The fall out is insane, and it's JUST the extensions fall off, not my natural lash falling out. This was my first time getting my eyebrows done at this location. I fell in love! I'm always so hesitant about trying a new place when it comes to eyebrows but in the hands of Elle Esthetics, I learned I had no reason to be! Another staff member walked me to the back where my appointment would take place. She also demonstrated good customer service and was very informative about all the other services. I went in for a massage today and it was absolutely wonderful! I was experiencing some serious pain in my shoulders and neck. I informed Amanda about my pain and she was able to focus most of my hour on that area. That is exactly what I needed and wanted. She put just enough pressure to work the area but not to much that it hurt. I would go back everyday if I could! At the end I was handed a glass of water as I walked out. She even suggested that if I am still experiencing pain next week she could fit me in for a 30 minute session. I would gladly go back again! read more

I'm not from here and needed a full set of lashes so of course I looked up lash salons with the highest reviews and found Elle Esthetics. I don't know how they have a 4.8 because if I could leave "zero stars" I would! I had a few lashes on each eye left from a previous lash set that could have been easily "banana peeled off", not only to save time but to save me $20. First, I thought she was cleaning my lashes, instead, with no communication of the removal, process or amount she starts removing them with gel and it was the worst pain I have ever felt in my eyes. About halfway through my set, the girl that did my lashes nose started to run and she was sniffing right above my face every 5 seconds, instead of stepping away to go blow her nose and wash her hands, she continued to let it run to the point where it dripped on my forehead. All throughout my set, instead of using a fan to dry my lashes she continued to use her mouth to blow me dry. (Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary!!!) I'm a very quite person and there were other customers around me I didn't say anything because I didn't want to embarrass anyone. While I was paying she asked me "how will you be leaving my tip"? I couldn't believe someone in a "professional" salon would ask that. Tips should not be expected!! I was waiting to speak to the manager before I left but my Uber ride was quick to pick me up, so I immediately called as soon as I got to my room. I told the manager everything that I have written out on here and she apologized and said she would reach out to the owner and see what they could do to try and make the experience better and that she would get back to me and to please not leave a review. My appointment was on a Thursday, so I gave her until Monday, didn't hear anything so I called back Monday morning and left a message with another employee and was told she'd call back within an hour. I didn't hear back until the next day. By the time she called me back more than half of my set has fallen out without any natural lashes and I was willing to give them another shot if they could fix their mistakes from the original appointment, I asked what my options were to see someone else. Then she brought up the conversation of the removal, remind you as I mentioned in the first part of this review the conversation was NEVER had! So she pretty much called me a liar. So I stopped her and told her now that I'm uncomfortable from you calling me a liar about something that never took place, on top of everything else that happened I want my money back to go somewhere else. Another day goes by after this conversation, then I get a text back saying they will give me $70 back of the $200 I spent. AS an ALMOST 50 year old I went for my first ever massage with Amanda, Littler Nervous, but she made me feel comfortable and welcome. The spa was clean, well staffed, and everyone friendly. She explained what the process was to me and allowed me to get comfortable in a dimly lit room, perfect temperature, and little to no outside noise. My massage lasted an hour and I could have stayed there all day! She listened to my concerns and focused on the trouble areas of my back. I mean let's face it ladies, no matter how much we try to accept our bodies, there are areas that we a, having a massage by a total stranger was, to say the very least, not on my list of things to do. I had booked a 60-minute facial for my mom as a Mother's Day present and unfortunately, her experience was a disaster. The second we walked in that door, we were meet with an unwelcoming stare and an uncomfortable sense of judgement from the esthetician, Vonnie. My mom's appointment was at 9:15 and she was brought back to do her facial at 9:20, and finished her facial around 9:55 and came out around 10:05. Keep in mind we booked a 60-minute facial, and the entire process of her changing, getting set up for the facial, and the facial itself only took 45 minutes. On their booking site, it says their 60-minute facial is personalized for your skin needs, and includes a "cleansing, exfoliation, mask with steam, extractions (if desired), massage, and moisture". My mom got a basic cleanse, a mask we were charged extra for (without letting her know it was extra) and a weak massage. The esthetician didn't even properly clean off the face mask and my mom had to ask her to clean it completely off. After we got home, my mom had to continue cleaning off the residue from the mask. Our interaction with this esthetician was filled with attitude, lack of professionalism, and overall rudeness. Our total was $75 for the 60-minute facial that was cut almost 20 minutes short and the additional charge of the face mask that should have been included with the facial. When this issue was brought up to the esthetician, she tried to explain that the 60 minutes includes changing time and preparation for the facial, which made absolutely no sense because with changing time and preparation, the facial was 45 minutes, which means the actual skincare must have been a mere 30 minutes. She gave us a $20 discount but honestly, I won't be recommending this salon to anyone and would strongly advise to steer clear of such salon. My mom left feeling unconfident, unsatisfied, and ashamed of herself. I have never felt so guilty bringing her to such a disastrous business. read more

Absolutely unprofessional. I went there because it had the best reviews, but I came out disappointed. I schedule for a waxing and told the person who was going to do it that It was my first time. When I arrived she seemed in a hurry and proceeded to do everything as quick as possible with no caution. I was a couple minutes late, but I let them know and apologized about it. She was rude and didn't even gave me any instructions knowing this was my first time. When she was almost done she proceeded to say "my other client is here so relax or I'm not going to get done". I paid full priced and even tipped, so I find that very rude. She did an awful job and I'm very disappointed with the results. Never going back! read more

I waited to write my review on microblading to see how they have held up and 9 months later they are great! I have blonde eyebrows that you can't see so had Lyndsay do full microblading. Because I am fair complected it didn't really take. It was the first time Lyndsay had seen this but she was more than willing to make it right! The 2nd time around it took and can I say how much I love them! You have to be prepared that they may not turn out the exact way they look when you leave. It really depends on your healing process. So even though they are not perfect I couldn't be more happy. I still throw on a little pencil to get them dark enough but I love that I have a guide and it only takes seconds to have amazing eyebrows. I also can't say enough how great Lyndsay was. My daughter and I drove from Papillion to Lincoln on 10/07/18 for a wedding hair trial with the stylist Brea. I was told I would be charged $50 or $60 for the hair trial depending on the length of my daughters hair. Well I was charged only $25. Even that was too much of a charge being that my daughters hair looked like a hot mess when it was done. I understand that Brea had just got done doing a wedding party, but if she was too exhausted to put any effort in, then why would you do any bookings afterwards? Also, for a hair stylist to put a hot curling iron in someone hair without using a heat protectant floored me. I realized she was doing that towards the end of the trial. I was watching my grandson majority of the time while my daughter was getting her her done. So I really didn't realize how bad it looked until after I paid and then took the pictures.
