Working Class Heating and Air is outstanding company to work with!! Our furnace went out and it is in the attic, we had no heat. We called our home warranty, AHS they initiated a service call with Sawyer Construction. Two technicians came out to trouble shoot the problem, did not introduce themselves, and only asked what the issue was. They were in the attic for about 45 minutes, came down, I had to ask them what the issue was. I was told the unit had to be replace and it would be a big job because it was in the attic. I received a call from Sawyer turning down the job. AHS initiated another call service call with Working Class. Very skeptical at this point. Working Class called and worked with us to schedule an appointment. They kept informed on when the technician would arrive and who it would be. Promptly at the scheduled time Kyle Crosby showed up, introduced himself and talked to me about the issue. He took his tools and headed up into the attic. About 10 minutes later the furnace was on and producing heat. He came down and showed us pictures of the cracked motor and a temporary fix he did so we can have heat and had already contacted the office to get the replacement ordered. Kyle was very professional and personable. The office called us to let us know that the part was ordered and would call us when it came in. This was on a Friday, they called Monday to schedule an appointment for Tuesday to install the part. Once again Kyle showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was up in the attic and replaced the part within 10 minutes, came down and showed us the broken unit. Working class Heating and Air is a top notch class company that has knowledgeable, friendly, and professional employees that care about their customers. The receptionist was professional and helpful. Kyle did an outstanding communicating with us making sure we informed of the issue and a fix. This is Old School Company that makes their customers a priority, other companies should take note on how a company is ran. So very grateful to Working Class Heating & Air & their amazing tech Kyle. My a/c unit quit July 21st. Then shortly after the furnace crapped the bed as well. After being ghosted by the first company the home warranty company sent out (Alliance Heating and Air-they suck don't ever deal with these con artists), my home warranty company sent out Working Class. The communication and professionalism is a breath of fresh air. Their tech Kyle is a rockstar-friendly, knows his stuff and explained everything to me. Their office staff was right on it immediately and now after several weeks of frustration thanks to the previous company, thanks to Working Class I am happy to say we will have a new furnace and a/c unit by Wednesday. Great workmanship and service, I needed to have my old swamp cooler replaces and from the first call they were courteous and sent an installer same day to provide an estimate, and a link for their financing options, which I have to say was very easy to do and understand. The work was completed in no time, very detail oriented to make sure work was properly done the fist time is what I expected and they did not fail to do so with all arias sealed so there wasn't any air leakage or water overflowing, this is expected nonetheless but their workmanship shows that they care which is truly appreciated. Working Class Heating and Air has definitely gained a new customer and I will certainly be recording them to all my friends and family who love to feel comfortable in their homes during the hot desert summer or winter. I did a lot of research and Working Class was the best all around. Hanna was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. There was only two other businesses where the receptionist knew what they charged per pound of freon. Other business receptionists didn't know or told me that the tech would let me know on site (code for "Surprise! Surprise!). Hanna was also nice enough to schedule my neighbor on the same call. The price for an a/c check up and coil cleaning was the lowest. The technician, Seth, was on time, efficient, and professional. He took his time cleaning the coils and checking everything. I would highly recommend Working Class heating and air to everyone. No hidden charges! No ridiculous quotes! No pressure to join their monthly or bi-annual membership! I called in a claim to my home warranty company for my ac not working. It was 103 outside and 90 in my house. I received a call from shannon and she said the tech could come out in 2 days. After whining and telling her that i was old and fat she said she would try to get someone out sooner. Well she got chris out here the next day. This is the secong time he has been here and i have to say chris is great. He was on my roof about 10 minutes and knew what the problem was. Our heater wasn't working, this company came out in the pouring rain, on an emergency call and tried to fix it. We have American Home Shield and were set up with a different company who never called or showed for 4 days. We have a baby who was sick at the time, and we desperately needed our heater fixed. Matt came out and tried to get us going at 7pm, even-though he was soaked and freezing, he was there trying to take care of us. We rescheduled because it was impossible that night. My roof started leaking into my attic. I called Ronnie and he was awesome! He came out and fixed the leak for a reasonable price. We liked him so much, we had him do a roof maintenance which he finished same day. Turns out we had a family of raccoons nesting in the attic and Ronnie also gave us the contact info for a guy who humanely traps and releases them back into the wild. I was contacted within a few minutes that they would be handling my trouble call. Within a couple of hours I had a service time for the following morning. Good service, showed up on time finished earlier than I thought. I thought all we needed was a recharge and to fix a leak but turns out we had some bad ductwork so he repaired that as well. Was an easy fix but it's the thought that counts! So I gave my mother his card and he installed a new unit over there for a reasonable price.
