I've gone to the guitar center for 30 years and never been thrown out? I was playing a ukulele talking to a guy waiting to have his guitar finished by the luthier. The guy repairing his instrument to me very rudely go some where else. So I said no! Dude its the guitar center? And then Jerome who I'm sure planned all this now that he's manager and power then came over and told me to leave the store. I was kicked out of his store. His store? So anyway. I got in his face and cussed him out. Terrible man really pathetic! I've been going there 4 years since i moved here never no problems. So I realize by going to other guitar centers around Detroit Allen park is the worst customer service ever. Don't go there Jerome is a complete stuck up clown.

I started out not knowing anything about the guitar except I wanted to learn to play it. Now, I'm playing notes, chords, favorite songs and still trying my best to learn all that Dave is patiently trying to teach me. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for a music / guitar instructor. He's the best!

Complete waste of my time -- go somewhere else. I show up 15 minutes early, as directed, to my…read morefirst drum lesson at 4:00pm today. After about 20 minutes of waiting, I finally get assistance from a staff member that showed up at 4:00pm. She tells me my instructor, Kevin, isn't here yet. After a few more minutes, it looks like he will not be in until 4:30 (for his next class). They offer no information or resolution to the situation. Horrible customer service.
