Just purchased our 2nd Genesis (2025 GV 70) from Genesis of Norman from the same sales executive…read more(Isahia Smith) that sold us our 2022 G80. It's a quality-made vehicle with all of the latest safety features and driver/passenger conveniences; plus this year it comes with wifi. And you can't beat the 3yr/36K complimentary maintenance, valet service and connected services. Check them out!

I'm sharing my experience because I believe potential customers deserve to know what my experience…read morewas like after the sale. I purchased a vehicle from Genesis of Norman and am currently owed two refunds--one for $1,769.76 for GAP and another refund of approximately $3,xxx.xx. My biggest concern has been the way this has been handled by management. The manager I have been dealing with, Logan, initially told me that the refunds were the responsibility of the lien holder and not Genesis of Norman. Based on that information, I spent several hours trying to get answers from management at my credit union and from both warranty companies involved. After doing all of that legwork myself, I was able to determine that the responsibility for these refunds was actually Genesis of Norman's. I was then told by Logan that the checks had already been written and were simply waiting for a signature. However, when I asked for the exact amount of the second check, I was told he didn't even have the exact total. I was promised an update on Wednesday. That update never came. I followed up again and gave them until 7:00 p.m. to provide a clear answer regarding both checks. My message was ignored. I was a customer who purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a dealership to honor refunds that are owed, accurately explain who is responsible for them, and communicate with the customer when they have promised an update. This isn't about expecting special treatment. It's about basic customer service and accountability after the sale. I'm now pursuing the matter through the appropriate consumer-protection channels. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Genesis of Norman: do your homework, get everything in writing, and pay close attention to how the dealership handles issues after the sale. I'm posting this so other buyers can make an informed decision based on my experience.

Our experience today at Ferguson Buick GMC in Norman was completely different. This was one of the best dealership experiences we've ever had. Everything was smooth, easy, and relaxed. At no point did we feel pressured to do this or buy that. We went in to look at a specific vehicle and they actually let us look at it, take it for a drive, and decide for ourselves without trying to push us into something we didn't want. The whole process was great. We were in and out, the pricing was very fair, and the finance process was just as smooth. If you're in the Norman or South OKC area and looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend going to see Brandon at Ferguson Buick GMC. He's a blue-collar oilfield guy at heart and understands how most blue-collar folks want the car-buying experience to be--straightforward and honest. I've been trying to buy a Ram diesel lately and have been to several dealerships, and the experience at most of them has been terrible. If Ferguson ever gets the truck I'm looking for in my price range, I'd go back and buy it from them today without hesitation.

Travis was my service advisor and he took great care of me. He was kind, friendly, and helpful. He treated me like a valued customer even though this was my first visit to this dealership. The dealership was very busy with other cars but amazingly, I was taken care of within 45 minutes and I was back on my way. They are very efficient and very customer service oriented. I am only out in Oklahoma for a few months, but I will definitely see Travis if I need additional service while I am in town. He was so easy to work with, and they topped off my fluids at no charge. Thank you Travis and Fowler Toyota of Norman!

My son…read moresuggested Fowler Toyota for Service and we dropped off my 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser for oil change , other services , and inspection. Ricky Toumbs was my Service Advisor and he was very nice and informative. He contacted me about other repairs and services that were recommended and sent me a form to check off what I wanted done and what I didn't want to do at this time with prices for each item. It's not cheap getting things done at the dealership , but Ricky gave me a Military Discount and good price for the items I had repaired or serviced. I went to a 4 wheel drive service shop in Las Vegas before I left that was highly recommended and had good reviews. Well turns out they broke a bolt from my skid plate and others were missing and didn't tell me and I only had one bolt holding it on for my drive from Vegas to Oklahoma with my SUV loaded and a hitch carrier mounted on my rear bumper with a heavy box on it. If that one bolt would've came off while I was driving 70mph down the highway I most likely would've crashed and been injured or killed ! Unbelievable ! So , those thread holes had to be rethreaded and one broken bolt in frame had to be drilled out and rethreaded. Synthetic Oil Change , PCV Valve replaced , 4 wheel alignment , 4 wheel drive service ( change gear oil for front and rear differential , transaxles , and transfer cases ) , rear brakes and rotors , after Taxes and Discount came out to $1001.00 . I was figuring about $1,400. Yes an expensive trip to the dealer , but I do recommend seeing Ricky at Fowler Toyota. My son had already told me about some bad shops in the area so it's good to know someone who already knows about those places. I'll be back in the Spring for a Tuneup.

They did try to figure it out for a month & three weeks...before pretty much just giving it back to me & saying it is what it is. If I brought it back I might have to pay for them to even look at it... It HAD to be fixed so could drive it, so 4-wheel Parts fixed it in TWO days. Sooner Kia techs beat the piss out of the control arms so bad they had to be replaced, re-adjustments, & Sooner Kia's alignment was all red & SCARY all over the road. I tried calling & texting manager to pay this $1,500 bill...to no avail, as is same with every other department there, so not surprising. He texted back once & told me they would have a meeting about it...I guess the verdict was, SCREW ME. Terrible experience & I never would have traded my Ram in, if had known was going to get screwed so bad by Sooner Kia on this stupid Jeep. Multiple things they said they "Fixed for me" while had it for a month & a half...NOPE. Just more lies. I was having a GREAT experience with them, until I was swept under the rug while a whole paycheck of mine went to fixing this Jeep. That I would have left on the friggin lot if had known this, but was SWORN to they would fix it.
