They also help you post your physical therapy with a MOC fitness center. Which offers medically supervised fitness training. A full gym, spin classes, Barre, weight lifting, sport specific training, and Kenitix. All under a well trained certified staff. In my experience, they were quick to mark appointments as missed or "no show" even when there were scheduling issues on their side. Those missed visits were then billed to workers' comp and later used to label me as "noncompliant," which can jeopardize your case. It felt like the documentation sent to the insurance company did not fairly reflect what actually happened with my appointments. Instead of working with me to keep treatment on track, it felt like they used the system against me. I want to be clear: my complaint is about the way management and administration handle workers' comp cases, not the individual physical therapists themselves. But because of how my workers' comp claim was handled, I would not recommend this Worcester, MA location to anyone dealing with a work-related injury.

They've clearly explained the how and why of the treatment process, answered all my questions, and I've seen an improvement after every appointment. The end result was that I was able to confidently return to an active lifestyle. I also really like the fact that after the initial one-hour evaluation, the appointments are each 1/2 hour long with the therapist focused on only me. Each therapist only has one patient at a time so there's no down-time, waiting to be told what to do next like I've seen at other PT clinics. They give a manageable amount of effective "homework" each time, along with a thorough explanation of how to do the "assignment." Progress is steady and the outcome has always been positive. Even just taking out bad foods has helped about 30-40%. Then adding supplements helped another 20-40%!! So I was almost in the clear. Needless to say I just came for the only support they can offer and did the rest own my own. I do recommend for physical therapy but when you talk more deeply about healing the body even faster and more efficient with diet and vitamins, they don't seem to be interested in that area.

I'm not sure if that person is male or female....not making this up!!! In the week I have neen here, i've had one shower, climbed one flight of stairs, and had a walker provided. Other than that, there has been no rehabilitation, only sitting or lying around in my shared room with the shower curtain separating us. I am in my 80's and not making this up.

Fortunately for me, I was able to have some time off work to focus on getting better. One day a week, I do my therapy in the pool, and one day a week in the Shrewsbury location. My main therapist's have been Joe and Chris in the office, and Christine in the pool. They have taught me so much about how to take better care of myself, the signs I feel that my body is reverting to misalignment, and how to prevent my muscles from getting bad again. It's a busy place because they are so good! You see that they care for every level of patient. Whether it's a professional athlete, a trades worker, or a retired person after hip or knee surgery, they treat everyone really well. They don't push you to the point of risking new injury, but when you are ready, they will whip your ass into shape! They have a Nu Step machine there that works as an incumbent stair stepper, and it's really great. They work with all sorts of exercise aids like bands, Swiss balls, blocks, stimulation, heat/ice, ultrasound, and massage. I really can't recommend them enough for anyone in the area. The environment is clean, and uplifting. The staff is very professional and they are solid on their appointment times. Very reliable!

DPT's will soon leave MA, because of a decrease in patients, non-updated equipment, more professional liability insurance Individual premiums to maintain annually, and Greendale office staff, without latest training, of national healthcare reform, and combination of their overhead office expenses, will have non ADA compliant access, or federal trade commission, oversight of fraudulent insurance claims. This is Massachusetts in a nutshell! Nurse Practitioners provide coverage and Medical Assistants do not have training for vital signs. There are paper pushers! The Pain management on the rise instead with alternative nerve blocks.
