You look fine in a rude manner I looked at them, but I brushed it away. I continue fitting the clothes and came out while my sister was outside the fitting room so she could help me pick out my clothes. I asked my sister if they had a tie or anything that I could put on the shirt to look more casual and the gentlemen behind her just said yeah yeah we can get that later. You're taking it or what and I found that very disrespectful and rude so my sister just like want me to go get it I said no it's fine. I'll just take the clothes and find out somewhere else. Went back to the fitting room change to my clothes that I was wearing, came out with the clothes that I was gonna buy while I was handling the clothes in my hands that same guy comes over and tries to pull him out of my hand he's like here. I got it give it to me which again for me. It was very rude so I stopped looked at his eyes and asked him who the hell are you? Why are you being like this and he told me I'm the owner what a shocker if he's the owner, he definitely needs to improve his customer service and not be rude so he kept on following me and asked me to give him the clothes that I was gonna get that he wanted to take it out front. I told him it's OK I can handle it. I'll just carry it with me while I was looking at a hoodie that was right outside the fitting rooms this gentleman says give it to me now I don't want you driving my clothes which I was not I responded. I told you I am purchasing this. I am taking it home. I'm going to buy it so don't worry if you think that I'm dragging on whatever I'm doing I'm buying them from you. The gentleman insist that I give it to him and try to pull it away from my hand and at that point, I just grabbed everything and threw it on the ground and told them look you need better customer service. This is not how you treat your customers and he just walked away saying this conversation is done. This conversation is done horrible customer service from the main owner can't complain about the gals. They did their job how they supposed to, but for him being the owner and acting like that would never go to that place again and I was about to spend more than $500 on pants jeans, boots, a whole suit for the funeral and knowing that I had that in mind too it was just a horrible experience.
