They are running on auto pilot and collecting the cash. They have a corner on the market a bit with location and history of being in this spot. Get in line, hand over your money, be on your way. Now it appears that the price I noted 9 years ago was $19 and this time my car wash was $18, so that says something. And then $2 for 8 minutes of self-vacuuming. When I return home to detail the inside further myself, the outside windows remain smudged and dirty. Upon closer inspection, this is when I noticed how dirty the outside of my car remained. I understand a drive-thru car is not a hand wash job and it cannot get everything. But my car was dirty before and remained so after...noticeably. My new rating of a 2 is because my car remained filthy....full stop. There are so many employees out front of Crew Car Wash when I am there, taking money and getting you properly on the conveyor belt. Like noticeably a lot. Some of those employees could be better utilized with a bucket of suds and a scrub brush to simply brush down those spots on your front bumper/headlights and tailgate a bit before a car enters the conveyor belt. Nothing too labor intensive. In Vegas and elsewhere where I regularly have cars washed, this is standard. It would have probably gotten off a chunk of the dirt, bugs, grime that remained on my vehicle and thus not warranted a 2 on Yelp. I know, life is about managing expectations and clearly I need to lower them here at Crew Car Wash. Maybe even some of those employees doing a bit of drying on the tail end would be nice. People like me provide tips for stuff like that and this would catch the window smudges I am talking about that were real bad. Again, lots of staff up front that could be a bit nicer upon taking my money, but indeed the service quality needs to be much improved. All show, but no dice. Not sure I am returning anytime soon.

Looking at the reviews and ratings, also, its proximity to my apartment, I came here and bought the Rainstorm package. Honestly, I wasn't that satisfied. My car was still wet when it came out and my tires were still full of dirt and debris. I had to wipe them down myself to get it out. But I thought, maybe it's just too dirty. And so, I went in the 2nd time a few weeks later. This time, my car was much cleaner due to the heavy rain. I can't remember which package I got, but this time, I was very very disappointed with the attendant. He kept asking me to move forward without looking at me and I had to adjust the car myself because I realized my car was not aligned. Also, when he sprayed those foam at my car, really? He barely covered half of the car. My front windshield was covered but not my rear glass and side windows. really? all you have to do is spray and you did such a bad job. Luckily, like I said, my car wasn't that dirty and all I had to do was to wipe down some water that still cling to my windshields. But then, I am not the type of person who is very picky when it comes to cars. If you were, I would suggest for you to give it a try and judge for yourself. The reason I'm writing this is because, I will be going in again after 3 months. Given the price, this car wash offers one of the most valuable packages. And also because it opens later than the others. I sincerely hope I would not meet that same attendant again.

Today I decided to give Rainstorm my final try of service after using this car wash for over 10+…read moreyears. I asked the gentlemen at the pay booth if the interior clean for $28 does a good job. I also inquired asking if it included washing the seats, cup holders, trim and floors? His response, "Um kinda, they do an okay job inside and wash for only 5 minutes...." I still proceeded with the $28 wash and was once again left with a dirty vehicle. Dust, crums, trim uncleaned, dashboard disgusting, door handles not washed, and the cup holders still dirty. I still tipped the teenager and didn't put up a fuss. However, I'll never come back here again. Look at the photos and tell me if this is worth $28?

I had a car emergency while in line for the car wash when my vehicle suddenly started smoking. Without hesitation, the employees and the owner rushed over, moved the cones, and guided me into the oil change center. They quickly diagnosed the problem: my coolant line had completely broken, and all of my antifreeze had leaked out. At that moment, I could have been vulnerable to being overcharged for a repair I knew nothing about. Instead, the owner went above and beyond--personally driving to Napa twice and even trying the Dodge dealership to find the right part. He was upfront about the price (around $200) and even apologized for the cost, though it was completely out of his control. His care reminded me of how my dad or grandpa would have looked after me--genuine, protective, and trustworthy. Because of his quick action, my engine was saved from what could have been devastating damage. He got me back on the road with a very reasonable bill, and I left feeling both relieved and grateful. I even tipped because I felt guilty it wasn't more for the time and effort they put into fixing my beloved Journey (or the "Ourney," since the J fell off!). All the owner asked in return was my continued business--which he now has for life. In a world where service like this is so rare, Marketview Lube is a shining example of kindness, integrity, and heart. I left feeling safe, cared for, and thankful to have been in exactly the right place at the right time.

Right now there is a line down to Devonshire drive of cars waiting to get in line. The people I have met in person do seem helpful though. Update: 01/18/22 404pm. Devonshire did have one working roller brush that hits the side and backside of your car and it did some decent cleaning. However the prospect wash has two brushes that hit the side and the rear. Two washes usually cleans car good though.
