When my pedi was done, I asked my tech about my mani and she just kept pointing to her watch and left. I went to the front desk and told them I had been confirmed for a manicure as well and they told me I would need to come back for that. I'm sorry, but if I make the effort to make an appointment I expect to get the services I requested at the time I requested. I know they are new, but they have a lot to work on as far as scheduling.
