I should have just kept driving like always. I ordered the Miami Cuban which has "roasted" pork on it as well as ham, turkey and cheese. I'm not exactly sure what it's roasted in but it had a funny smell to it and tasted like it sat in a steam table pan for a couple days. The rest of the meat on it was undoubtedly some kind of prepackaged deli lunch meat. Well that or they have some kind of magical meat slicer that cuts meat into a perfect rectangular shape with rounded corners. It's easy to say that this was probably the worst representation of a Cuban sandwich I've ever had in my entire life. If I could give this place negative stars I would because it's all they deserve.

Wait times were over 30+ minutes for a single order (of 2 empanadas) and it wasn't even busy. The staff didn't communicate clearly, and there was little sense of urgency or customer awareness. To management: If you're going to continue operating in high-traffic areas, please consider better staffing or improving workflow so multiple orders can be handled at once. As it stands, the slow and disorganized service overshadows what could otherwise be a good food truck experience. Don't waste your time in line here

The tacos are really well filled with juicy pork. Lacking a bit of char and some pineapple, but the pork is still very tasty. The tortillas are wonderfully pillowy. Wish I knew where they got them or compliments to them making their own. The Burrito is almost a joke in how huge it is. 100% a fork and knife job and not something to pick up and eat. It's basically a square shape and double the size of even large Chipotle style burritos. A bit heavy on the rice and steak lacked a bit of texture, but still worth the quality and enormous size. I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted as I walked up to place my order but as I scanned the menu I started doubting my decision. After a moment or two of discussing my options with the extremely friendly and professional owner I decided on the cold brew no surprise to me, but of course I had to kinda customize it a little which I do with most anything I consume and it wasn't a problem - I chose a cold brew, light and sweet with a little foam and a drizzle of caramel over ice. I'll just wait for them to come to me." Well... I finally caved and got tired of waiting. First off, I'm not a morning person... so the whole "donuts and coffee" at 8am isn't my thing. I was not too thrilled about having to wake up at 6am just to be able to get to try the flavors I wanted before they were all sold out. (FYI: You can order ahead online, but that option can sell out fast too) Also, I'll take a bad yeast donut over a good cake donut any day. Those extravagant Voodoo doughnuts over at Universal are no match for a plain old Krispy Kreme donut straight off the conveyer belt in my humble opinion. This food truck is all cake donuts, so I was a bit skeptical. I'm happy to say, these donuts are insanely good. There were 22 flavors available, and we ordered them all. The most popular, "frosted crack" and "maple bacon", were definitely 2 of my favorites. Simple flavors, yet so delicious. The "French Toast" and the "Cookie Butter" were also high up on my list of must-tries. Even something as conventional as the "chocolate with sprinkles" was friggin amazing. I'm pretty sure it all had to do with the fact that none of these felt like the typical cake donut you would find at Dunkin Donuts. They were way more light and airy than usual. It was almost a mix between a yeast donut and a cake donut, and they were tremendous. It also might have to do with the fact that they were all just freshly made. That also makes a huge difference. What I like about this place is that they don't go overboard with toppings. They just let the flavors do the talking. They don't just throw crushed-up snickers bars, skittles, and whole Oreos on top for the hell of it. They keep it more traditional, and I like that. Makes them way easier to eat as well. The people in the truck themselves are very friendly. The guy that helped us seemed really proud of his product, as he should be. They even have complimentary Starbucks coffee for people as they waited. With a long line at 8 in the morning, it was very much appreciated. Overall, this small and unassuming food truck in the middle of a dirt lot in Mt. Dora ended up having some of the best donuts I've ever tried. Tons of flavors, yet a simplistic theme runs through all of them... flavor. Every bite feels like it's worth the carbs, and I love that. They look great, and taste even better. My only negative about this place is that it's not closer... but that's just me being selfish.
