The lady's at front were very helpful finding me a new cowboy hat thanks girls !!! I will be back love the Pendleton selection!!!

No vengan aki para nada pinche viejo estupido el dueño muy muy grosero y anda como pero cuidando a la jente calando ropa cay muy mal !!I was there today, shopping for a funeral when I got there the girls were really polite, but as I started fitting the clothes which I needed different pants cause it was a Mexico size not US size I didn't quite know my size so I had to change three pants till I got the correct one thanks to the gals, but in one occasion, the gentleman approached and say you look fine. You look fine in a rude manner I looked at them, but I brushed it away. I continue fitting the clothes and came out while my sister was outside the fitting room so she could help me pick out my clothes. I asked my sister if they had a tie or anything that I could put on the shirt to look more casual and the gentlemen behind her just said yeah yeah we can get that later. You're taking it or what and I found that very disrespectful and rude so my sister just like want me to go get it I said no it's fine. I'll just take the clothes and find out somewhere else. Went back to the fitting room change to my clothes that I was wearing, came out with the clothes that I was gonna buy while I was handling the clothes in my hands that same guy comes over and tries to pull him out of my hand he's like here. I got it give it to me which again for me. It was very rude so I stopped looked at his eyes and asked him who the hell are you? Why are you being like this and he told me I'm the owner what a shocker if he's the owner, he definitely needs to improve his customer service and not be rude so he kept on following me and asked me to give him the clothes that I was gonna get that he wanted to take it out front. I told him it's OK I can handle it. I'll just carry it with me while I was looking at a hoodie that was right outside the fitting rooms this gentleman says give it to me now I don't want you driving my clothes which I was not I responded. I told you I am purchasing this. I am taking it home. I'm going to buy it so don't worry if you think that I'm dragging on whatever I'm doing I'm buying them from you. The gentleman insist that I give it to him and try to pull it away from my hand and at that point, I just grabbed everything and threw it on the ground and told them look you need better customer service. This is not how you treat your customers and he just walked away saying this conversation is done. This conversation is done horrible customer service from the main owner can't complain about the gals. They did their job how they supposed to, but for him being the owner and acting like that would never go to that place again and I was about to spend more than $500 on pants jeans, boots, a whole suit for the funeral and knowing that I had that in mind too it was just a horrible experience. read more

I suggest you guys don't come here... Horrible service! The old lady (in her 40s) in front with heavy make up is so rude and has the worst customers service. Idk how she still has a job there? Didn't welcome my family in the store. All the girls just do is talk and didn't ask if we need help with anything. Only 2 young guys there were helpful but when we change our mind on wanting something the old lady flip and said she has better things to do then waste her time. Who talks to they're staff and customers like that? We felt so unwelcome and I gave this place a second chance but the old lady still has a really bad attitude. read more

I would avoid this store if you can. Even then, you should hopefully know exactly what you want or need because the moment you walk everyone there will be watching your every move. Also, There is a limit to how many shirts you can touch because after the 3rd one that I went to try on, the owner approached us by surprise and took the shirt from me and said there is a limit of two and that I should leave if I don't want anything. Apparently the owner thinks he's running a ultra high end store? I don't know but some of the workers there are super nice and they let us know we can walk over to the back to a mirror and try shirts on. Welp, that didn't end well. Super rude owner and would never come here again. There is a much better store up the street that we found :) read more

This place has a great selection and good customer service. I'm in a bit of a time crunch so the item I needed was not going to be available soon, unfortunately. So even though I ended up not buying anything from the store. I will not hesitate to come here first. Thank you El Charro Western Wear for helping out!! read more

AVOID GOING HERE AT ALL COSTS. After reading all the reviews It was hard for me to believe them so I went in looking for a pair of boots last minute for a party. When I walked in I was greeted and I was stared at up and down and it was very obvious. I then walked past a lady who asked if I needed help and very generously helped me. She was very helpful and nice. While the boots I wanted were unavailable in my size, I got an alternative pair of boots which fit well. I was still upset because the original boots I wanted were only available in a larger size. While speaking to the employee she told me that every thing on the yelp reviews was true and the owner truly does not care about their customers. While the lady that helped me was nice it was not a good atmosphere and rather I felt like I was in an eagles nest the whole time. Spend your money elsewhere. While the boots I got were $110 I would've preferred to spend my money where I would have felt more comfortable while shopping and had more options with my price point. My star goes for the girl who helped me. I didn't get her name but she had big eyelashes and lips read more

Avoid this place! They don't have good customer service! They also don't keep their word about returning items. Avoid avoid avoid!

Rudest customer service I've ever experienced. Literally got kicked out for walking in at 10:40 (sign & google say they open at 10). They realized I was going to return something. read more

Horrible services, attempted to return a Christmas item but they refused to refund my money. They said it's not there fault for not having the correct size. They advised to go to another store to fix the pants size. Do not recommend this store at all read more

Worst store I've ever frequented. Worst service I've ever received in my life. Literally kicked out for browsing the store within a minute of entering. The owner is very patronising and offensive! "You are not buying? Then leave!" If you look their store up on the internet, other people have had the same complaint. It seems like the owner doesn't understand what the retail experience entails. They sell overpriced, cheap Mexican goods. I'm surprised these guys are still in business. You would be better off going somewhere else than give these horrible people your hard earned money. read more

Great service the lady that was attending was very nice. I had changed my mind on so many boots and still seemed very nice. She gave me advice on which ones were better and which ones looked better on me great place to buy boots! read more

The people who complain about this store are people who don't understand reasoning or are just very ignorant and rude. Always saying their side of the story and not including everything. Every time I go in the employees and the owner are very welcoming and helpful. There are literally signs everywhere saying what not to do, for example about not taking down the hats cause the hats can fall and get damaged but it clearly says ask for help and they are always there to help. People who get butthurt over these rules are honestly over sensitive and need to grow up and go cry somewhere else, it's ridiculous. Always love coming here to buy my boots and gifts for my family! Great merchandise and great prices! Never had a problems here and I will keep coming! read more
