Finally after the 2nd month of temporary plates, get the chance to get my registration to use my plate that I have, but not being told you have to pay $100 for it is again fishy... idk if I should've even paid that much I know the dmv don't charge that much for plate transfers. But oh well, got my registration and wiping my hands clean of this place. Good luck if you go here. you have been warned and be weary and read everyone's story below this

I'm going to make this short for now and may amend it later. I don't recall the salesman's name but…read morehe was very polite very professional and very cordial. Dexter one of the managers was also very helpful very polite very professional. The other manager, whose name I also can't all at the moment was also very polite and professional. Their business is very detailed, very well thought out and has everything that they need for an individual with troubled credit. They offer in-house insurance and in-house lending. They did accommodate my disability, and did modify their return policy to accommodate my disability. For this, I'm thankful appreciative, and they did the right thing in accordance with the ADA. The downside is that their pricing is a bit high because of who their clientele is. They also have mandatory warranty coverage. This is both good and bad. It protects their investment and your product but there's no way to opt out that's driving the cost of ownership higher. The other con is that they have a mandatory GPS tracking device that invade your privacy that you cannot opt out of. This is not only violate several privacy laws. It also violates the ADA. They violated the ADA, because I requested an accommodation for them to modify the warranty coverage to a shorter period to accommodate my disability related needs, and they failed and refused to respond as the ADA requires, in writing, demonstrating how they requested accommodation fundamentally alter the nature of their service product or activity. That is what is required, and they failed, and refused to do so. Overall, I do recommend them if you were in a situation that needs this type of service and is OK with the cons.

I genuinely didn't want to write a negative review. I sat on this for a bit, hoping I was just…read morecatching them on an off day. Nope. I was interested in a Golf R they recently took in on trade. First red flag right out of the gate: why is a car listed for sale that hasn't even been cleaned or prepped? If "as-is dust" is the new sales strategy, that should probably be disclosed. Alex sends me a quick video once I ask for one, which was fine. I then call back to discuss trading in my Audi RSQ8. I wasn't asking for a locked-in number -- just a ballpark estimate, which is completely standard. Instead, I'm told I have to bring the car in and that they won't even discuss a rough value without physically seeing it. And before anyone jumps in with "that's normal," it really isn't. 99.9% of dealerships (and no, that's not an exaggeration) will ask for photos and a VIN and give you a rough range. The reason? Apparently the used car manager "got burned once" on a 500-mile car. Cool story. For context, I could buy four brand-new Golf Rs for what an RSQ8 costs, but sure -- that one time scarred him for life. Anyway, between the unprepped car, the refusal to do even a basic estimate, and the overall vibe, I'm out. Wouldn't deal with them again.
