One of our maids of honor is extremely celiac and they were very reassuring throughout us double and triple checking on food prep for that! A lot of their dishes can easily be made celiac-safe upon request (request tamari instead of soy, etc) which we really appreciate!! On the day of, everything went off without a hitch! Their bartenders prepped our cocktails perfectly - I sampled them all, and they were all delicious!! So professional and nice as well. If you need a GREAT CATERER for an event this is the company to use. Due to the current pandemic my daughter's wedding was downsized from 120 people to a total of 24. Everyone locked down for 2 weeks, wore masks and socially distanced. Lisa and Jason Gray who run the business did a great job and worked with my daughter to make it a special event. I will post a picture of the menu in a minute. Everything was individually plated and served by their team to minimize contact and any chance of spreading COVID. We had to postpone our original wedding due to COVID-19. Our original caterer went out of business during that time. This left me with no caterer just two months before our wedding. Frantic, I reached out to every caterer in the area that would service Camino, where our ceremony and reception was to be held. World Fare got back to me that same night. From the first moment, all the way up to our wedding day, Lisa and Jason were so responsive. They answered the 1000 questions I had, even the ones that felt completely ridiculous. The bartender handed both my fiance and I drinks immediately upon finishing our ceremony (we requested that) and servers made sure to check on us constantly, providing us with appetizers, and food. When my fiance didn't want to drink anymore, the servers made sure that his glass always looked full with ice and water, so no one would bother him about it. We had a wedding at a Christmas Tree Farm and event venue in Apple Hill over the weekend. Not only had there been a 9 day heat wave before the wedding day but the Mosquito Fire was burning out of control in the area. World Fare showed up right on time, set up thier cooking equipment, and started cooking. We had talked to numerous catering companies and this was one of the only companies that would cook on site. Most wanted to cook in thier kitchens and haul the food to the event. We wanted hot fresh food and that's exactly what we got. From the salad to the protiens (salmon and tri-tip) to the pasta and the asparagus it was all delicious. They were also extremely accomodating to our guests with special food needs. They brought enough servers that all 80 guests plus wedding party were served in a timely manner and the servers were very polite. One of them even helped my elderly aunt walk back from the bathroom which was on a little hill back to her seat. We were totally pleased with the quality of the food as well as the way it was served.
