Best Dental Group, ever…read more I had a major oral surgery performed by Dr. H. He couldn't have been more patient in explaining the process and making sure I wasn't overwhelmed. He did such a great job that there were no post-complications, so follow-ups were a breeze. I just started seeing Dr. Dan for cleanings and some cosmetic work. Super nice and does beautiful work. My teeth look better and healthier after every visit. The staff is also an amazing team. From Lisa, before she moved, to Angel, Melad and Erika, it's always a pleasure.

When I turned it down they brought the price down all the way to 1300 and this happened while sitting in the dental seat they wouldn't let me leave .negotiating with me while I'm in a seat receiving dental treatment was something I never ever imagined or even heard of . They insisted they would refund the loan as soon as the Medi-Cal payed them . 2 months after the fact I contact my Medi-Cal to see what happened turned out Scam/Comfort Dental never ever sent the request for payment or even let them know I was requesting procedure . They didn't refund me or even give me the crown . They literally stole from me used my credit and burned my credit to make a few extra bucks in that dental office if it can even be called that . Every appointed they rescheduled because some machine in their office wasn't working literally . STAY AWAY , even if your face hurts because of your teeth do NOT run the risk of letting these people ruin your mouth/teeth or credit The front desk girl is especially guilty for lying to the customers/ patients . She doesn't care about your safety or how you feel . She's there to generate them income. That's her main function to harrass and badger the clients until they finally give in to the lies she's saying . All the while the main dentist leaves you in the chair while front desk girl is running the scheme . They're all complicit . Not sure how they've managed to get away with this for so long and the manager...Be extremely cautious when giving her any information, she's dangerous . At the end I didn't even deal with them they had the loan company calling and calling harassing me thoroughly even though I never got the crown or root canal . They left me with a fake tooth in the "meanwhile" . They offer discounts if you write a 5 star that's why they seem to have high reviews but they're purchased reviews , they offered me the same deal before I received any treatment LOL. Will be updated with pictures soon to show how they left my mouth . Never ever needed a root canal as my nerve doesn't hurt , they drilled my teeth down and placed temporary crowns. We arrived a bit earlier since we didn't know exactly what to expect. I ended up parking in their building (big mistake) and then proceeded to head up to the suite. We waited there until the receptionist made it in just a tad bit before our appointment time. She was very nice and patient with me and my mother. Customer service is great, no doubt. But then, she proceeds to tell both of us that we won't be seeing the dentist today, she had an emergency, but the services will still be rendered. (Our old dentist closed their office so we were referred here) first time for me, but I was ok with it, no other choice really. Our lovely hygienist was there and that made the environment feel a bit better. They took complete x-rays of my mouth first, they used a newer machine that is modern technology to scan internally my whole mouth. Tech was pleasant and explained everything. I was told the dentist will review my images and set up a treatment plan. I wanted to get my teeth whitened but they couldn't accommodate me for that service. I had to reschedule to come back next weekend for another consult, I don't think I will be coming back. I hardly have free time and I wanted to take care of my health on the first visit. (Mind you I rescheduled it from May, so availability is far out) the latest hour of the day is not convenient to my needs which is why I went with a Saturday. I also work Saturdays so my availability doesn't meet theirs. This won't be working out for me. Then I saw the hygienist and I asked her my personal questions about my dental health, she was very helpful, gentle and informative. In conclusion, I didn't really leave satisfied and felt a bit off, just my intuition. Cons: parking is expensive, as a new patient, I would have appreciated being told what to expect, where I can park, etc. I almost lost my ticket and when I went back, no other human being was around the parking lot, or lobby, I went back to the dentist office but they didn't seem to know how to help me. (Luckily, my mother found it and called me right away) I ended up paying $16.50 for a total of 3 hours spent there. The staff told me to park on the street next time.
