I booked services with Bobby back in February to fix my dead and weedy lawn this spring. He…read morerepeatedly delayed, postponed, and delayed some more. Finally, he showed up and lightly aerated (no thatching, no weeding) my lawn. It took him 45 minutes after delaying for months! Neighbors began commenting. Everyone could see if was a terrible job. Weeks later, not a single blade of new grass has grown (while I'm watering twice a day, per his instructions - a process which takes 3 hours). This entire time, I'm patient and kind to him, trying to believe he's doing his best. Finally, he tries pawning us off on another business (who Bobby falsely claimed was his business partner) and this new person then promptly cancels our services before ever meeting us. Weeds are now 3 feet tall on our lawn and the rest of it is dead. We are out $350, it's too late to reseed or find another lawn care service, and what were Bobby's last words - "best of luck". Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Worst lawn care possible. Do not hire.
