Very friendly with wonderful dry cleaning service. I needed a large coat dry cleaned and it was $10. I picked it up and it looks brand spanking new. Most of the ball of cotton that usually builds up on jackets were removed. All he wrinkles were gone. It was my first dry cleaning experiencing and I am glad I shared it with this place! This was my first experience dry cleaning my clothes. Living around Brooklyn Chinatown, I didn't know where to go and I didn't want to bring it to a random laundromat for my three expensive jackets, incase it comes back all ruined. I came across here due to the good reviews on here. It's located near Maimonides hospital and within a Jewish area. Upon arrival, the workers greeted me with smiles and they were friendly from beginning to end. I told them that my trench jackets had buttons that needs to be covered and when i received them back they were all indeed covered with aluminum foil. Jackets came back all clean and in great condition. You can tell the owners are very honest people, because I initially paid when I dropped off my clothes and when I went to pick it up they said they charged me too much and refunded me. I would have never known if they charged me more but I'm grateful for them being so honest. Affordable and reasonable prices for dry cleaning. They also have alterations here and will definitely come here and try it in the near future. read more

Picked up my suit today. They didn't pay attention AT ALL to the material and melted large portions of my jacket with their press. No refunds per their policy and unfortunately, I do not have the luxury of time to allow them to "re-do" the permanent damage they've done to my suit. Avoid unless you can afford a new suit. Note: suits are shipped out to a factory for cleaning with pick up at 11am every day. Cleaning does NOT occur on premises. read more

Mr. Wong's relatives took over and changed the name to Vivian's. Still run by heart-warming and caring family. The husband was almost a father to me while I was pregnant. The service was always solid except for a few occasions that they couldn't get rid of the stains without ruining my clothes. I never thought they would even try anyways, so it was still nice of them to give it a shot. Vivian's alteration is something to make a note of. Quick, cheap and on the point. I don't hesitate to ask her to take care of high-end brand clothes. I wish they had a branch in Buffalo! read more

Great deals on hemming pants ($6)! They (husband and wife) are always soo nice when ever I come in to get my pants hemmed or to take my clothes in to get it dry cleaned. They usually take 10% off of my dry cleaning bill as well, that in itself is an added bonus! read more

I cannot say enough good about this company. The prices were very competitive. The clothes were perfectly tailored and cleaned (stains removed that i never thought were possible). They were also very honest in telling me they didnt dry clean a dress because of a hole they were worried about making worse. When i went to pick up my clothing Mr. Wong saw i was walking and insisted it was too far/heavy and gave me a ride. When i got home i realized i had forgotten my belt. (This review is from June 2018) I've used this place twice before to dry clean my comforter. Never had any problems. The couple seem very nice and I was satisfied with the results. Today I picked up my comforter, brought it home, spread it out on my bed and noticed it had shrank significantly. Before, the edges of the comforter used to hang over the sides of the bed, almost touching the floor. Now, it barely even covers the top portion of my bed. Also the softness is gone. Almost seems like they threw it in a regular washing machine. I returned 15 mins later and calmly told them the problem. The first question I asked was if they dry cleaned the comforter. They said yes. I reminded them I had brought this same comforter to them twice in as many years, with no problems, but they didn't seem to care. He asked what I wanted. I said I want half the price of the comforter ($60) and a refund ($20). He shook his head no. I asked for just a simple refund ($20) for the job that ruined it. He said no. Never again. read more
