Finally after the 2nd month of temporary plates, get the chance to get my registration to use my plate that I have, but not being told you have to pay $100 for it is again fishy... idk if I should've even paid that much I know the dmv don't charge that much for plate transfers. But oh well, got my registration and wiping my hands clean of this place. Good luck if you go here. you have been warned and be weary and read everyone's story below this

As we walked in, we were greeted by the door concierge, he quickly assigned us to our sales agent Felipe. Felipe was courteous and professional, he quickly helped us take a look at the car we had our eyes set on. We did the test drive, both my husband and my son test drove the car, my son was purchasing his first car, and Felipe made it simple and seamless. While awaiting for the paperwork to get done and getting the car under our insurance, we also had the pleasure to meet Felipe's co-worker Robert, a military veteran, who shared quiet a few fun stories with us. This shop is a family run business, and everyone were really nice. The car was in great condition, definitely a good purchase for the price. I highly recommend this place. If you are looking for sales agents who actually understand about cars and your needs, and a reliable ride, look no further, this place should be your first stop and last stop.

I would NOT recommend Mint Auto Sales…read more I purchased a 2015 Mustang GT from them and paid to have it delivered to Texas. The vehicle arrived with only one key, and the delivery driver showed up around 11 PM and unloaded the car along a busy highway. After taking the Mustang to a mechanic, I was informed that the catalytic converters were missing. I was quoted upwards of $10,000 to have the issue properly corrected. On top of that, the vehicle needed to be re-tuned because the existing tune was obsolete, and I also had to have the computer flashed. What concerns me most is how Mint Auto handled the situation afterward. When I contacted them about the missing catalytic converters, they produced paperwork claiming that I had knowingly signed acknowledging they were missing. I absolutely dispute that. This experience has cost me thousands of dollars beyond the purchase of the vehicle, and I believe potential buyers deserve to know what happened before doing business with Mint Auto Sales. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend having any vehicle from them independently inspected and carefully reviewing every document before purchasing. And I still have not received my plates.

Addition Financial- Winter Garden Branch…read more I would like to recommend the Winter Garden branch of all of Addition inancial locations! Michael Smith is the head teller and also doubles as a Bank representative and can help you with all of your needs. I've had to stop in twice to handle certain transactions and I have had the fortune of Michael's assistance. He has never let me down. This Branch deserves to be the number one out of all the central Florida locations due to its superb staff. I highly recommend the Winter Garden branch because Michael is always willing to help!

The bank account…read morewas not completed open the credit union charge my account a fee of $30 dollars because I did not have the $40K to wave the monthly fee. I went on the second of September to ask why they charge that fee if the account was not even fully open on the second. The lady told me Daniela who works at branch close to the Loop in Kissimmee told me that as soon as I deposit the $40K they will refund me back the $30 dollars that even got me upset more, because I was not able to deposit any money since the account was not open yet. Today is September 3 and I am sitting in the lobby waiting for someone because now they are asking for my business operation agreement so I told Daniela to go ahead and close the account because first they are robbing me a fee without opening the account from my initial deposit. To close the account she told me she has to wait until they approve whoever to refund me back my own money. I have been siting already for a long time waiting for this people to refund the money I initially deposit to open the account. This credit is not good because is not organize and they are scamming people. How can they charge a monthly fee when the account is not fully open and as of today they are having a hard time to give me back my own money. This is unheard and unacceptable. This credit union will brake any businesses they will put anyone out of business. They are not good at all for business accounts.

Dexter one of the managers was also very helpful very polite very professional. The other manager, whose name I also can't all at the moment was also very polite and professional. Their business is very detailed, very well thought out and has everything that they need for an individual with troubled credit. They offer in-house insurance and in-house lending. They did accommodate my disability, and did modify their return policy to accommodate my disability. For this, I'm thankful appreciative, and they did the right thing in accordance with the ADA. The downside is that their pricing is a bit high because of who their clientele is. They also have mandatory warranty coverage. This is both good and bad. It protects their investment and your product but there's no way to opt out that's driving the cost of ownership higher. The other con is that they have a mandatory GPS tracking device that invade your privacy that you cannot opt out of. This is not only violate several privacy laws. It also violates the ADA. They violated the ADA, because I requested an accommodation for them to modify the warranty coverage to a shorter period to accommodate my disability related needs, and they failed and refused to respond as the ADA requires, in writing, demonstrating how they requested accommodation fundamentally alter the nature of their service product or activity. That is what is required, and they failed, and refused to do so. Overall, I do recommend them if you were in a situation that needs this type of service and is OK with the cons.

I was interested in a Golf R they recently took in on trade. First red flag right out of the gate: why is a car listed for sale that hasn't even been cleaned or prepped? If "as-is dust" is the new sales strategy, that should probably be disclosed. Alex sends me a quick video once I ask for one, which was fine. I then call back to discuss trading in my Audi RSQ8. I wasn't asking for a locked-in number -- just a ballpark estimate, which is completely standard. Instead, I'm told I have to bring the car in and that they won't even discuss a rough value without physically seeing it. And before anyone jumps in with "that's normal," it really isn't. 99.9% of dealerships (and no, that's not an exaggeration) will ask for photos and a VIN and give you a rough range. The reason? Apparently the used car manager "got burned once" on a 500-mile car. Cool story. For context, I could buy four brand-new Golf Rs for what an RSQ8 costs, but sure -- that one time scarred him for life. Anyway, between the unprepped car, the refusal to do even a basic estimate, and the overall vibe, I'm out. Wouldn't deal with them again.
