Absolutely obsessed with my manicure! I came in as a walk in with my friend and we each got gel manicures. We both noticed that the nail techs took their time with us and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted. I was totally annoying because I wanted my left four fingers a little shorter than the rest and I had a break on my right hand that I wanted to look as long as possible, and I had damage to a nail on my left. She made sure everything was exactly how I wanted, even going as far as to address the damaged nail and repair it, and re- repair it when I mentioned I thought it could use more love. The prices here are more than fair, $5 less expensive for some services than neighboring salons. I will definitely be returning. read more

My search for the perfect mani/pedi finally ends here!! Strangely enough, this used to be my go-to pedicure stop, and I can't remember why I started going anywhere else. The service is fantastic; precise, friendly, and quick without being so speedy that it still feels like an indulgence, but you're not just hanging out for two hours. I literally got the perfect manicure and pedicure for a very reasonable price ($34 + tip), and genuinely really like the people that work here. Don't let the "no-frills" atmosphere throw you off; I couldn't care less about lovely music and flowing fountains as long as my fingers and toes look purty! Walked in for a pedi around 2 PM on a Thursday and all 3 techs were with customers so waited about 10 minutes which was totally fine. The place itself certainly could use some updating. The walls are a light basement like gray and the pedicure chairs seem old and outdated. The tech was very nice though and did a good job. She didn't rush and really cleaned my cuticles up good which I needed. The polish job came out great and no signs of chipping almost a week later. Price was reasonable at $24. If you're okay with a no frills kind of place that does nice work, you're good here. Anything higher end and fancy, go elsewhere. read more

I went to Wonderful Nails in Hanover (by planet fitness) for the first time about three weeks ago. It was the WORST manicure I have ever had. The woman had no idea how to do the French acrylic dip and my nails have never looked worse. They were so thick and uneven. She also cut my finger pretty bad (when I got home I cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide for fear of infection). For the very first time in my life, I actually told a nail tech that I didn't like how they looked. I asked if she could just paint over them. Another woman who works there came over and she even said they needed to be fixed. My nail tech then proceeded to try and fix the uneven nails for another half hour. They still looked horrible. I finally said they are fine because I just wanted to get the hell out of there. The nail tech told me she would give me $10 off. When I went to sign my receipt it was full price?!? Then the nail tech gave me a ten dollar gift certificate. Lmao. I would never ever go back there just with my experience. read more

Went here for the 1st time this past week and it was the worse experience of getting my nails done yet. Ive had acrylic nails for over 20 years now and this place doesnt know what there doing. 1st there trying to push me to get jell...then the woman doesnt file them correctly and as Im saying something to her she hands me the filer. I didnt know I came in here to pay you for me to do my Own nails. What an awful experience. None of my nails are filed correctly, most of them are uneven and She said its my nails. Thats funny....Ive been getting square nails since I was 15 y/o and they have never looked this bad. Stay away from this place....they do a terrible job and they could careless about it. This place was amazing , I'm not one to judge on the way a place looks, and I'm glad I didn't cause other then mama Mia's pizza I never looked twice at this little strip. But I'm so glad I did. The French pedicure was amazing, and if your looking to get acrylics just tell them what you want and they'd do it to a T as well as being reasonably priced and super friendly! Personally I like thin nor natural looking acrylics and if you've ever gotten them you know they cost you, but they did my nails exactly how I wanted them and I am SUPER picky. Been here about 5-6 times now. The pros: the staff is so friendly and kind. Always courteous and do a nice job. The cons: the polish selection needs an update. Old bottles and outdated colors. And they will take a credit if it's the absolute last resort. Frustrating in 2016 that this is so difficult and makes a good experience have an awkward end. read more

Worst nail salon. Don't go. 3 nail techs all destroyed our nails. 2 pre teens asked just got pink color. Both were sloppy. No actual manicure received (so why charge me for work not done). An hour for me to get only 2 nails with acrylic put on. Or should I say globed on!! The tech screwed up so many times he ended up cracking the fake tip underneath from too many attempts wiping off his horrible acrylic job. That's when I finally asked for someone else that was more experienced. She sure down and starts throwing acrylic over the broken tip. I said that's going to be broken in less than a week not to mention unprofessional. I said an hour for no cuticles trimmed, nails filed etc just 2 fingers with globs of acrylic.
