For a store that positions itself as a high‑end shopping experience, the Aritzia location in the…read moreBurlington Mall is surprisingly careless with some very basic things. The most concerning issue is the condition of the rugs throughout the store. They are torn, frayed, and tangled to the point where they present a clear tripping hazard. It is not a minor detail. It is something anyone can see the moment they walk in. It makes the store look neglected and creates an unsafe environment for shoppers who should not have to watch every step they take. The return policy is another major problem. For a brand that charges premium prices, the policy feels restrictive and outdated. There is no flexibility and no real consideration for the fact that customers are investing a significant amount of money in their products. Other retailers in the same price range have moved forward with more reasonable policies, but this location has not. Aritzia may sell beautiful clothing, but the overall experience at this store does not match the quality of the merchandise. Safety, customer care, and basic upkeep should not be optional. Until those issues are taken seriously, this location falls short of the standard the brand claims to represent.

All was not lost as Sylvia was helping us and offered several different options for my mom to try. She was super helpful, even helping my mom get the shoes on and lacing them up. I can't remember the last time I've seen that level of assistance in a shoe store. She was absolutely fantastic with my mom, answering questions and even showing her a special way of lacing her sneakers to help prevent heel slippage. My mom ended up getting two pairs of shoes that she said were so comfortable, and raved about Sylvia to the woman at the register. I took a star off as I'm a size 11ish and can rarely find shoes that fit me-most shoes only had sizes up to 10 available, but I'm so glad my mom had such a great experience today.

Went here today on Memorial Day as we were shopping the sales next door at the DSW and Old Navy. If you're looking for cowboy boots, hats and other cowboy related wear look no more!! Go to Boot Barn! They have a vast and diverse collection of boots - all styles, colors, designs, great selection. It's a huge space and very nicely laid out. Good lighting and decor. Best of all was the service! This lady helped me out try on different boots and was the sweetest. She even brought over a "boot barn" which is a little platform tool to help you get your boots off! I had no idea but that's an incredible tool to have if you have boots that are hard to take off! I think the prices were ok - not ridiculous and what you might expect to pay for good boots. Overall great experience here and we'll be back!

I needed a new pair of running shoes and didn't feel like driving all the way to Square One Mall so I decided to stop by here (it's about a 3 minute drive from my place). The selection wasn't all that great but the place was well kept and the staff was super friendly. I mean what else could you ask for from a shoe store? Unlike the typical Footlockers or Champs where you feel pressured to buy from the many workers there who get commission from their sales, these guys were laid back and I loved that. This place isn't anything fancy and if you're looking for the best shoes around then go somewhere else, but for good quality shoes at good prices, come here and you won't be disappointed.
