You get what you pay for. This place needs a health department visit. Their cleaning, sanitation and sterilization is all a joke. Kim is a good person but should want better and expect better. Unfortunately, I won't be back. I can't risk getting an infection because your staff is lazy and care more about the cotton balls and aluminum foils used than the safety of customers. read more

The shop is dirty and unorganized. However I thought end of day maybe I will have a great experience but boy was I was wrong. The older nail ttechnician was awful I don't know if he was tired or what I constantly told him he was not doing the gel process wrong. He is mismatched my powder color and cut them wrong and tired to shape. I just said stop I'm done. He attempted to adjust my price from 80.00 to 65.00 and had the nerve to ask for a tip worst experience ever. Waste of time and money! They are so rudeee. I'm a male that work long hours and I work for tips so I understand. So I like to enjoy my pedicure relax pay and tip. The rusheddddd me soooo hard. Zero stars if I could. They use to be much better than they are now. Major price increase since covid and not wirth it. I started treating my 10 yr old granddaughter with a monthly pedicure. This is the place I go in emergency only. Always overcrowded and I'm not sure why because the service sucks. They do however have loyal customers because its honestly the best you can get on Lincoln highway from halsted to Olympian Way. Lucy is the best but she always has customers. This was the worse experience I ever had at a nail salon! The staff was un attentive. I had a simple nail soak off they left me under the acetone even when there was no gel left on my nails. 3 people came to check on me and then I was not checked on in 15 min. Horrible service. I got a fungus on my feet from this place. I went in for a no chip only for the rude nail tech to constantly shove my hand under the lamp because it had a shortage. Don't waste your time or money there. They do horrible jobs. Then for gel nails they use acrylic powder with a gel top coat. Wrong! All Wrong! Gel is Gel. Not powder! read more

There was no greeting from the staff when I walked in. No one asked me what service I wanted them to do. I wanted a pedi and a soak off. When a gentleman was finished getting his pedicure the owner said the bowl was free. I asked if they were going to sterile and clean the bowl so I can use it. She looked at me and did not want to answer. I asked two more times by then she was getting angry because obviously other people never asked that question before. I told her it was a simple question if they were going to clean the bowl. She was frustrated and said the bowl was cleaned that morning. Excuse me that morning it was 4 o'clock in the evening. How many feet where in the bowl before my turn. She was upset I asked a simple question. This establishment is very unsanitary if they don't clean their bowls and their tools that they use on your hands and feet. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. This nail shop is trash! Don't let the cheap pedicures lure you in because you will indeed get what you paid for. They are very inattentive and it's clear that they specifically want your money and that's it. They could care less about the quality of their work. The lady who did my nails appeared to run the shop. She literally directed people as they came in and talked on the phone the entire time, while giving minimal attention to my nails. Because she was so busy doing everything but my nails, she almost forgot several steps and actual nails. I should not have to repeatedly point out your half done work. I even pointed out how my nails were paper thin, as she was extremely stingy with the acrylic. One was even bendable. She assured me that it just wasn't dry yet! I've been getting my nails done for 20 yrs so I knew it was a lie. However after 2 hrs in a nail shop(they are ALWAYS busy) I decided not to argue. Wouldn't you know the very next day the nail popped right off just opening a door! It was a Saturday, so Monday I came back for my FREE repair. She once again rushed through it and did not complete all the steps. And after an hour of waiting to get one nail repaired. I will never step foot in this shop again. This was my 2nd time coming to the shop. The first time my pedi was trash. They will not get a 3rd chance to screw me over. Please avoid this shop and because it is very janky. You really aren't saving money if it's not done right. Plus the shop Its self is unsightly. They take no pride in what they do! read more

Just went there today and it was an awful experience. I went in for a pedicure and a stiletto nails. I also bought my two daughters with me I wanted them to have their nails polished I told the lady that as soon as I got there. I sat in the chair for 30 minutes with my feet soaking in water without anyone coming over to say anything to me. They they put a lot of people in front of my little girls and then when I was done with my toes I asked if the lady that did my pedicure was going to do my for that she said no she said someone else would do it so I asked the owner and she said no you're toes are not done yet so I said I have the top coat being put on right now. The owner put someone in front of me so that would have made me have to wait another 40 to 45 minutes before my nails would be touched needless to say I walked out after just getting the pedicure highly highly pissed off. I will be trying CQ nails in Park Forest next. read more
