Why would a company provide a quote for an item that is not on their menu? That's weird in itself…read morethen to try and overcharge for said item is even more weird. I understand that you wanted to reply to my earlier review but it honestly made it worse. When you don't provide an item the correct thing to do, as a business, is to either figure out how much the going rate is or simply say you do not carry the item. Pretending to and knowing it is something you don't carry would have made the experience much worse. Again, I never requested a quote from you, Yelp sent it to numerous vendors. So once more, in the future, the most simple thing to do is be honest and say you don't carry the item, never made it, and apologize for the inconvenience. Have a wonderful day.

The Chicken and Mac&cheese were very good and our guests even commented how delicious they were. The green salad was Spring mix greens with shredded carrots and a couple different salad dressings. The rolls were Kings Hawaiian, which was a favorite of my grandkids as well as other guests. The tri-tip was very chewy with some gristle. The zucchini was over-cooked and mushy.
