It was an amazing and awesome massage experience. My massage therapist Luis was very intuitive and in tuned to my body's muscles and tightness. He applied the right pressure and worked out my knots and did in a way that I was not sore. I was more relaxed than I have ever been in receiving a massage. Very polite and professional massage therapist. I would recommend Massage Envy and especially my massage therapist Luis. You won't find a therapist that can pinpoint areas that need work and does in a way that relieves the stress, without causing any pain. Stop in and get an awesome massage sometime. read more

I have chosen Massage Envy for the past decade for all my facials, massages, and chemical peels. Prompt, professional service and excellent care is always given. I would highly recommend them for your self-care needs and for the care your loved ones need! read more

I got a facial and the workers were so beyond sweet! I loved the facial and they made me feel so comfortable! Definitely recommend!!

If I could give a Zero I would. All this company cares about is money. They won't let you cancel until you pay an additional month even if you have un-used services. When I ask for a manager I am told "We have no managers". DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY On top of this rarely are there appointments available Please be careful with this place and don't learn the hard way like i did. read more

Through a lot of trial and error I finally found a massage therapist who met my needs. Then this person's schedule kept needing to be adjusted and appointments cancelled. Many of them within a relatively short period of time. Then they upped their membership fees. The extreme frustration of them not being able to keep an appointment has made my muscles tighter and am more stressed. I think they way they do business is terrible. Ok, you have to reschedule once in awhile, but 3 within less than two months? And the pattern continues? Very unprofessional. I have cancelled my membership and cannot recommend this business. What's more they know exactly why I cancelled my membership and didn't breathe a word of apology to me for all the inconvenience they have caused. I'd rather pay more for a private and more reliable massage therapist/business. I have lost a lot of money in Massage Envy. I do not recommend. read more

My appointment with Lynn Brockman was outstanding! She was so knowledgeable and explained the benefits of the products she used on me. I have struggled with my skin for years, I am a little self conscious about it, but Lynn made me feel comfortable and confident that I can improve my flaws with consistency and commitment to a skin care regimen and the right products. She helped me come up with a detailed regimen including some of their amazing products. I left smiling, more educated then when I went in, and confident I had a great plan I could stick to for my skin. Thank you for the stellar service and friendliness Lynn! Highly recommend Massage Envy and Lynn for any skin care needs. read more

I have had several facials & I feel like they do a nice job. It's quiet in the rooms, it's clean & comfortable. It's also affordable. It's not a luxury facility, but you feel pampered, and relaxed. I've had good experiences. read more

I got a massage with Dawn and the experience was not too good. Dawn applied too much pressure in areas like neck and foot which caused me to have an awkward pain after . Also I thought it was strange that she would stop me every few minutes to tell me to adjust my mask when she had her own mask on. I have had another massage recently and I was not required to wear a mask because the masseuse was wearing one but dawn made the experience uncomfortable by having me wear a mask and telling me constantly to adjust it. read more

I had an hour massage with Dawn today. She has strong hands and seemed to find all my sore spots! I left relaxed, thank you Dawn!

I have such mixed emotions about this place. Let's start with the positives: Clean, soothing, dark, quiet. Nice music. And the introductory price can't be beat. But if you want to go back, a few things you should know....(the negatives...) After that first visit, they jack up the price big time unless you sign up for a monthly membership. The membership is not a bad deal either, but they tack on this big sign up fee. They're a bit pushy about the membership too....you can tell the business model calls for the front desk to make this big pitch. Just make the prices reasonable whether you are a member or not. My biggest problem with the place however, is a bit of false advertisement in terms of how long your massage will be. Fist visit, I was slated for an hour massage, and got more like 45 minutes. A therapist and a front desk person explained that there is time for going over your problem areas, and then "hands on" time. They also count the time you're getting dressed/undressed against you. I have been a massage therapist for years, and an hour massage is an hour massage. Like, an hour of rubbing my sore muscles. The business establishment should always set up appropriate clean up/diagnosis time in between each client so that the clients receive what they are paying for!! My second visit was for a 90 minute massage, and I received an hour and 10 minutes. 20 minutes short! Yikes! I have to give a shout out to Ariel who worked on me today though......you are amazing. Perfect pressure, worked exactly on the areas I specified, professional, and effective. She did a great great job. I know the only reason she shorted me is because that's what Massage Envy tells her to do, after all, she has to get another massage started in 10 minutes. read more

Very poor customer service. I was appalled by the way the workers were behaving around customers. Very unprofessional. I'm honestly surprised they're still in business. read more

Pro- Clean. Easy booking. Cheap first time rate. Con- I filled out a survey before starting on areas of focus. They did 1/3 and did 2 areas I said no to. Also said a 60min would be closer to 50 with consultation. I got 40 and no consultation. They push memberships. :/ Wouldn't recommend. read more

Jaime gave me a fantastic massage. She was really receptive to my needs and gave the perfect amount of pressure in the right areas. She found all of my knots! read more

I've asked for a year now that they stop sending me their propaganda apparently they don't listen. I don't want emails, postcards, or letters. I've called and emailed asking them to stop and this is why I hate corporate companies. Please respect my request it is ridiculous that I have had to resort to leaving a review. read more

I have really struggled with if I should write a review or not but after being annoyed with how my visit went for about a month, here it goes. My family decided to get massages as a group for xmas/birthday celebrations. I got a prenatal massage and it was horrible. I wrote down on the form what areas I was having issues with and they were not addressed. I mentioned during the massage that I have some lower back pain and she rubbed my glutes so hard that I had a bruise later that day, even though I checked that i wanted a relaxing massage. I actually said "oh ouch" out loud and she didn't back off. She also talked during the entire massage. I was suppose to get and hour and was in and out of the establishment in 45 minutes. One side of my body she did back, glutes, legs, feet, arms and hand and the other side she did back, foot and hand. It was really inconsistent. There was no neck, facial or scalp and like I said, there was definitely time because my actual massage time was shorted 20 min. My Mom and sister also got massages and they were not good. My sister didnt get her arms, hands, scalp, neck or face massaged at all. We all went back at the same time and she was out before I was. My Mom was the last to come out said it was "okay" but that her girl was "chatty". My mom doesn't say negative things about anyone. My other sister got a facial. The actual product of the facial were good. She noticed her skin felt nice and it looked wonderful. However, she asked the girl who did her massage some specifics and did not receive any answers. She asked her what was in something and what it did and the girl simply said, "it just like erases all your wrinkles." We were all so disappointed and I have been trying to find a proper prenatal massage ever since. Definitely avoid going here. We weren't just there on a bad day. Not one of us had a good experience. read more

Horrible people! I got my mom a gift card for 1 hour of message she went and they charged her an extra 30 dollars! They try to take your money an way they can! They don't even give you a full hour! My mom went and changed out and had to wait for the girl to arrive and they counted that time again her! That is NOT okay! They are very expensive! Highly don't recommend going with them! My mom did say it was very relaxing and liked how it felt. read more

My story is actully my husbands. My husband has been having alot of problems with his back and neck hurting so bad there are days he has trouble moving. I finally convience him to try a massage. You got him in that same dayand for the first time in a long time his back didn't hurt him as bad. read more

Worst massage of my life! I went here for a prenatal massage and paid for an hour and a half but only received about an hour and 10 minutes. The ladies at the front desk where super unprofessional. They spoke very loudly about personal issues with each other. Really didn't bother me as much as my massage. When I pay for an hour and a half prenatal massage then I would expect to get an hour and a half massage. Nope, not the case. The gal who gave me my massage wreaked of body odor. She continuously bumped her body into mine as she was moving around the table. And worst of all her technique was horrible. I told her exactly where I needed the most work and yet she still paid no attention. It was not relaxing at all and I walked out feeling cheated. I will not be returning. read more

My experience was not a good one. I booked a massage because I wanted to relax, but it didn't happen. The massage therapist was just okay. I had massages before at other places and i know what a good massage feels like. I was freezing because my bed was not warm. I wanted the massage to end because I was just so miserable due to the cold air in the room. When I was asked how the message was I was honest and told them I was not able to relax because the room was very cold. At the front desk they had a guy that was a little annoying he was way too nice so he could book you for another massage or sale you stuff. Just a little too much. I will not be returning ever again. Instead of feeling relax and happy I was upset to spend money on something that was not good. read more

One star is too good. I am in true pain...I arrived on time had to wait filled out the form. My friend sent me the massage. I have had many good massages. This was miserable at the time and now severe pain. I wrote down the areas needing attention. Told the therapist what I needed concentrate upon. That was ignored. 60 minutes is a lie and should be changed I was taken back to the room at 107 then I had an add on service. I was dressed and in my car at 210. That included checking out. I made a complaint and was told I could try another therapist. There were many others of course I would have to join then I would have to keep trying our therapists until I got a good one ! What????!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I AM IN SEVERE PAIN. IF YOU NEED A REAL MASSAGE GIVE THIS PLACE A MISS. THEY DON'T GIVE TWO CENTS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. HOW CAN THEY CHARM ANZ ADVERTISE 60 MINUTES PLUS ADD ON SERVICES AT EXTRA CHARM AND ONLY GIVE YOU 40 MINUTES. THEY PAIN I AM IN I GUESS I SHOULD BE GLAD! I THINK THIS SHOULD BE LOOKED INTO 1 STAR IS WAY TO GOOD TOO BAD THERE ISN'T 0. My friend in Boston is awesome it was such a generous gift which makes this even sadder....okay my 1200 plus Facebook friends. If you have been to Spa Envy what was your experience? If you haven't definitely DO NOT go to the Massage Envy in Lincoln,Nebraska! read more

My husband is a musician and needs to go in for a monthly massage for back, neck, and arm tension. We recently moved to the Lincoln area and had an account with a Massage Envy that was usually booked out a month in advance, so we weren't sure about getting in. Needless to say the front desk staff do an excellent job booking appointments, getting back with information or changes, and being patient when we have to change times due to scheduling conflicts. There are usually flexible times available with different masseuses. My husband always leaves satisfied! The only recommendation I can think of from his massage experiences is that some masseuses will take the time to ask where he needs attention and explain their process and/or stretches that can help (which he really appreciates) while others do not. It is not so much a suggestion as something to keep in mind if you plan on visiting often. read more

Wasn't impressed... Only had a 50 minute massage even though it was supposed to be an hour. My massage therapist, Vyanne, mostly just used pressure points, so it was relaxing but not a traditional massage. Also, she didn't touch my shoulders, neck or scalp which I find strange. I would not recommend them. read more

Positives Rosland is amazing along with Chelsey and Tyler. The establishing is clean but goes downhill from there. Your hour massage is a lie, it's more of a 40/45 mins. Which would be fine, if your not paying for an hour. The price if your a member is reasonable but can find it comparable around town without a membership. Found it hard to get in when my schedule allows. They have a 'wait list/on call' but rarely do they listen to what times will work for you. They are too cheap to have eye covers, and some masseuses actually bring their own, for the comfort of their clients! I feel sorry for the people that are stuck in the room by the exit door for your massage isn't peaceful with door shutting all the time. Another irritation is that you can't 'give' your massage to a friend without paying a $10 'transfer fee' One would think its good business to have clients spread and share the word of your establishment without having to pay extra. Another negative is keep an eye on how many massages you have and when you use them. Found I was shorted and offered a 'free' extra 30 mins 'on them' for running behind and having to change my appointment, but than they charged me for it. read more

I visited Massage Envy Spa last week and appreciated the responsive staff and calming environment. They offered me a water instantly and tried to provide a welcoming experience. The therapist I was with was amazing, Vyanne did wonders on my back and I've been trying to feel relief from this sciatic pain for months. I was satisfied with my visit and look forward to returning for a facial and massage next time in. I would recommend the Lincoln location to anyone desiring a relaxing massage experience. read more

Horrible experience. Spent $90 for a 50 minute massage only to have to get up halfway through due to alarms in building going off. Finished remaining 20 minutes with loud alarms and lights going off the entire time. So much for a relaxing treat! read more

Susanah is absolutely amazing! I have had lower back and neck issues my whole life, I've never really considered massage a necessity but a luxury until Susanah worked on me. I go to her once a month now and the pain stays away. It usually causes a lot of problems because I carry a backpack around campus but since seeing Susanah I haven't had those problems. The staff is also great and welcoming. read more

I don't know why others have reviewed this place so poorly. My experience was very positive. Linda did an excellent job and all the staff were very friendly and considerate. I got the full hour of massage time so no issues there. Unless you are a member, pricing is a little high, but they have lengthy hours of operation which is very convenient. read more

Love coming in once a month and seeing Misty or abi! Me and my husband both enjoy it and it helps a great deal with our backs.

The atmosphere, professionalism, and quality of massages here are incredible! I love their massages and facials. The front desk staff are always friendly and have always resolved any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this Massage Envy to anyone looking for a quality massage and environment. read more
