YOU NEED TO ORDER FROM MISS LORETTA ASAP!! I called at 5pm…read moreon a Thursday, this is a family owned business and is not a fast food spot. You WILL get a home cooked meal here. I was looking for a TRUE southern Mac and Cheese and that's exactly what I got. Miss Loretta informed me that a big pan had to be ordered at least a day before, and I didn't mind. But she did call me back to say she could accommodate me and it would be ready by 8 pm! Upon pickup it was super fast and efficient. The gentleman who delivered it to me was so sweet the whole experience was just wonderful. From the call to the last bite of the Mac and cheese. HONEST REVIEW: Mac and Cheese 10/10, every noodle was seasoned to perfection, and you can see the black pepper. The ingredients were balanced so well with SO MUCH CHEESE. What I loved it that you didn't get tired of eating it which tends to happen with some Mac and cheeses. Sometimes it all starts to lose its taste and honestly with every bite I was transported to flavor town. Pros: Family owned Black owned Support the community Cons: Might be hard looking for the building number but if you are parked right in front of the key food, just move up a little past keyfood and it's that first apartment building on the right

My friend ordered fried Oreos Mac and cheese and a meal for her son. We were kind of turned off by the sewer smell and the lack of cleanliness out front. The associate was really kind of friendly. My friend and I ordered pina coladas in addition. This restaurant has really fun food but I felt uncomfortable seeing a fly. I wonder what this place is built on top of. Oh and the collard greens could have been chopped a bit smaller. It was tasty though.

Great store with a lot of international products!…read more However, I've noticed a change lately in the cheese department. The store seems to be focusing more on expensive organic products, but unfortunately the quality control on some of the cheeses has gone down. I've purchased several cheeses here recently that tasted over-aged and strongly ammoniated. Properly aged European cheeses should have complex, nutty, earthy flavors -- not a harsh ammonia taste or smell. This has happened multiple times now. One of the biggest issues is that everything is prepackaged in plastic, so you cannot properly smell or assess the cheese before buying it. You only discover the problem once you get home and open the package. A good cheese counter should allow customers to smell or sample cheeses, especially imported and aged varieties.

She also likes pushing the mini shopping cart around. There is so much to choose from and there is so much space. Every time I have been it was not crowded. I was very skeptical of their lobster roll, but I tried it. It was actually reallly good. There was a good amount of lobster, butter made it even better, and my daughter ate most of it. So, we had to buy another one. Also, the soft serve ice cream! It is cheap and rich and creamy. I always go back when I can.

The Italian sushi is definitely very innovative. Soft prosciutto is rolled in sushi style with filling of arugula, cheese, and sun dried tomatoes. There are two kinds of dipping: balsamic and pesto. Both of them are complimenting the sushi. Eggplant parmigiana is definitely a must try. It's like a lasagna made of layers of thin fried eggplant. You can make mozzarella pull. We went right at opening, only 2 tables taken and it took us 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. Meanwhile we saw plenty of other tables come after us and eat before us. The pasta salad had a black hair in it. Gross. We ordered two sprites that never came. The chicken parm was cold in the center (heated up my microwave??) and the top focaccia was SO burnt that we had to ask for a different piece. So they brought us a cold slab without even heating it up. This wasn't a fun eating experience and I would not recommend. The wait staff was pretty irritated and not friendly. We never even told them about the hair or sprites because it wasn't worth it.
