Decent workmanship but there are definitely MUCH cleaner places to go for mani s and pedicures. The floors are gross the bathrooms is disgusting and I don't think things were being sanitized between customers. Including the tools being used on your hands and feet. I wouldn't go back for that reason alone, which is too bad because I think the nail techs are pretty good. read more

I went and got a no chip pedicure and later that night the no chip polish came off of 3 toes , then next morning I went there to ask if he can fix it , he told me I would have to wait and my name on a list where it would be like 7 people ahead of me ! Instead of accommodating me from the mistake he made . Now I'm forced to leave this review , very poor customer service skills !!!! One of the worst experiences ever for a nail shop. the nail technician scraped my skin off with one of her electric tools which caused me to bleed. I was in disbelief because I have never bled at a nail shop. The technician laughingly apologized which I took as a nervous respond!!! But to add to my own disbelief, nervousness to not trust my technician anymore, my technician seemed to tell the owner or manger about what happened in their own language but the manager's response to whatever my technician just told her was 'full price' So yes, I was charged full price with no discount at all. This place is always crowded, even in the morning and I understand why. I recently got a pedicure and my eyebrows sharpened and waxed and it was the best ever. They didn't rush and took their time. If you have time it'll be worth your wait. I suggest probably being first in line in the morning or if you don't mind waiting bring something to stay entertained. read more

I have been a customer of World Nail for almost ten years and I love it. This place is home away from home to me. I am there every other week and Dennis, the owner, always accommodates my crazy schedule (with a prior phone call to him) and tolerates the very particular way that I want my nails (he says I'm very picky lol). Dennis is the only person that I allow to touch my nails and feet. Although I am not crazy about his pedicures, he gets an A for effort. As far as my manicures are concerned, he knows what I want before I even ask for it. And I've noticed that it's not special treatment- he treats all of his customers that way. Dennis is a man of few words... until you get to know him. Then you find out that he is HILARIOUS! His wife, Cathy, is efficient, friendly and a very nice person. There is nothing atypical about the shop; the shop is small and family owned/operated. The ambiance is one that you would expect to find in a neighborhood nail shop. They are clean and appear to take all sanitation precautions. Most customers are regulars and I notice that mostly everyone leaves content. The workers are friendly and interactive. They do a consistent job, and anytime I did not like the work or if there was a problem, it was promptly fixed. Hassle-free. They can get pretty crowded on Thursday - Saturday, so if you cannot wait, it is probably best to go at their off peak times (Monday- Wednesday). Although, I've had to wait during off peak times as well. Their prices are standard and I have never been charged extra for unnecessary services, as some companies do. While I admit that there are companies that could probably perform better manicures, I don't know any that take the time to discover what you like and to do a consistent job. I am a loyal customer of over 15 years! If that doesn't speak for itself I'm not sure what does. I have in the past visited other nail shops and by far the quality and friendliness can not compare. All technicians are great however, my personal favorite is Kathy. If you are looking for a nail shop that will make you feel cared for and treated with respect... visit World Nails. Trust me, I'm not the only loyal customer. And, yes at times their wait time can be over 30 minutes, so be prepared to enjoy some down time. p.s. I had been a nail biter my entire life during the last year Kathy has taken care of my nails with manicures and gel overlays. My nails looks wonderful!!
