New to Florida Mall this store is very clean and simplistic feel to it. Same minimalist look as that of the Apple stores which is right across the isle. Just stop by to see it and take photos since there was only one so far. No pushy sales reps following you around.

Went for a test ride and I have to say they have a nice car. The dealership is expanding so it's a little crowded there

Buying a car from Tesla is an absolute nightmare. The app is terrible and it is impossible to get through to them by phone.

Amazing. Very friendly staff, even in the worst situations. Even better placing in the Florida mall.

I was interested in a Golf R they recently took in on trade. First red flag right out of the gate: why is a car listed for sale that hasn't even been cleaned or prepped? If "as-is dust" is the new sales strategy, that should probably be disclosed. Alex sends me a quick video once I ask for one, which was fine. I then call back to discuss trading in my Audi RSQ8. I wasn't asking for a locked-in number -- just a ballpark estimate, which is completely standard. Instead, I'm told I have to bring the car in and that they won't even discuss a rough value without physically seeing it. And before anyone jumps in with "that's normal," it really isn't. 99.9% of dealerships (and no, that's not an exaggeration) will ask for photos and a VIN and give you a rough range. The reason? Apparently the used car manager "got burned once" on a 500-mile car. Cool story. For context, I could buy four brand-new Golf Rs for what an RSQ8 costs, but sure -- that one time scarred him for life. Anyway, between the unprepped car, the refusal to do even a basic estimate, and the overall vibe, I'm out. Wouldn't deal with them again.

After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

What a piece of crap dealer this is…read more I brought my Jeep in to this dealership and worked with Gabriel - who is awful. My lease was ending and I wanted to buy it. I had to come in and re-do my paperwork because of his mistake. I have been confused as to how my loan is MORE than what the value of my car was originally. First of all, he said that the dealership doesn't go by my true credit score so my interest rate would be higher. I don't understand why you would lower my credit score to make me pay more. Second, he was so proud of the fact that a warranty was "INCLUDED" but now I am revisiting my paperwork and found that he worked in over $4,000 into my new loan for the warranty. I am so upset at the dishonesty of everyone at this place. I have been trying to reach out over the past several months via all avenues and no one wants to talk to me. I have told everyone to avoid this place - i hope your dealership goes out of business. I would like to explore options of trading in my Jeep to get a different one but what you have done to me has me so far upside down in it I will never get out of it. Gabriel is a lying piece of crap and should be fired. He really took me for a fool. He kept saying he made no money on my deal and was doing me a huge favor but i think he added things so he could get some sort of compensation for "selling" a warranty. I cannot believe that I am so screwed by you. Also - my credit report has BOTH loans on it still. It's as if i have $88K in car debt - you are RUINING my credit in the process. There is a link on the website to "talk to the GM" which i did and got no response. I looked up his name that is on their website and searched him on LinkedIn and he hasn't worked at this dealer since 2020. He probably couldn't back the dishonesty here.
