I suggest you guys don't come here... Horrible service! The old lady (in her 40s) in front with heavy make up is so rude and has the worst customers service. Idk how she still has a job there? Didn't welcome my family in the store. All the girls just do is talk and didn't ask if we need help with anything. Only 2 young guys there were helpful but when we change our mind on wanting something the old lady flip and said she has better things to do then waste her time. Who talks to they're staff and customers like that? We felt so unwelcome and I gave this place a second chance but the old lady still has a really bad attitude. read more

I would avoid this store if you can. Even then, you should hopefully know exactly what you want or need because the moment you walk everyone there will be watching your every move. Also, There is a limit to how many shirts you can touch because after the 3rd one that I went to try on, the owner approached us by surprise and took the shirt from me and said there is a limit of two and that I should leave if I don't want anything. Apparently the owner thinks he's running a ultra high end store? I don't know but some of the workers there are super nice and they let us know we can walk over to the back to a mirror and try shirts on. Welp, that didn't end well. This place has a great selection and good customer service. I'm in a bit of a time crunch so the item I needed was not going to be available soon, unfortunately. AVOID GOING HERE AT ALL COSTS. After reading all the reviews It was hard for me to believe them so I went in looking for a pair of boots last minute for a party. When I walked in I was greeted and I was stared at up and down and it was very obvious. I then walked past a lady who asked if I needed help and very generously helped me. She was very helpful and nice. While the boots I wanted were unavailable in my size, I got an alternative pair of boots which fit well. I was still upset because the original boots I wanted were only available in a larger size. While speaking to the employee she told me that every thing on the yelp reviews was true and the owner truly does not care about their customers. While the lady that helped me was nice it was not a good atmosphere and rather I felt like I was in an eagles nest the whole time. Spend your money elsewhere. While the boots I got were $110 I would've preferred to spend my money where I would have felt more comfortable while shopping and had more options with my price point. Worst store I've ever frequented. Worst service I've ever received in my life. Literally kicked out for browsing the store within a minute of entering. The owner is very patronising and offensive! "You are not buying? Then leave!" If you look their store up on the internet, other people have had the same complaint. It seems like the owner doesn't understand what the retail experience entails. The people who complain about this store are people who don't understand reasoning or are just very ignorant and rude. Always saying their side of the story and not including everything. Every time I go in the employees and the owner are very welcoming and helpful. There are literally signs everywhere saying what not to do, for example about not taking down the hats cause the hats can fall and get damaged but it clearly says ask for help and they are always there to help. People who get butthurt over these rules are honestly over sensitive and need to grow up and go cry somewhere else, it's ridiculous. Always love coming here to buy my boots and gifts for my family!
