Most other reviews are old Just came back from lunch there postives very clean, spartan fresh food good variety on par with most restaurants good service chicken teriyaki sticks were meaty and tender easy to pick lower-calorie options did not see any customers who looked unhappy with the food negatives roast beef was tough because someone cut it with the grain instead of across the grain. there were no small dishes by the condiments. The service was great our waiter was amazing always paying attention to our table and seeing if we needed any help great, where this place lose me is the food, it's not great. It use to be better before the pandemic the new owners have caused a lack of food quality. Staff our lovely so this place is a solid place if you want food quick and want great service read more

5 stars because they are great at what they are trying to do. We have been here about 10 times and the food is always fresh no matter the time of day. The place looks old and run down because it is but the stuff that should be clean is clean. Prices are good. It looked kinda' scary the first time we went but now we know how good the food is so we don't think about the old carpet etc. Several times we've been at order from the menu places and wished we had come here. The last time we stopped in to eat was on a Monday afternoon around 1:30 pm our waitress was very good and kept our table cleared and the pop filled. The issue we had was with some of the foods and the salad fixings. The Green Olives were on the mushy side, the egg rolls were overdone and not hot anymore, the chicken Teriyaki on a stick were dry and overdone, the Garlic Bread was cold, and the Ribs did not have much of a flavor and they were just warm. I had heard some mixed reviews of this restaurant. So my daughter and I decided to check it out for ourselves. The atmosphere is very casual - it looks like it was previously a Country Kitchen or Perkins style building. Parking was ample and it was easy to find. The restaurant was clean. And the buffet was well stocked. Despite my slight dislike for buffets, we decided to try it and taste many of the entrees offered on the menu. The vegetable dishes were fresh and the veggies were cooked al dente crispness. The sauces were VERY mild and the buffet offered the 'standard' world buffet options. The buffet offered a lot of variety but nothing really stood out as their signature or dish that you would find outstanding. The service was average and many of the signs posted 'not to waste food' and 'only take what you'll eat' I found tacky. EGGROLLS: I would pass. They were crisp but were primarily stringy cabbage without flavor, just bulk. I had one bite and quit. FRIED RICE: Meh, Would pass on this dish as well. Since fried rice is an American Chinese food favorite I consider this to be an deal breaker if it's not tasty. HOT & SOUR SOUP: No thank you to seconds or firsts. This is one of the staples of a good menu item and a very popular choice as well. If you can don't have me at hot & sour soup, I will likely not return. If you are what you eat, I don't want to be this food. I left and had 'gut rot' for the entire evening. The food served at this restaurant made me feel terrible. After sharing my experience at this restaurant, two of the women I work with said they had the same experience. read more

I like this place. The help is very friendly and smiling all the time. If you like seafood go at dinner time otherwise lunch has a variety of different things. The only change they need to do is a update on the place and they need some new booths the seats are very low. Salad bar and desserts are also good read more

The only reason for giving a one is cause I can't give a zero. So if you get carry out they say you can't have or use your stamp card cause you are not eating in the place..Plus the food for two is more than the price for three when you are sitting in the restaurant. Plus a couple of times being there our family would come in at a good start time for dinner and there was hardly any dishes fresh being put out. This use to be my families favorite place, we have been going there since they opened years ago and have had lots if great family memories there but the past year it has went downhill so bad and food has gotten worse and they dont restock the foods when it goes empty, but kept trying to give them a chance but last night I gave up. Water heater was down on a warmer so none of our favorites were made, old and dry black pepper chicken and only half a serving was available and in 45 minutes they still hadnt brought any out to replenish it.. teriyaki chicken was burnt and the crab rangoon smelled spoiled.. so made the decision after a year of hoping they would get better like they use to be, we will not be back. Owners need to just close the doors.. as I walked out I told a young man with his little son, dont waste ur money take your son somewhere else and he walked out behind me.. goodbye world buffet. read more
