The food court has no reception and can get very packed, especially since this place gets talked about a lot. The food court also has cool vending machines with blind boxes that are sometimes hard to find which is nice. If you live here it's pretty convenient place to stop by.

It is a big mall with 3 levels and since I was not a regular I was lost a few times and getting to one destination from another took forever. Also finding the nearest bathroom was tough. It's not just a mall anymore- it's almost like a one-stop shop for everything. There's Stop & Shop supermarket, casual chain restaurants like Olive Garden, LongHorn and a few others, plus all the shopping you need in one place. For us, it works since we'll be living a few minutes away now and will be easy to slide on through real quick.

I came here today to show my support for Black Label Donuts's Pop Up at this food court! My friend and I waited over 2 hours as we inch by inch got up to the register. I saw many of my peeps such as Raymart (luckily was the first batch of people to get their hands on BLD's donuts), bumped into Lesie, and Lillian (so sweet to offer us samples of her 5 Spice Chocolate Hot Cake Donut and Rosemary Lemon Olive Oil Hot Cake Donut...thank you darling) + Harris. This was an enormous turnout and the line was all the way from the bottom of steps by the elevators and side doors of Queens Crossing. When we were so close, someone came over with a sampling tray of 5 Spice Chocolate and Raspberry Chocolate. I liked the Raspberry Chocolate ::sad face:: the last one went home with someone that was ahead of us and another couple. I got a hug from my friend Richard Eng, the magnificent creator of Black Label Donuts. My friend ordered Honey Crisp Chai Hot Cider...beautiful presentation and don't cover it with a lid...I had a sip of hers...very refreshingly tasty I got a Matcha Pistachio Old Fashioned (couldn't try because of my allergies), a 5 Spice Chocolate, and a Rosemary Lemon Olive Oil (I preferred this one over the lemon curd one). I love his donuts with a filling more but the hot cake donuts were yummy especially Rosemary Lemon Olive Oil! This is a ghost kitchen with a variety of "restaurant names" and cuisines to choose from, and they have dozens of locations popping up in the NY metro area, marketing themselves as "a new kind of food hall." Order online, via their app or in person at a kiosk and food takes about 10-30 minutes to be ready depending on the time of day. Food is made to order and ingredients are fresh. Walking into this location kiosks and single non-gender restroom are to the back left, pickup shelves and counter to the back right, and about a dozen seats to the immediate right. We went with a couple of my tried and true options here: - chicken souvlaki and avocado open face pits sandwich from Yasas $14.20: comes with grilled chicken chunks, tomatoes, cucumbers, red pepper, feta, avocado, romaine, hummus, eggplant spread, and crispy shallots, on a warm fluffy pita. Kinda like a Mediterranean flatbread covered with lots of toppings. Tasty lunch fare. - build-your-own salad from Royal Greens $9.95+marinated tofu $2.50: choose your own lettuce and/grains mix, I chose kale and quinoa, add up to six toppings (I chose edamame, beets, pickled onions, cherry tomatoes, herbed broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes), two crunch toppings (I chose only croutons this time and seems like somehow they were missed), a mini pita (if it's early enough--sometimes they run out), with a choice of dressing (charred scallion is one of my favorites here). - for drinks ordered a Diet Coke $2.50 no description needed and Poppi root beer $3.50 which is a soda with less sugar than normal (5g versus 20g+). Generally speaking since there are many cuisines coming out of the same kitchen, feels like there are items used across recipes where some dishes may have ingredients and flavors that work better with other dishes. For example I've tried poke once from Hanu Poke and it tasted kinda like a salad from Royal Greens with chunks of not-quite-made-for-poke-cuts of salmon added. And the beef burrito from Limesalt tasted like it used similar ingredients as used in the beef souvlaki sandwich. To be fair the items that are unique I've tried so far are decent quality and delicious.
