I ordered the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and was just given a plain chicken sandwich. No pepperJack cheese that's supposed to come on the sandwich and no bbq sauce, which I requested. It was listed on the box. I also ordered the collards and mac n cheese. Now my expectations were kind of high going into this meal bc of the celebrity name attached, and boy what a let down. The Mac n cheese was very creamy with some collards mixed in it but the cream to noodle ratio was off! It felt like a noodle cream soup Lol. It took over 60 minutes to get our wings! Right at the 60-minute mark, he was quick to offer two options - our wings to go or a table in the dining room. In the end, we had to negotiate an extra hour in the karaoke room since our food took SO long to come out. When paying the check, we were surprised to see a charge for food we never ever received! I'm super disappointed that they tried to take advantage of us, when we were very understanding of their mix up. In my opinion, servers could use a lesson or two in customer service. Never in my time in hospitality, have I ever behaved in the way they did.

She speaks to customers with an attitude that lacks basic courtesy and customer service. No customer should feel like they're inconveniencing an employee by simply placing an order. What makes the experience even worse is the lack of leadership. The Black manager often appears more focused on having personal conversations and interacting with that employee than supervising the restaurant and assisting customers. As a customer, it's frustrating to stand waiting while management seems distracted instead of ensuring the business is running professionally. I would rather drive to another location than continue spending my money here. Customer service, accountability, and professionalism start with management, and unfortunately this location reflects the opposite. I hope the owner or district manager reads this review, identifies the employees described, and provides the coaching and leadership necessary to improve the customer experience. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are.
