They said they could probably come out today (Thursday), but didn't give me a time. I asked what time, so I could have someone at the house to meet them, and they told me "around noon". I had my boyfriend go to the house to wait for them because I couldn't get away from work. He waited there until 2 pm before giving up and leaving. While he was waiting I asked J&J to call when they were on their way, sent a follow up email to see if they were coming, and sent a text asking them same....... NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I ended up sending a text back and saying not to come because I'm going to go with some else. This is not an effective way to run a business. I need to be able to set a time or time frame and know that the company I'm hiring is responsible enough to at least answer me.
