Dr. Hahn was about 20 minutes late for my appointment but apologized the minute she walked in. She was very helpful in understanding my foot/knee pain problems and offered to make custom orthotics for my feet. The reception was also very helpful in finding a way to reduce costs so I didn't have to pay as much out of my pocket (majority was covered by benefits). I would definitely recommend Dr. Hahn if you're having problems with your feet.

He's friendly in an Asian uncle sort of way. Orthotics are pricey ($680) but last longer with better materials (superglass composite).

I'm beginning to think that all these reviews are garbage. Let me start from the…read more beginning. I found a Metro Vancouver Podiatry on Yelp. Even though there are only a few reviews they were all very good. I decided to give it a try. Are use their booking system and received a reply the next day. So far so good. They offered me an appointment for two weeks later, but not at the time I requested because it already had been booked. That's fair enough. So when I replied "yes" to the new time, only an hour or so later from their email, they replied to me the next day, that the time they offered me was no longer available as they gave it away to someone else. What!? You offered me a time and can't even hold onto it for an hour? Keep in mind this is all done through email. I think my reply an hour or so later is very reasonable response time on my part in my opinion. In the same email, they offered me a new time, and I accepted it. The day of my appointment, I called the office to confirm. To my surprise, the receptionist told me I had no appointment booked. She told me that typically they call the customer prior to the appointment to confirm. Obviously I did not get that phone call. I'm so glad I called before my appointment so I didn't drive all the way to the office for no reason. I'm not sure how they handle their appointments, but this does not seem reasonable to me. First you offered me a time that you can't even hold onto for an hour for me to reply, keeping in mind that appointments are done via email. Then, when I accept their new time, they can't even hold onto that appointment. So you can see why I think the reviews are garbage. I hope this review helps people pick a more responsive podiatrist than the one here. This was very disappointing. The podiatrist may be good. I don't know. I never got past the appointment system. UPDATE: they sent me an email to offer to "squeeze me in" the next day.

I had two tears in my Achilles that were missed by multiple health care practitioners. She did more to help me in 20 minutes that all of the other doctors and physios combined. I got an MRI and she called me the day she got the results VS my family doctor who said she could see me in 21 days. I recommend her more than any other doctor I have ever seen.
