My car being washed! Came out very clean
Andres C.

I was looking for a place to get a quick hand wash around the Champaign area. Through the internet I found UI auto club car and gave them a call to see if I could bring in my car for a quick wash on a Saturday morning. The guy on the phone said they were booked up with work but would check to see if he could fit me in. I got a call a few minutes later and was that they could get my car washed if I came over. So I did! When I pulled up I was greeted, was taken into a nice lounge with fresh coffee and donuts available, and a nice gentleman began working on my car right away. While my car was being washed I spoke with an employee that was doing work on another car inside the shop. I was amazed by how many services they can perform and offer! At the end my car came out nice, clean, and in a timely manner. At the end when I was paying I found out that the owner actually washed my car himself! Now that is customer service. The team down at the UI auto car club were professional, did good work, and I will definitely be back again for my next car wash.

Wow!! Seriously my car looks and smells brand new! Absolutely worth the cost! So happy with how it turned out!

Best auto detailing shop in the CU area! We've trusted them with numerous vehicles, and the results have always been awesome. There are plenty of detail shops that will take your money, but these guys take pride in their work. Whether you're looking for a quick hand wash, a full detail, paint correction, or ceramic coating, stop in and check them out.

Looking good after the $20 hand wash (amazing price for such great service)

The place to go for a quick and detailed hand wash. Your car will be rinsed, showered in suds from a foam cannon, washed with microfiber mitt and two bucket method, rinsed off and dried using a filtered air blower. There's a very nice lounge area too!

They do a great job at making sure the car is clean looking like new, especially the inside. The restore my car to that new car look.

The owner of Marketview Lube is truly a rare kind of person--someone who lives life with honesty…read moreand integrity. I had a car emergency while in line for the car wash when my vehicle suddenly started smoking. Without hesitation, the employees and the owner rushed over, moved the cones, and guided me into the oil change center. They quickly diagnosed the problem: my coolant line had completely broken, and all of my antifreeze had leaked out. At that moment, I could have been vulnerable to being overcharged for a repair I knew nothing about. Instead, the owner went above and beyond--personally driving to Napa twice and even trying the Dodge dealership to find the right part. He was upfront about the price (around $200) and even apologized for the cost, though it was completely out of his control. His care reminded me of how my dad or grandpa would have looked after me--genuine, protective, and trustworthy. Because of his quick action, my engine was saved from what could have been devastating damage. He got me back on the road with a very reasonable bill, and I left feeling both relieved and grateful. I even tipped because I felt guilty it wasn't more for the time and effort they put into fixing my beloved Journey (or the "Ourney," since the J fell off!). All the owner asked in return was my continued business--which he now has for life. In a world where service like this is so rare, Marketview Lube is a shining example of kindness, integrity, and heart. I left feeling safe, cared for, and thankful to have been in exactly the right place at the right time.

Mobishine Detailing

Mobishine Detailing

Mobishine scammed me into paying $600 for a $300 service, and refuses to make it right…read more I never leave reviews, but I have to share my experience with Mobishine in hopes that you'll learn from my awful experience. Do not trust this business! I booked a $600 Ultimate Detail with Mobishine for November 22 and paid a $50 deposit. My appointment got delayed several times due to mechanical issues and weather. Finally on December 16 Salim arranged for me to drive to VIDA Detailing in Champaign to receive the detailing service from a guy who works for Glow Spot IL. I don't know why Salim couldn't have one of his own employees do it, but in good faith, I brought my car to VIDA. While I was waiting during the 2.5 hour service, Salim texted me, asking me to Venmo him the remaining balance so he could pay his guy, because Salim was traveling overseas and needed to square things up before bedtime in his time zone. I explicitly confirmed at this point that I was paying for the full Ultimate Package with 1-year ceramic coating, which he confirmed. Again in good faith, I paid him the remaining $550. Upon picking up my car, the guy who'd detailed it told me that I'd actually only received a standard interior/exterior detail package with hybrid wax, valued at $300. No iron remover, no clay bar, no polishing, no leather conditioning, no 1-year ceramic coating. He told me that he'd discussed the package with Salim, and as a favor to him, agreed to do it for $200. When I reached out to Salim about the discrepancy, he denied that there had been a mistake and tried to convince me that I had in fact received the premium detail that was promised. After I cited receipts proving that this was a lie, he tried to convince me that a fair solution would be for him to perform the ultimate detail (exterior only) a month from now when he's back in the States. I've already waited a month, through two major freezes, with my car parked outside in the ice and snow. I'm not prepared to wait another month for something that should have been completed weeks ago. (Again, where are his actual employees??) I asked Salim to refund me the $300 overcharge, to reflect the value of the actual service I received. At this point he started sending me long, ornate messages full of excuses, appeals, and outright lies. He claimed that he was "not in a position to offer a partial refund," and that refunding me would cost him "35% in taxes, fees, and other business-related charges." When I researched these claims and found them to be untrue, he offered me a $100 refund as a "goodwill gesture," claiming that the service I'd received was valued at $500. Again, I proved this was a lie, at which point he stopped responding to my messages. I reached out one last time in hopes of avoiding a formal dispute, and he came back with a $150 refund offer, couched in platitudes about finding an "amicable resolution." Still trying to get me to pay $450 for a service valued at $300, for which he paid $200, with receipts to prove it all. At this point I feel so uncomfortable with the scammy, manipulative nature of Salim's response that I would never invite him to my home to detail my car even if he could do it tomorrow, let alone a month from now. I now have to open a chargeback claim with my bank, on top of having to book a new detailer to service my car as I originally wanted. This entire ordeal has been FAR more trouble than it's worth. Mobishine is scammy, shady, and will take advantage of your trust in order to steal your money. Don't do business with them. There are plenty of more worthy, honest car detail spots around town to choose from.

Thank's lot guys for your service, i appreciate your hard work, i'll be definitely your loyal…read morecustomer
