not very good, not felt like a specialized doctor, more like routine check up experience.

My file was transferred to this clinic after Dr. John Paul Ng retired. You couldn't ask for more in…read morea doctor than Dr. Ng as took all the time in the world to address your problems on top of being highly skilled. He also made house calls and was a surgeon. This is a nice place. The good thing is that you get a choice of doctor's to see. Receptionists are generally professional and kind. Dr. Kim Chen is outstanding. He's young and understands modern medicine. Dr. Teri Tien saw me when he was away and she snapped at me; probably because she was super stressed and new at the practice. She left the room as I was talking. Dr. Eddie Wong is a different story. He treats the clinic like an assembly line and is not understanding of patients. + close to Metrotown and all it's pharmacies. + young doctor's leave's this place with room to grow. + kind receptionists + state of the art software. No more paper. - Dr. Wong detracts from the place. - place looks a little run down. - they generally have a time limit on each patient. It can get rushed where the doctor's will shoo you out the door in the middle of talking.

It was ridiculos to get this message from a receptionist when the line got connected with a live…read morevoice: we were very busy and call back after half an hour. The recepitonist didn't identify herself as Kingsway Medical Clinic on the phone. The receptinist remanind silent on the phone until the patient asked whether she has reached the right number. This was not acceptable. How could the receptionist ask the patient to call half an hour later because she was busy? If the patient had some issues to check with the doctor and the call was delayed, was the receptionist take the responsibility? Dr. Jackson Chu was marvellous. Other than his professionalism, rest of the clinic was running like a business. Some doctor even referred patients to get prescriptions from the drug store next door. Actualy, both the medical clnic and the drug store were connected via a short hallway though with different main doors. No wonder many good doctors working in this cilinic left.

I like the old orchard clinic very much. I'm a patient of Dr…read moreNicholas Eichhorst for almost 30 years now. I feel very well looked after and the front desk attendance especially Mindy is always very friendly and service oriented. Dr Eichhorst looked after me during my colon cancer ordeal, chemotherapy and while getting an ilistomy bag for a year. I also got wonderful mental support and I will be greatfull for the rest of my life for all his work. Meanwhile I definitely consider Dr Eichhorst a friend who has come to Saint Paul's hospital and also my house many times just to see me and give me moral support. To me Dr Eichhorst is definitely not one of many doctors but the only one to me who really cares and to make it very clear: I believe, that he as well as Dr Carl Brown from the colorectoral department at saint St. Paul's hospital saved my life a few times. My cancer has disappeared and I can live my life to the fullest now.

This is a very busy, small walk-in clinic. The waiting room is tiny and crowded so I always put my…read morename down and then go to other things to avoid being in there. The staff at the front desk are lovely and work hard but there are definitely doctors to avoid. Dr Ticea is cold and awful in my opinion. She misdiagnosed my Mum and when I saw her, she was not friendly and had no time for me. I will not see her again. After I saw her, I asked to see another doctor and saw Dr Sofia Bayfield who was patient, thorough and kind. Dr Frame is lovely and used to be my family doctor but I moved overseas for 6 years and don't really see him anymore. Overall, I'll still come to this clinic as it is close to my husband's workplace and they have my files from decades back.

Maybe my standards are low but I'm shocked to see the bad reviews here…read more I stopped in while on vacation from a different country despite being uninsured in the Canadian system they were kind and quick to see me here. I was seen within 40minutes of arriving. The reception staff was kind & Dr.Sheu instantly put me at ease with his honest demeanor. My appointment cost me $170 CAD, again maybe I'm biased but this felt like a deal for immediate care

Wasn't really impressed. Years ago I came here for a note and they charged outrageous prices. And debit only. And doc was in such a hurry did not even ask if I needed anything else. And when I tried to tell him I had something else he tried to tell me can you go make another appointment for that What?? I booked to see you for my knee and a refill and I asked and talked about the refill and you want me to waste time booking another appointment to check my knee pain?? So they can claim one more fee from MSP? Unbelievable But today was semi urgent I did not have a lot of time. Sunday and Monday is what I have to find an option to get referral letter for MRI and ultrasound . So i grudgingly came here "3" clinics later. Those clinics either don't do referral letters (urgent care walk in) or walk in clinics (closed even though google said it was open)

Sure ok I'll break the ice here being " no stranger to danger''…read more I have the dreaded hiatus hernia and went in yesterday for day one of the two day '' Esophageal Manometry and 24-hour ph monitoring tests'' First off there is a receptionist and a cramped little 5-6 chair waiting room. Dr. Dong ( An Asian man probably in his early 60's ) comes in about 20 minutes late and calls me into a small back room with a desk for him and a chair for me. my first impression is Dong is very robot-like in his nature showing no emotion or personality what so ever. his list of questions was read off like I was being interviewed by a computerized program, but whatever I'm here to successfully conclude an endeavour regardless of the Doc.'s demeanour. from here we went into the bigger procedure room, where I was met with a lady at a computerized terminal. and my seat beside her. The lady was quite nice and did exhibit a rather pleasant and caring personality as well as being very competent in doing her part in the procedure. Dr. Dong continued to be emotionless and not saying anything but commands which was a bit weird but staying focused... The whole procedure went off without a hitch... It felt uncomfortable at times but painless so easily tolerable. My leaving impression was if I rate this on quality of professionalism and competency I guess it was first class. Bottom line; They got this done quick, efficient ...and painless now it is the following day and I go back in 3 hours to get the ''24-hour monitor'' taken out ... and get back on the Dexilant
