Every step of the journey was clearly explained, and the support we received from the staff each one warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable helped ease any anxieties we had. I wanted to provide an objective assessment, free from feelings of resentment, irritation, and severe financial loss. Every woman's reproductive journey is different and unique; some succeed in getting pregnant, while others must accept the fact that they will never have children, which I entirely understand. However, my experience with Dr. Gentry was completely a financial loss; I am aware that age is a major role in fertility, thus therefore was prepared for all physical and emotional possibilities. after 6 months of taking a break brought by moving to Jacksonville, Florida, and with careful research , my spouse and I "thought" FIRM was it. But we didn't succeed in letting their strategy work for us. Although, they failed to perform blood work, maximize our egg quantity considering our age, omitted to check my levels, and missed an "ENTIRE" cycle by miscalculating and "office closure" due to holiday, despite their claims that FIRM is open seven days a week. Dr. Gentry took my year and half old records and didn't follow up on the information provided, just a 1st & 8th day cycle Sonogram before the procedure. Due to poor timing and unprepared sperm, they drastically restricted my possibilities by starting the process 24 hours in advance and using the average window of opportunity by the 26-36 hour mark. What a financial loss, especially if you are aware of your body. The trigger time in the evening should have been followed by a 12-hour wait before returning the following morning at 7 am for the IUI operation. Due to our advanced age, this was fully clarified after multiple consultations in New York City. Prior to relocating to Jacksonville, Florida, we were patients at RMA of New York & NYU for reproductive, where the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. They also carefully considered options and made suggestions for our age group. Sadly, because of my wife's health issues we decided to move forward with myself here in Jax. We're to blame for missing the details that made us feel confident. Firmed carried out three IUIs, two of which were unsuccessful and one of which was missed owing to an error in calculation; however, they charged for a whole useless appointment. Dr. Gentry was aware of my 28-day cycle and it's consistent with an ovulation 4 days after she was absolutely oblivious (lol, can't make this stuff up). She might've been dealing with stress, perhaps exhausted, or any number of other things. However, On our third month "second" IUI, Dr. Gentry failed to reassure us, apologize for her error, and support her patient. Instead, she said "crossed fingers" and left the room with a robotic good luck. I strongly advise seeing multiple fertility Dr's and making a knowledgeable, thorough investigation and make sure they are aligned with the energy you seek to take this journey with. I'm disappointed that we were unsuccessful yet again. I didn't feel optimistic or like we had any possibility of success the entire time we were with Gentry. Unfortunately, we had to continue with her since we had the sperm delivered ahead of time. We attempted to modify the location, but they made it clear that neither was available and they dislike switching doctors. Overall, you might be a good fit for DrGentry! I strongly believe that the FIRMS strategy is advantageous for young adults. But for a lot of women over 35, "TIMING" is important. Every practice is different, and my wife and I are aware of this. In any case, this was what we encountered. Everyone has my well wishes for a wonderful journey and I'm sending them baby dust!

I was very pleased with the amount of knowledge he has on reproductive medicine and I am happy to say that I am currently 23 weeks & 5 days pregnant because of Dr. Winslow and the FIRM. I would highly recommend the FIRM to anyone struggling with infertility. The staff is always so friendly and the wait time is minimal. I have never waited longer than 5-7 minutes before being called back. One thing I absolutely love about the FIRM is that I always saw a physician for my exams and never a technician. The FIRM truly is the BEST!

Whether you battle infertility, fibroids, cysts or struggle with endometriosis, this practice always has a plan of action. The staff is exceptional with making sure all needs are met as a patient, and providing comfort when things don't go according to plan. This practice also offers a unique opportunity, as Dr. Fox researches, publishes papers, and educated patients/staff on updated medical info as more studies take place regarding endometriosis. This is incredibly relieving, as a woman who has battled with this my entire life, and been previously pushed aside by other providers, due to lack of resources, research, and studies on endometriosis. I don't have to suffer anymore, and a huge part of that is thanks to JCRM.

Deep infiltrating endometriosis causing organs to fuse together was found by a highly specialized surgeon elsewhere. I begged JCRM to read my operations report so they could see with their own eyes they were wrong. I left multiple messages with their office asking to speak with Dr.Fox, Dr.Yoo or Dr.Paschall so what happened to me does not happen to another one of their patients (years in pain) and no one cared, so here I am on yelp :) JCRM will ALWAYS get back to you to collect money. I have paid them thousands out of pocket for 2 different endometriosis excision surgeries because they were listed as specialists on nancy's nook. In my experience, they are not endometriosis specialists. I learned more about endo online than from them. After my excruciating pain continued well past the post-op expected timeframes in 2023-2025, I paid for more appointments to seek their "Expertise". Dr. Yoo told me "Endo doesn't cause leg pain" & stated, "WE GOT ALL OF THE ENDO. IT'S NOT ENDO." repeatedly. Dr. Fox referred me back to the general surgeon who repaired my "inguinal hernias" because he, as well, did not think my pain was endo related. Desperate for relief, I saw Dr. Tamer Seckin (co-founder of the endometriosis association of america) in NYC after being gaslit for YEARS by JCRM. They just kept telling me to seek "pain management". After my surgery with Dr. Seckin in 2026 he discovered DEEP INFILTRATING ENDOMETRIOSIS-he validated that my severe LEG PAIN was directly related to endo. I found I had deep infiltrating endometriosis symptoms after researching online for 5 minutes on Dr.Seckin's website. JCRM never mentioned that term, never mentioned endo COULD exist past where they explored (deeper than 5mm), it was not mentioned that they did not have the skill set to remove deep infiltrating endo deeper than 5mm, they just said I didn't have it. I would have much appreciated someone recommending a surgeon that was more skilled than those at JCRM in severe endometriosis or them taking 5 minutes to research on my behalf instead of just taking my money & gaslighting me. If you have endo please check out Dr. Seckin's website so you can advocate for yourself. While I do not think any of these doctors had poor intentions, endometriosis patients deserve better. Do not let this practice tell you "they got it all" confidently if your pain continues. Never stop advocating for yourself and listen to your gut! https://drseckin.com/endometriosis/

I didn't really expect them to be able to clear my scar tissue, but I was hopeful. I felt very cared for by my therapists and enjoyed going to the clinic. When we left the hospital I searched online to find ANY options for prevention of this again in the future, and I was thrilled to find the Clear Passage online site which we both devoured in the days following his surgery. We decided to invest in our mental and physical well-being by taking money out of savings to go through the week-long physical therapy for him. Since it is a huge financial investment, we researched and chose one of Clear Passage's most experienced and committed physical therapists to work with, Sharon Hepburn, in St. Louis. We were NOT disappointed. We also learned that she is their Chief Operating Officer, and wow, were we grateful to have chosen her to work with. We had to wait to schedule the treatment for 3 months post-op and I just had my fingers crossed that we would make it to St. Louis before any recurrence of an obstruction. We did. We flew to St. Louis from California on a Sunday, settled into the comfortable hotel that they recommended, and then began therapy the next day. Sharon's office is located in a very nice suburb a short drive from the airport. There are gorgeous and spacious parks seemingly everywhere in this area and beautiful spacious estates. It was a lovely place to settle into for the week and we were fortunate to hit a week of gorgeous weather the last week of September. Between our daily sessions we had lovely picnics and walks in their parks. Sharon works with an excellent massage therapist, Maura Lee, and between the two of them we witnessed incredible shifts! I am a retired family therapist/psychotherapist and registered nurse, and I was enthralled and impressed to attend and witness each session. Sharon and Maura's deep knowledge and understanding of physiology, ability to tune into the body, adept capacity to work with emotions that arose in the treatment, and wisdom about what to do next was absolutely amazing and intriguing. The Clear Passage protocols are sequential and specific. We were both VERY impressed with the process and the results! My husband's belly is now soft and pliable. It was tight and lumpy when we arrived. A pain that he had in his lower back for many years is now resolved. He has specific self-exercises that he does daily and we both now know how to manage any recurrent obstructions should any recur, which I now strongly doubt will happen. We feel empowered and safe to travel should we choose to. We extend our very deep thanks and gratitude to Clear Passage for developing this protocol to bring health and freedom to us again, and we particularly thank the expertise and compassion of Sharon Hepburn and Maura Lee at the St. Louis Clear Passage office in St. Louis!
