Work By Cole Speier - Windows and door - TV Mounting Near Me

Cole was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about hanging my paintings and mirror. He was also very timely and efficient. Cole hung two large paintings, three smaller paintings, and one large, very heavy mirror. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with his work, which was more than satisfactory! I will call Cole anytime. I need anything! And I would recommend him to anyone. He offers many other types of work and services. He seems to know his way around properly wall mounting a television as well! Great handyman! read more

Cole worked on a few projects in our house, including installing fans, garage security lights and drywall removal and replacement. The project was very long and he did not complain, he kept at it until it was complete! He was responsive and easy to contact, had fair pricing and did a great job. He was extremely thorough, and did not miss a single request we had. I was impressed that after six hours of work he remembered that I asked him to check the wiring in our attic from the start of the day. A minor request but it did not slip through the cracks. Thank you Cole for the hard work! Our fans look awesome! read more

We've had Cole handle various projects for us over the years -- installing our TV, Tesla charger, smart lock, and taking care of a number of smaller fixes around the house. Always reliable and professional. Highly recommend! read more

Cole's work is top tier. I was looking to build an outdoor shed and restore some wooden outdoor furniture that had seen *much* better days. He guided me to the perfect shed for my backyard, always kept me informed on the progress of the work, and when he brought back the restored furniture, I was already thinking of what else I could hire him for. He's now restored a wooden gate and will be my go-to guy for restorations and small construction work in the future (BTW he's also an electrician). Prices are fair too (I mean, it was *much* cheaper to restore my wooden furniture then outright buy new or used furniture). read more

To start, the work quality exceeds expectations. What's "suspect" is the pricing process.. we start off discussing PRECISE scope of work and get a flat rate $500 quote, and to "to be determined after seeing in person"..via text. Normally this process occurs before work starts, however in this case nothing is mentioned which would infer that project scope is accurate. WRONG. Although payment terms and when it's expected is raised several times, the actual cost becomes a "surprise" with an explanation of "well, I know I quoted a flat rate but adding everything up it comes to this.." The cost goes from a FLAT rate to a PER ITEM COST, of nearly DOUBLE the original quote!!! Lacked the bandwidth to dispute, but then there's a "service" and "processing" fee.. which the explanation is ridiculous. An additional cost for the materials, I.e., screws, plastic anchors, etc.?? Please. Especially when I supplied an unopened container of light spackle and a brand new spatula blade which left with him. We paid the invoice on everything excluding these ridiculous fees.. At the end of the day, this practice is very suspect.. especially when we book this via Yelp and notice he cancels the project.. perhaps to avoid paying a fee to Yelp for our business? Again, workmanship is good.. but business practice and pricing is shaaaaddy!!! BEWARE!! read more

Cole responds quickly with all the necessary details for the job. Prices are very comparative to others.

We needed a custom door reversed and spoke with several handymen before Cole. None of the other guys would touch the project because it was more complicated than a standard door reversal. Cole immediately understood the complexity and gave a transparent quote for the project. Cole successfully reversed the door, salvaging the frame in the process. He had to take down drywall so he put up new drywall and matched the paint perfectly. It doesn't look like it had any work done! He communicated well throughout the project as well. We will hire Cole for future projects. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. read more

Cole was professional and exceeded our expectations. Was available asap and provided super quick installation, mounted our tv in 20 mins. Highly recommend! read more

our experience with Cole was great! we reached out and he responded quick. we ordered what we needed and to our surprise it arrived 2 days earlier. when we called Cole back this afternoon to let him know we were ready to proceed to add to our surprise he was able to do the job today. he came out on time and did the job start to finish in 4.5 hours. Sent pictures of the finished work and we were able to send him payment on zelle. the installation was of a replacement of a small AC unit but it was built into the wall and stucco so it was complicated. its unfortunate because 2 weeks ago we had paid someone else to replace the ac and they put one in that was too small and less power and they couldnt finish the job left the stucco undone in the back side. so had to pay double. wishing we would have found cole way sooner. read more

COLE is very reliable, responsible, resourceful, and professional. He was able to quickly respond to my request to install an air conditioner on the second floor of an apartment building where I live and I am feeling the cool effects of the unit right now in fact, remembering how friendly and concerned he was to get the job done. COLE certainly did well he charges fairly and correctly for his work and you too will feel that you have received a good deal from him. I am so impressed that he showed up 40 minutes after my very first call with him ready and willing to work if you want anything done via handyman services then you need to call COLE with 100% confidence. You are making the right choice. Sincerely, Kerry, Inglewood, California . read more

Perfect! We ordered the Skytta multi panel door kit from IKEA, which as you may know, comes with little instructions. The install was a bit complicated. Most bids came in around the same price as Cole but he was able to do the job on his own, no helper. It was impressive. He did get a bit of a scratch on the wall but he was more than willing to come out and fix it. That was nice but wasn't necessary. He was working in a small cluttered space, since we just moved it. I don't know how he was able work in our small space, but he did. He pulled it off beautifully. Thanks Cole. read more

Work By Cole Speier - This was about all he really had to go off of. - TV Mounting Near Me

I found Cole on Tulogy and Task Rabbit where he had a lot of great reviews. I recently had a pinhole leak and a hole was made in my stucco by my plumber. Also I needed some caulking on my hard to reach windows before the rainy season. Cole quote was fair but I choose him due to his positive reviews and he licensed. He's very professional, on time and honest. Easy to communicate on phone, text and in person. read more

Gave me a flat rate estimate of $125 then comes to my house and says $160. I had also texted him once he came and said I no longer wanted his service. I had left and he continued talking with my husband and started right away. Really didn't "fix" door, just cut it and now there's a gap in my door. Also mansplained to me why the price was higher than what he estimated. Tried to get him to leave my house but he refused. He then begged me to not write a bad review when he really should have left my house when I kept asking him to leave. Would not recommend. read more

Same day service and Cole did a great job mounting 2 TVs. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Exceptional service from start to finish. Punctual, skilled, and courteous. Highly recommend!

Cole did a great job re-hanging a 30" x 40" 37+ lb. Mirror cabinet door above our bathroom counters.

Cole was great for helping me with the various jobs at my home - caulking, cleaning out my dryer vents and readjusting my cabinets. Very satisfied with his work and reasonably priced. Would use him again! read more

After I decided to give Cole a try, we discussed the bathroom fan I needed replaced and what was covered on his flat rate estimate. I found it to be very reasonable. He was able to locate one of a comparable size and he arrived within 90 minutes of us agreeing to schedule on a Friday afternoon. He arrived and got to work straightaway. He said it would take about 90 minutes, but it ended up being about 2 hours. However I had a minor issue finding some good bulbs from the closet. Also the new and old fans were slightly different sizes, so he also touched up the area around the fan using some old paint I had on hand. Finally he swept up afterwards, so it was all time well spent. At the end, we went over the charges and fees together. Cole was friendly and professional the whole time. I'll definitely think of him for our future needs. Thanks Cole! read more

He was able to come out the same day that I called to ask for an estimate.got everything done in about an hour and great to talk to during the installation.would definitely recommend and if we need anything else mounted or have friends who do, will definitely recommend. I feel much better knowing someone with expertise chose the mount and set it up since we live in an apartment and if anything happened to the wall it would be on us. He also had a stud finder which I know are important but would not have remembered myself. All around you can tell he's done this a while. read more

Punctual, friendly, fast, and well-priced. Put a search out on Yelp to local handyworkers for a small blind installation job. Cole responded very quickly and was very flexible with his availability. He was the best priced and had great reviews so I booked him. He was on time and got right to work. The entire job (blind installation including removing a curtain rod and spackling) took less than an hour and was $165. Very happy with the end product. It was installed correctly and looks great! Would definitely book again as Cole mentioned he's able to do other installation jobs and he's in the West side area. read more

I needed four smoke/CO detectors installed as I can no longer climb a ladder. Found Cole on Yelp and called him. He said he would be out at 3:30 the next day. He showed up at 3:15. I went over the locations for the detectors. He went out, got his tools, came back in, and quickly got them installed. He even measured the rooms to make sure he would install them centered. I would have just approximated the location and put them up. Plus . . . he's just a nice guy! read more
