. Third experience, made an appointment with the girl who did it the first time, walked in, no one acknowledged me until I had sat around for 10 minutes after my appointment, only to be told the girl I had an appointment with quit, and if I could wait 10 minutes, someone else could do them. I walked out. The male owner walks around like some sort of slave boss man, the female owner is just rude! DON'T GO HERE! read more

When I get my nails done, I'm not looking for a spa experience, but a quick in and out that does a good job. This place met that criteria - they got me right in and were fast, but my shellac mani was just okay. They didn't have a lot of colors from which to choose, and it ended up only lasting about a week. I usually get at least 10 days from a shellac mani from most other places in Lincoln, sometimes longer. If I was in a pinch and needed a quick mani I'd stop here again, but it probably won't make it into my regular rotation. read more
