I went to get my car washed and there were still bugs plastered on my windshield, the dirt went all over the back of my vehicle. They refused to run it through again. They stated because I ran my other car through 2 times because it wasn't clean, so they wouldn't do it again. What good is a car wash if your car isn't clean!! I had been a loyal customer for 5 years. One day I took my luxury car through their wash and the paint on my hood flecked. I discovered it as soon as I exited the wash and applied tire dressing. I immediately asked for a manager and was told by the line manager that they would do nothing. I returned to speak with the GM, Scott, who said that my car was more than 10 years old and they can't do things for "everyone that wants to complain." His attitude was like that of a racist person. Got my SUV detailed and waxed. It was embarrassingly dirty. When I got it back, it looked as good as it did when I first drove it off the car lot. The gentleman behind the counter was kind and professional, and the workers did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I will certainly be back and give them my highest recommendation. went in for a simple oil change and came out with almost $2000 in damage to the oil pan and oil filter housing. a professional mechanic from a dealership insured us this was done by a mechanic and not simple wear and tear. The car is 2019 with less than 40,000 miles and had 0 issues until brought to triple T. All this company could do was ask why the car was leaking oil and simply stated it didn't leak oil when it left here. Meaning what you can damage peoples cars and as long as it leaves the parking lot they are refusing responsibility. we are mail carriers in the busiest time of year and don't always drive this car yet they had the audacity to question us about why we didn't bring it back in. the better question is why didn't your mechanic just be honest when he damaged the car. if I could I would give them 0 stars for dishonesty. we will be seeking legal action. avoid this business at all cost! read more

They were rude on the phone and told me to be there by 8, got there at 5 minutes to 8, drove around, walked around aimlessly for 10 minutes no one stopped to help me no door to go in forget this. The service really has slipped. I love the idea of the interior clean, but the workers just cut corners. They just smear around the film on the inside of the windows instead of actually cleaning them. Their technique of a dirty damp microfiber towel just doesn't cut it,and leaves streaks and smears all over. I asked a manager to make it right, but he laughed at me and told me that was how they did it there. I won't be back. read more

This place gets your car squeaky clean, and very quickly too! If you don't know alot about cars beware they will sell you on tons of unnecessary things. Also one of the attendants yelled at me because I left my purse in my car while they were cleaning it and they can't be held responsible if anything missing in it......cool....then don't hire people that may steal. read more

Interior wash was a complete waste of money. Car remained dirty. Booster seats are not removed. they were not strapped, but still the seat under it as not vacuumed. Also, when they done cleaning it one of the guys told me the rear door could not be opened (he did not tried to unlock it...) so the left rear side was not cleaned as well. read more

I have tried to give them multiple chances: and each time fails. When spending $13 on, "The Works" exterior car wash, one would expect the car to be clean. My most recent visit once again was a disappointment. There were still lots of bugs on the windshield, bugs on front windows (behind side mirrors), the SUV hatch back was still dirty and my rocker panels STILL had mud on them. Not only was this not taken care of in the front, but the back workers towel drying my car rubbed the mud into my rocker panels. Plus I tipped them two dollars for their service! The quality of service has deteriorated over time. I am so frustrated, given the outcome of yet another lousy turnout. Would not recommend. I will not support this locally owned business. I can't review the service or speed of the service, because a friend kindly dropped off and picked up my car, but I paid for the super interior clean and it came back amazingly. The interior was filthy from years of neglect, yet looked pretty much literally brand new after the work. I only noticed a couple of minor spots missed on the overhead compartment, and of course the literally impossible oil stains on the mats. Otherwise I'm very happy with it. read more

These guys don't try to upsell random air filters and wiper blades unless they see they're really broken down. Triple t washed my car twice because they did a poor job the first time. The young attendant struggled to drive it because it's a manual. His boss told me he has only been driving for 7 days. I dislike that such an inexperienced driver is allowed to operate cars here. read more

I would love to give this place 5 stars but.... I have taken my car there a handful of times, never paid the $31 to get everything done. The last 3 times i have taken my car there i have paid the $31, they always leave tons of smear marks over my windshield and both times have forgotten to hit the tires with armor all. Now, i really hate to complain but when i pay for something i think i deserve to get it. The windows are really what dissapoint me the most. I dont think i have gone there and they have done a good job on my windows. I always have to go home and re-do the entire windsheild. Dissapointing. Everything else is great though. read more

Treated disrespectfully when I dropped off my car this morning for a detail. I was told on the phone that I didn't need a reservation, just bring the car in and they would get it done Saturday. WOW! I had my car fully detailed and was shocked at how perfect it was when I went to pick it up. I get my vehicle fully detailed at least once, if not twice yearly and this was my first time at Triple T and it is the best detail job I've had yet. My car looked like it came off the assembly line, inside and out. It was expensive, but for the quality and the time they did it in, it was worth it hands down. The only frustrating thing is that they don't take appointments, however I dropped it off the night before and they did it first thing in he morning and was ready for pickup before noon. Wish I had discovered this place long ago! In December I tried a new car wash in town, paid a dollar more and was disappointed with the results. Someone recommended Tripple T and the level of clean I got for the basic $5 wash is impressive. The personal touch of the two guys hand drying was a fun surprise at the end. Great! read more

I just started work at the University of Illinois about a month ago and I went to this place for the first time this morning. They were AMAZING and really just wonderful and they did an outstanding job on my car!!!! I have taken it to other washes before but it truly has not been this clean for years. I was so stunned at how awesome the car looked and could not have been happier. Then I decided to get my oil changed as well and the guys did a great job, were very through and it pretty quick! Overall the service was spectacular, starting with the person who greeted me outside of the wash, all of workers were so nice and friendly. Not only will I go back again ( I plan to become a regular) but I would also recommend this place to anyone who needs their car washed, oil changed or anything along those lines. read more
