I advised them this was my puppy Poppy's first time getting grooming and they reassured me everything was going to be alright. They walked me to the back grooming area so I could see where she was going to get groomed and explained the whole process which was very comforting. So after a few hours went to pick her up and she looked gorgeous. They did such an amazing job with her cut, she smelled amazing, and her accessories were adorable. They also have very fair pricing for the quality of work that they do. The owner was super nice and gave wonderful customer service. He even gave us different treats and dog food to try for free. They have gained my trust and business for as long as I have a dog.

A confirmation text was sent after making the appointment via phone call. My dog and I were warmly received upon entering the business. My requests for styling were honored and my dog came out looking adorable. The price is fair. I appreciate that there's not a ton of add on grooming options like some other places. I did add teeth brushing, however. A bag of free treats was provided upon my departure. This place is back to being my preferred groomer.

The female hates her feet being touched, and hates new people. Kathy has a special touch- let me tell you! First time there Kathy spent some time with the female dog and got her to trust her the quickest I have ever seen. She was able to get the trails trimmed and even worked on trimming the hair. Next two visits she worked on more trust and than brought out the drill to grind the nails. This was a big step! This trip today Kathy was able to file the nails and shave the paw pads WITHOUT ANY accidents or my dog getting scared! My female dog is so fearful that at the vets (which I have brought all my dogs too for the last 26 years) she has shown teeth and has to be muzzled for the last 2 years. NOT here, not at Runway Pet Groomers! The store owner/manager always is nice and giver my dog space to build trust. Kathy is special, as is this location. My male dog is a ball of energy and just wants to love and run around the whole time. They handle him with care, because he will try to jump off the bench to see the other dogs and people. They do not yell, scold or tighten the lead or choke him to comply. Rather, they give him attention and work at his pace. His nails are blackened and hard to see the quick, and he has NEVER come back with a cut or bleeding. Unlike other places I have taken him. You can see other groomers and other dogs through the windows, and none of them seem like they want flee the area. There's toys, treats and food items to purchase should you choose. Overall, the prices are good for the area and the staff are great with dogs. I won't take them anyplace else!

While I was trying to explain how I wanted my dog groomed and show reference photos, he was already walking away to start the service. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, it didn't feel like he was actually listening. They spent less than an hour grooming my dog, which already felt rushed, and the result was very disappointing. When they brought her back, the face and head looked nothing like what I had clearly shown and requested. This wasn't an unrealistic request--it's a style that has been successfully done by other grooming companies before. When I said I wasn't happy, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the groomer yelled to his coworker, "She said the face isn't how she wanted it." There was no apology, no attempt to fix it, and no concern at all from the other groomer. On top of that, my appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, and they didn't arrive until 2:20 PM--without any call, message, or apology for being late. After this experience, I called the company and spoke with Daniela. She said she would speak with the manager and call me back. When she did, I was told the only resolution offered was $20 off a future grooming--which I will not be using given my previous experiences. I explained that I would not be returning and asked if anything could be done about the $100 I had just paid for a service I did not request and was not satisfied with. I was told that was the only option available. When I asked to speak directly with the manager, I was told--and I quote--"the manager doesn't speak with clients." That response alone speaks volumes. A company that delivers poor service, offers minimal resolution, and then refuses to communicate directly with customers shows a complete lack of accountability. Overall, the service felt rushed, unprofessional, and careless. I am extremely frustrated and do not recommend this company.

My baby had an accident there or they hit his right eye somehow badly . I didn't realize right away but at night time his eye had internal bleeding because it was so red and he kept pawing it. After having him visit the veterinary, his treatment consisting of an eye antibiotic oitment and a tablet for pain & sedation was such a task and setback for our family ti enjoy Christmas.
