Looked up my number and said they didn't have me in the system at all and saying something about all the customers for the day were booked days in advance like that matters when I was told I could have the appointment slot. Then she said my last which I did say to the person I called to make the appointment with but only said my first when walking in. Seemed like they didn't wanna do the service. There were only 2 other customers in there and chose not to do my service.
