The first time I had broken a chain that powers the unit when it is in Reverse mode. Although the part I needed was no longer available, the mechanics fabricated the part in their shop and got me running again at a very reasonable price. I made the second visit when I accidentally ran the machine for several minutes after the oil plug fell out without me knowing it - I fully expected I'd be needing a new $2,000 engine - but they fixed it for $118 and installed a more secure oil plug system. Then the start switch stopped working, which meant I could start the unit but it would not shut down. Thought I'd be looking at a new starting switch for a couple hundred dollars. The took a look at the situation, quickly identified a wire by the motor that had pulled out, and plugged it back in. Problem solved at no cost to me (other than a little embarassment at my lack of mechanical skills). This shop is a 50 mile round trip from my house but is worth every mile of the drive.
