I spend approximately $60 every week doing my laundry there. While I understand that prices have increased tremendously over the years, I will say that the renovations look amazing. However, I found it very distasteful and unsanitary that the restroom had no toilet paper or hand soap available for customers. When I asked one of the staff members if I could use the bathroom and requested toilet paper and hand soap, I was told that they do not provide it because people steal it. Due to this, I had to leave and drive home, which is about 10 minutes away, just to use the bathroom. When I returned, I noticed the employee later went into the bathroom with toilet paper and hand soap for herself. Once she finished, she removed the toilet paper with her when she left the restroom. I found this extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. Considering the amount of money customers spend weekly to use the laundromat, basic necessities such as toilet paper and hand soap should be available at all times, and the restroom should be accessible to paying customers. Going forward, I will unfortunately have to remember to bring my own toilet paper and hand soap in case I need to use the restroom, which I find completely unnecessary. I do hope to speak with the manager or owner regarding this matter. I have met the owner a few times, and he has always been very nice. I truly believe he may be unaware of what is taking place.
