I am on a fixed income and could not afford that. I called Wag Your Tail who just cut her nails and asked them if they do Anal gland service. They said "yes, $10.00" $10.00 ?? for a service in 2026?? I'll be right there. They took my dog right in and serviced her. Her glands were very backed up. We both left smiling. I thank you and my dog thanks you for allowing low income people to get services for their dogs in a time where everything is so expensive. 5 Stars and a snap twist Wag Your Tail!

As a first-time client bringing my pet here, that interaction honestly left a very negative impression. If this is how clients are treated during something as simple as an appointment confirmation, it makes me question what the overall experience will be like for both the owners and their pets. I currently have an appointment scheduled for next week at the end of September, but after this interaction, I'm genuinely reconsidering whether I even feel comfortable bringing my pet here. First impressions matter, especially when you're trusting a business with an animal you love.

5 Stars - Amazing Grooming, Great Prices, and Outstanding Customer Service!…read more I absolutely love this place! Every single time I visit, I'm greeted with a warm welcome, friendly smiles, and excellent customer service! It's always such a pleasant experience. Now, let's talk about my dog! Does he enjoy going to the groomers? Absolutely NOT! But seriously, what dog does? Because I haven't met one yet! LOL! But let me tell you, when I pick him up, he's a whole new dog! He's clean, fresh, beautifully groomed, and looking like a million bucks! His paws and nails are taken care of, and everything I ask for is always done to my satisfaction. And most importantly, he leaves looking and feeling great! Another thing I truly appreciate is how reasonable their prices are! Great service, quality grooming, and affordable prices? You really can't beat that! And here's something that really stands out to me: They actually remember my name when I call to schedule an appointment! That may seem like a small thing, but to me, it speaks volumes about their customer service. It's those personal touches that make you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. It's refreshing to find a business that genuinely makes you feel welcome, takes great care of your fur baby, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg! I highly recommend giving this place a try! If you're looking for friendly faces, excellent grooming, reasonable prices, and people who make you feel like more than just another customer, this is the place! Keep up the amazing work! You've definitely earned my loyalty and my five stars!

My dog seemed to get nervous and she shivered. They said we're not going to do your dog today. I said I was on the phone with you yesterday and you said to bring her in today so I did. This goes back-and-forth. Bottom line they refuse to do my dog. They said bring her back in in two days. I was really upset. I said do you want a one star Yelp? And they replied, "go ahead and do it" so here it is. What kind of way is that to provide customer service when you tell somebody to come in and then you tell them to come back in two days instead? I wouldn't believe anything these people said because you don't know if they'll really do it or not.
