The last few months have been the best this building has ever been run. As per usual, the office, maintenance, and cleaning staff is great. Generally speaking, the building is kept clean and in good condition. Many of my concerns over the past have stemmed from building security, but we recently got a new security team, and the broken garage door that seemed to never get fixed is finally fixed. Truly a great turnaround, and I'm grateful that my voice was heard and concerns were addressed professionally.

Moving out is even worse. They charge for every single thing. We didn't wear shoes in the apartment but somehow the carpet still needs replaced even though there was no stains. Damage fee? And paint fee? They want you to fix everything before moving out. Otherwise they charge tooth and nail to do it themselves. Even though their storage rooms are full of paint? I've never lived in an apartment that charged to repaint. We even had a cleaner detail the whole apartment after we were completely moved out. And we're getting less than $200 back from our deposit?

The slightest problem and she has it solved! I casually mentioned that my screen was not set completely in the window and I had to pop it back in at some point. The next day, the maintenance crew stopped by and took care of it for me. In no way did I think this was a job for the building, I saw it as something that I could and should handle on my own. But no need, Chandis is here! :) Every time the maintenance crew has come to my unit, they are friendly, charming and efficient. I really could not ask for better service. I have lived in the building for some time and lived with several on site managers. Since taking her position, Chandis has improved this building tremendously and living here as well. The halls, stairways and pool are meticulously maintained, with a crew coming at least 2x/week to MOP - not just sweep - the outside walkways. The gym has everything you need to get a great workout. At one point, a crew was here working on one of the units. My car was blocked by a crew member's truck and I couldn't get out of my parking spot. I asked the driver of the car to move his truck and he flat out refused -even though he was standing right next to it - and was rude & hostile to me. I found Chandis, told her what happened and she jumped right out of her chair and handled the problem instantly. She made it clear that it was unacceptable to be rude to the tenants and blocking me in was out of the question as well. Needless to say, he moved his truck. I am so lucky to have her as a manager!

That was a plus since we did laundry weekly. We loved how clean the apartment building was both inside and outside. If announcements were made regarding construction or rules, it was communicated to us well via posts around the building and email. I read the information and searched for reviews online and found that it was in a great neighborhood. I was already convinced that the apartment had been rented, but I decided to call anyways. To my delight, Vanessa (the Building manager) told me that the one bedroom was available and that I could see it the same day. As soon, I walked inside the building I knew that I had made the right choice. Vanessa is smart, kind and very accommodating. Customer service 5 stars!! During my application process she went out of her way to meet me on her day off and get all my documentation approved. I had a small issue with my documents but she was able to get me approved! I love how CLEAN the building is! Vanessa has OCD so believe me, I am so thankful for that. It's quiet, clean, affordable, in a great neighborhood. Unfortunately, the place does get filled up fast. A few hours, after I put my deposit down someone else had taken the next available apartment.

She really has always been so kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever we've needed anything and she truly takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make you feel like you matter. As a mom to a daughter with special needs, life can definitely be a little unpredictable, and having someone who treats us with patience, understanding, and kindness means more than I can put into words. Kristina has always been welcoming and great, and those little acts of kindness truly make a difference. :) I will also add that the amenities are wonderful as well, especially the cozy fire pit and entertainment area, and my daughter absolutely loves the Giant Jenga in the courtyard lol. Those little memories that we've been able to create here have brought a lot of joy to my daughter and I'm so grateful for it. The calm environment is also a huge bonus because it's so zen here and just really nice. But what truly stands out is the kindness we've also been shown along the way, and Kristina is definitely a big part of that. Chris specially fixed our garbage disposal and cleaned the mess the clog left behind. The IMT staff have been welcoming and friendly as well. The building has nice amenities such as a gym (which I was excited about), library, dog park and entertainment room. Here are some of the draw backs: the elevator takes forever, there a lot of mosquitoes on the 1st floor of the complex, the security measures (which are a positive overall) become tedious after a while, the water heater unit takes a while to warm up and my unit faces a busy street which gets pretty noisy. Otherwise, solid place to live!

Alright, I'm going to give one of the most honest reviews I've ever written…read more I've lived here for the past year, and overall, it has been the best apartment living experience I've had. The apartment has in-unit washer and dryer, central AC, good security, responsive maintenance, and all the amenities I was looking for. If you're searching for a quality apartment, I would absolutely recommend this place. In fact, I would have renewed my lease if I wasn't relocating for work. No apartment complex is perfect, so I'll mention a few areas that could be improved. None of these issues were deal-breakers for me, and they never significantly impacted my quality of life, but they are the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. First, the back elevator that's primarily used for moving can be extremely slow and occasionally unreliable. When I first moved in, the elevator was having issues and was moving so slowly that my movers ended up charging me for additional time. Throughout the year, it also seemed to go down for maintenance every few months. Second, the AC setup in my bedroom wasn't ideal. I have the bedroom with the attached bathroom, and the air vent was positioned in a way that directed airflow more toward the bathroom than the bedroom itself. Since the main AC unit is located on the opposite side of the apartment, it was difficult to feel strong airflow in my room during hotter months. Maintenance was responsive and provided a vent cover that redirected the airflow, which helped significantly. I also want to give credit where it's due: the maintenance team here is excellent. Anytime I submitted a request, they were quick, professional, and helpful. As for pests, which can be a concern in Los Angeles apartments, I never experienced any roach problems during my entire stay. i didn't have some ants in january however they were able to stop them from coming. My biggest concern was the parking garage. While the property is generally very secure and has security on-site, the garage gate was frequently left open for extended periods while repairs were being completed. I never personally heard of any vehicle break-ins, but having the garage wide open for days at a time was concerning. Package security was another area that could be improved. I had one package delivered to the wrong location and another stolen from the mailroom. That said, whenever I used the Parcel Pending lockers, I never had any issues, and I would highly recommend using that service. Overall, my experience here was excellent. The staff, especially Brenda and Isabella, were phenomenal throughout my entire lease and always went above and beyond when I needed assistance. I even referred a friend to move here, and they've had a great experience as well. The only reason I'm giving this property 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 is because of the recurring garage gate issues, occasional elevator problems, and package theft concerns. Aside from those issues, living here was genuinely a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
