The day of the appointment I received a call from Julia in the morning to prepared us for the appointment. An hour before our visit I got another call from Julia saying our insurance was inactive. I immediately got on the phone and called my sons insurance and made sure to get things all squared away. His insurance was completely active. I am mediately called Julia after confirming my sons insurance was active, and no response from her. We arrive for appointment on time only to be denied care. The last few months was a complete waste of time as we waited for an appointment slot. I did everything in my power to correct the situation with such short notice. Only to have my son and I turned away in person. A phone call would've sufficed. Or even a response to my call. I find this program to be extremely unprofessional as well as Julia's lack of respect and communication for us as a potential patient. If you are looking for therapy for your child, Julia, is not the one to assist you properly.
