You get one of seven options of protein along with shredded cheese. They do have some sauces available. I tend to eat fairly basically, but I seem to have a fascination with quesadillas lately. It was maybe a little bit smaller than I expected, however, the ingredients made up for that. It was generous and incredibly tasty. I was very, very, very happy with it. Have I mentioned I was happy with it? The guy working the window? Super friendly and helpful. As a wheelchair user, I'm used to having to really stretch to get to the window, but he actually came to me. The person cooking was also super helpful when the order was delivered a few minutes later. Statehouse Market can get super busy, however, I went right before the noon rush. It wasn't bad, and my wait wasn't bad at all. They carry drinks as available - I saw some soft drinks (cans) and Jarrito. Que doesn't have a website at this point, but they do have a presence on both Facebook and Instagram. I honestly loved this food truck.
