Outstanding cars and very knowledgeable sales people. Kevin explained in detail how the electric engines work I was inquiring about. Every question I had was answered and led me to my purchase. Couldn't be happier with how the sales team to finance to the service department handled it all. Will return for future purchases! read more

I Purchased from this location. 6231 S Orange Blossom Trl Orlando, FL 32809. They are nothing but crooks!!! The car I purchased was fine for literally 1 day. First it was little things. Like the head lights then the tires. So we replaced it. But mined you. I literally has the car for one day and had to replace that stuff already. The manager Damian said I would have free oil changes with the purchase of the car. I asked him to put that in writing. But when he refused I should have know he was a crook too! So I had the car for about. A week then the gas started to leak and the oil change light came on. I told Damian and he said his mechanics would correct it. He said they would get the parts and change the oil but I had to pay labor of 250. So I did. 2 days later my oil light came back on and the gas leak returned. Do not trust them at all!!!!! Please they will lie and tell you they fixed it and mess up your car. Just don't even purchase here to avoid it. So I finally to my are to a verified Porsche dealer and they told me. The oil was never changed. It is bone dry! And that who ever attempted to fix the gas leak made it worse and it was a botched job. Also when I asked him for a statement saying he changed the oil they refused and typed me up this bullshit letter from word pad. Just stay away. I'm still paying the price for this. read more

The worst customers experience I have ever had in my life. I was talking with a sales person there about buying a truck I saw online. I told them I live 2+ hours away and said I will be there to buy the truck in the morning. I sent them a message saying I am on the way there. Then when I'm less than 20 mins away they call me and told me they sold the truck from under me. I suggest buying a car elsewhere to avoid their shady business practices. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE!!!! BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! My husband and I came from GA to purchase a vehicle due to our credit history. We had to come down there THREE times, mind you it is a 4 hour drive there and back for us to get home. Waste of gas, money, and mileage. The first time we waited hours (basically from open to close) to get approved and was declined. The second time, we came in and we got approved for a WRX in which we put a deposit down to hold it. They sold the vehicle to another buyer instead without acknowledging us. Third time, they messed up our paperwork for the financing and had to re-do the paperwork due to the bank dropping us. Now that had happened, we had to put more money down than before. The money we had to put down, we could of bought a brand new car through an actual dealership. Please take your business elsewhere and get what you actually want! read more

BAIT AND SWITCH, AND THEY ARE SELLING SALVAGED AKA DAMAGED VEHICLES --- I went to their dealership in Winter Park on Semoran Blvd (same owners) and was quoted a very good price for what seemed to be a very nice vehicle (i am not a mechanic, so I didn't know any better). I went back the next day and they told me "Sorry, but we can't sell it for that low. The salesman that quoted you that price is new, and was unaware of the real price" Even worse than their bait and switch was that Mo (one of the managers) tried to sell me a car that has a clean title when you look on Carfax, but it had so much structural frame damage that it could not possibly be clean. I was a bit skeptical of the great deal they were offering, and wanted to make sure the car was in good mechanical shape, so I took it for a test drive and also brought it to my mechanic. My mechanic told me that the car is a death trap! He noticed all the extremely vital parts of the structural frame that appeared to be welded together by amateurs. Don't rely on Carfax at this place! They have cleverly figured out a way to get terrible vehicles that don't have a salvaged title, so they can advertise it as 'clean', even though those vehicles clearly have far more problems than show up on Carfax. BUYERS BEWARE! Oh.... and Action 9 WFTV local news also did an investigative report on this dealership "cashing in on repossessing vehicles". Here is one line from the investigation... "Action 9's Todd Ulrich checked DMV records and found World Auto violated state regulations seven times since 2012, including false statements in sales documents. These people are not trustworthy at all and will literally waste your time. If I could leave 0 stars I would. 1. Horrible experience. As a single mother they took advantage of me and my need for a vehicle . Before pulling off the lot I asked about the jerking of the car and the winding sound . Was told that was common in the type of car I got . Turns out the transmission was bad and the mass airflow sensor was too. Haven't been able to use the car in 4 months and I've only had for 7 months. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do about it . Now Im out of money and have no car. I put 2 grand down on a genesis I bought from them and while having the car it had continuous issues, the blowback for the turbo was disconnected the 6th gear grinded but I was told it had a new clutch in it along with the synchronizers. And then after about an hour of driving it the aftermarket headlights went out in it so I brought it back to have it repaired being under warranty. It took them 3 1/2 hours to "tighten the lights" which wasn't even the problem it was the ballast which you have to have for these lights and when I finally went over there to see what was taking so long they weren't even working on it the guy was sitting in it Ass listening to music and when he saw me walking over he got up and told me my car was done. So On the way home the lights went out again so I took it back up there along with the a.c going out which was supposed to be already fixed and it took them another 2 hours to fix the ac and do not a single thing with the lights on top of my hour trip home. So after having the car for about a month and a half they took an extra 83 dollars out of my bank account and told me it would be sent back to me but every time I called them about it they would transfer me to a manager which would go to voicemail or he would answer and hang up on me. So after all of this time they finally called me to tell me that they couldn't verify employment and did several credit checks which negatively affected my credit for 90 days. And then the bank wouldn't give the loan due to the employment verification even though they were given three different numbers to go through. So now they won't return my 2000 dollar down payment and hang up on me when I try calling them and they find out it's me trying to get that money back so now I'm filing a lawsuit so hopefully I'll be able to get my hard earned money back from this shit ass place. This place gets a no star from me if it was possible. I should've read the reviews and asked around Orlando before buying my Evo here. To make a long story short I bought my Evo from them in 2020 of January which they sold me a warranty for. By March the transmission gave out and engine by May. I work out of state and barely drove the car. Didn't even put 200 miles on it in 6 months. I tried to contact them about it and they told me to contact the warranty company. After talking to the warranty company I was told they wouldn't fix it because the car was modified *World Auto knowingly sold it to me and gave me the warranty*. I go back to world auto and they tell me to contact THEIR warranty guy who works with the warranty company because that's what they USUALLY DO. And even this guy told me he wouldn't help me. Pablo is his name. Once I told them he said that pretty much they told me to go screw myself because they do stuff like this all the time. I put down about $3500 if I remember correctly in which world auto put 2k on paying for the warranty. At least that's what they said. The Mitsubishi dealership I took the car to themself told me shady stealerships like this do shady stuff like that because they get a cut for selling it. Purchased a 97 Honda Accord on 9/8/16. It is now 10/24/16 at the time of this posting and I have a leak in my brake line, have replaced the power steering belt twice, the dash lights don't work, a headlight was out, and now I've had the upper radiator hose blow due to a bad head gasket. Upon contacting this dealer about helping me with at least some of these issues, I was basically told that because they'd taken the car as a trade-in I was screwed. In fact, I asked them, "So because it was a trade-in, I'm basically screwed?" and the answer literally began with, "Yes". The next they did they could do for me is for me to bring it in and use it as a trade-in and finance another vehicle with them. Ihave little doubt they would sell me another vehicle in poor shape, dump some stop-leak in the radiator of my trade-in, and pawn my piece of junk off on someone else. I wasn't upset that the car wasn't detailed, or that it had a headlight out, or even that the dash light knob had a short and would barely work. But then it just continued to fall apart, and this dealer's only offered "assistance" is for them to make yet more money off me. AVOID WORLD AUTO AT ALL COSTS. read more

I was a little caught off guard after reading the reviews, but it seemed just about every other car dealership had or has just as bad or worse reviews. But their selection is what brought me in i was already pre approved and bottom line world auto has the best selection. I DO NOT recommend buying your next car from this place. Me and my fiance went into world auto and it started as a nice experience. We were approved for a cheap car, which was OK with us because we didn't have much money and just needed a car to get us from A-B. They accepted $800 down and set up payments for the rest of the down payment. Well... As soon as my fiance drove the car off the lot the air stopped working. Normally I would have had her turn right around and take it back but she was already 3 hours late for work due to us being there. So I went back a few days later and told them that the air stopped working and they brought the car right back to their shop and "fixed it". Well I left the lot again and the air stopped working again. I had other things to do in limited time so I could not go back. Well... I went back again a few days later and they told me to come back the next day. I went back and they told me to come back in a few days. This went on for a little while until my fiance finally went up there and raised hell. They then made an appointment for me to bring the car back for them to fix the air. Well I went to the appointment and they hadn't even ordered the part to fix it. I was then told to come back the following monday and they would have the part. I went in and they said to come back the next day. I decided that they obviously don't give a damn about their customers after they leave that lot in a car. Well I went back today to get my tag and they charged me $358. And when I said something about my air I was just given a dirty look. If you are in need of a car or just want a second car, don't go to this place. You will be scammed and treated like complete crap. read more

I purchased a 2015 Black Honda Civic purchased on 1/14/17 from World Auto Inc (407) 412-6944. http://www.worldautosinc.com/ Please see the below BBB complaint I filed and to no avail, have not heard back from them. The original reason I filed my complaint was because the day I purchased the vehicle I arrived home (45 min drive) and I had 2 flat tires, and the Tire pressure indicator light was on. World Auto Inc was closed the very next day (Sunday). I went to a local known and trustworthy tire shop in Kissimmee (Amigo Tires) (407) 935-0022 and they advised they noticed a rear rim was bent, and I replaced all 4 tires as I was sold a vehicle with all different size tires. I paid $150 for 4 used tires that day after just putting down $1,000 for the car. I contacted World Auto Inc and was advised multiple times someone would call me, no one ever followed up after multiple phone calls. One of the calls, a member of management claimed they were working with the Owner located in Arizona so there was always an issue with the time zones. One day I was called by one of the guys at the car place to come pick up a check for the cost of the tires I had to replace, however, because it was raining and I couldn't make it that day. The very next day, I was advised it was too late to resolve this and there was no check for me to pick up; that's when I filed the BBB complaint. I never heard a word after the complaint was filed then the case was closed after 30-days. I then went to Coggin Honda in Orlando and paid $137.00 for (1) rim to be replaced, the folks at Honda advised me not only was one of the rims bent, but so was the other rear wheel rim. Now the issue is after the car accident where I was not at fault on 7/26/17, Car-O-Van (Auto Body) (407) 298-8888 gave an estimate and got with my insurance adjuster Chris Paniccia ( and they advised that the issue is the vehicle was in a prior accident and the main part that they are not willing to fix due to being in a prior rear-end Collison is the "rear suspension cross member". I got a forced second opinion because Car-O-Van would not fix unless I paid out of pocket to get the rear suspension fixed. My car is currently at Gerber Collison (407) 857-8089 Dulce also advised that the rear suspension piece was a prior accident and did not have anything to do with the current and only accident I have been involved in with this vehicle. Attached is the estimate from Car-O-Van advising the damages located just above the "Estimate Totals". Also, attached is the new estimate from Gerber Collison where they found more damage Gieco is willing to cover, but it still won't cover the rear suspension cross member. I also have a voicemail from Dulce the manager at Gerber advising they found a used part, and with labor and an alignment that will cost $692.00 asking if I will pay for it.... This is where I am having the issue. I am out $150.00 for new tires day after sale $137.00 paid for 1-rim- the other is still needing to be replaced $692.00 for the prior damage (rear suspension cross member) read more

Horrible experience! Was in need of a truck so I stopped in. No available salesman at the time so one of the yard guys walked with me to show me their options. Found one I liked, went through the process with the financial guy Steve. Bought the truck and traded in my 08 Armada all in one shot. Come to find out the truck I had bought had a previous transmission issue. Luckily my financier had required an aftermarket warranty be sold along with the truck. After well over a month I finally got the warranty company to cover 2k out of the $3,665 it cost to have the transmission rebuilt. I Gave Steve plenty of time to cover the rest of the cost or even a little bit of the cost and they didn't do anything. Said the price was too high and I should have gotten it repaired somewhere else that would have only charged what the warranty company would cover. I gave them every opportunity to make this rite and they did NOTHING! No repair facility in this area could touch this repair for less than 3k. read more

Where do I even begin? If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting and I'm blown away that they're still in business. The lobby is unorganized, the salesmen are shady and unprofessional, the cars are filthy and unreliable (we were literally taken for a test drive in a car that still had someone's personal belongings in it and an old McDonald's bag.), and they will promise you one thing to get a commitment from you and then try to completely fuck you over in the end. The only reason we even considered this place is because Capitol One Auto Financing referred us and I will be calling them first thing after the thanksgiving holiday to file a complaint because I cannot comprehend why a reputable company like Capitol One would be working with a DUMP like this. I will also be reporting them to the BBB as well. I'm not the type of person to even write reviews but I was so taken aback by what occurred during my visit here that I felt compelled to make sure others know that this place is a complete waste of time and if you have any respect for yourself PLEASE do not go here. My dad is a lawyer and found 3 voids in the contract and could have sued for over $100,000 but instead of the year of legal issues and possible fees we settled on taking the car back and canceling the contract with no damage to my credit and no loan. Do NOT I repeat NOT do business with this shady dealer. Last year I called them looking for a specific car and they told me that they had it in stock the day I took the drive from Jacksonville to Orlando. When I got to the dealership to test drive the vehicle they pulled out a different car with way more miles than the one I wanted. About to walk they offered me a different car, same model different body style less miles (just over 39,000), I purchased this vehicle due to the low miles. However, fast forward to next year I tried to trade in the vehicle and the dealership pulled the carfax and they find that the car had a branded title because the Odomoter was rolled back at around 120,000 miles so I contacted the world auto and talked to Damon and he sent me a false car fax history that didn't included any information on the car and has since stopped communicating with me. So please take my advice and take your business elsewhere. They don't allow you to look at the title before purchasing cars to hide what they don't want you to see read more

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM WORLD AUTO INC. I repeat DO NOT EVER BUY FROM WORLD AUTO INC. This dealership is a fraud, scam, and nothing but deceitful liars and manipulators. They take advantage of people who have credit problems and sell them a car with numerous issues at the highest price possible and mask the vehicle's issues as being something they will take care of before selling it. I went in there after receiving a pre-approval from them. They told me I qualified for a 18K vehicle. Sold me a 2013 Lexus IS. When I test drove the vehicle, it had a power steering issue and the service manager came out and told me they would have the car taken to Lexus of Orlando to have the power steering reprogrammed. I bought the vehicle on a Monday afternoon with a 1K cash down payment. They did take the vehicle to Lexus of Orlando that Monday afternoon, but World Auto and the car salesman, Steven, failed miserably in keeping me updated on the vehicle status, even after numerous calls to both World Auto and the sales man, they could only say the car was being worked on. The following day, which was Tuesday, I was told I would receive the car back that afternoon. Around 3pm, I called World Auto and they told me the car was still being worked on. I then called Lexus of Orlando dealership directly, where the car was taken to fix the power steering, and the service advisor there told me the truth. The service advisor at Lexus of Orlando said "this car is not able to be driven and has numerous issues that World Auto Inc. is not willing to pay to fix." This advisor also said that World Auto Inc. did not even want the vehicle to have a the "diagnostic test" done and picked up the car that same afternoon on Tuesday. Keep in mind World Auto Inc. told me after speaking to them on Tuesday that Lexus of Orlando was still working on the car and would not be ready on Tuesday, meanwhile World Auto had the car back since Tuesday afternoon, but lied saying the vehicle was still at the Lexus of Orlando dealership. I was extremely livid at this point as they are openly lying and telling me false information. The following day, Wednesday, I took an Uber to World Auto and demanded my down payment back and to have the contract canceled. They tried to then get me into another vehicle. I refused any offer they gave me and demanded my money back. After 2 hours of getting the run around, they finally refunded me my down payment and canceled the contract I signed. Please do not do any sort of business with World Auto. You'll have a much bigger problem if you do purchase any vehicle from them. These people are liars and scam artist. I would not be surprised they lower the vehicle's mileage. Many of their cars have surprisingly very low mileage for the age of the cars. For example, they were selling me a vehicle from 2013 with 42k miles, that's unreasonable for a car that is 6 years old. Most cars travel at least 12K yearly, after 6 years it should have a minimum of 72k. Please do your research on this dealership and no matter how bad you think your credit is, they will make things worse for you and sell you a car that is with numerous issues that should not even be for sale. This company is a SCAM. read more

So my suspicion is, they moved over to 1830 State Road 436 Winter Park, FL 32792. Checking the address on this yelp review there is a world auto inc dealer in some other location. But nothing on Google earth popped up on 1830 State Road 436 Winter Park, FL 32792. Sketchy... with that being said, I had done a online application. later being contacted by one of the sales reps assuring me we can definitely work something out they just need pay stubs and buy out letter. Which I sent. Out of the 4 times I've reached out to them I've only got 2 calls returned and quick ones at that. I keep getting a "I'll call you back." and a "I'm sorry we I was tied up on the floor." the sense of urgency seems to be none existent. Maybe I'm not worth the time for a sale? Seems uncharacteristic according to everyone's reviews "willing to do anything for a sale." I don't really know what's going on. I'm not physically close to world auto and it seems like they are giving me the run around, and with previous reviews I'm thinking maybe I should steer clear. I'll drive up there and have a updated review. read more

If i could give them NO STARS i would! Horrible customer service!! The check engine light came on the day after i bought the car. Took 2 weeks to get that fixed then when it came on again, they completely ignore my calls and texts! Manager i spoke with on the phone was rude and hug up on me!!
