From start to finish the event was well planned, organized, and most importantly, FUN!!! Our team had an absolute blast completing this challenge and we were rewarded at the end with an amazing chef cooked meal that was mouth watering delicious. I HIGHLY recommend this event to any corporate teams or friend groups looking for something extremely fun and 'outside of the normal team building box' to do. We laughed for hours, engaged, and most importantly, got to truly build on the relationships we share amongst our group. Thank you Chef Amy!!! Would I go back again? Yes Chef!!!!

I feel like I learned tips and techniques that I could take home and use day to day but also ended up making a very unique and impresssive meal. This class was Thai inspired so we made a salad, coconut curry soup, and moo shu wrapped in a pancake of sorts. Their cooking classes offer a cash bar and walk in appetizer. Then we get to the cooking, all of the ingredients were portioned and passed out. We had the opportunity to taste along the way. After cooking everything, we got to sit down and enjoy our meal. This was such a fun experience. Highly recommend as a date night activity!

Hardly ever busy inside either and the seating area extends to the outside in a semi private area which allows for conversation and convenience. Aside from the ribs, I recommend the turkey is delicious too. Shout out for solid baked beans and collared greens. Pro tips -- visit on a Tuesday for discounted individual ribs on the bone. And call ahead to make sure they haven't run out of ribs for the evening.

Today was neither day. But we have always wanted to try their chili so we thought we would give it a go. It sounded good on a cold day. Unfortunately, we would not recommend it. For a bowl, which was a small bowl in our opinion, it was almost $10. If you got a side and a drink with it, the price is around $15. A bit expensive in our opinion. For the price, at least, the chili was made with brisket rather than ground beef. It was OK. We went to the ice sculptures in downtown Carmel a while ago. The various caramel fire stations were having a chili cookoff. Thank you fireman for your service! You are also very good cooks! One fireman had a brisket chili which was fabulous! In fact, in our opinion, it was much better than City BBQs. As mentioned, we love City BBQ. However, go for the ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. Not the chili. And for a discount, remember to go on a Monday or a Tuesday.

I was super impressed with the various options they had and that they can get you an order within 48 hours. I use a lot of catering for work, and this seems really well priced compared to other catering options. They have four kitchens around Indy and a ton of delivery trucks so they can make an order anywhere in town work - which instills a lot of confidence! I was impressed with their ease of ordering and customer service. I loved their Mexican food and healthy food options. I will definitely use them the next time I am looking for catering for work or personal!

The level of customer service is unmatched. Personal contact was made within the same day, menus were created with two days along with a full quote and breakdown. The cost was higher than others, however the product is worth the Splurge. Between Nameless and others there was about a $500 difference in quotes. The response time and considerations made make Nameless well worth it. They don't flinch at large group sizes, over 400 in my case, and help guide newcomers through the process. If you see Nameless on the catering list you just know you are about to have an incredible meal.

I am so glad we did! Wedding food is often so-so, but our guests gave the Savory Mexican buffet (taco & nacho bar) great reviews! We chose ground beef, chipotle chicken, and grilled BBQ shrimp, along with vegan seasoned black beans. It also included queso, cilantro-lime rice, fajita vegetables, cilantro-lime sour cream, guacamole, flour tortillas, and taco chips, along with other sauces and salsas. This menu was perfect for our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests, too. We had quite a few leftovers, which we froze for easy summer meals (no leftover shrimp!!). The setup and serving team were great and kept the buffet well stocked. After booking Nameless Catering for the wedding, we decided to use them for the rehearsal dinner (also at Lizton Lodge) and chose their Signature Pasta menu. Again, this was the perfect choice. Though the per-person price seemed a bit high at first (though quite competitive), the quality and quantity of the food and the paper products made the cost worth it. I'd highly recommend Nameless Catering for your next wedding or other event.
