Excellent service and very prompt! I highly recommend this dealership. I had an oil change and tire rotation. I was done in 45 minutes.

I have been so impressed! Not only are they thorough and friendly, they are also honest. I never feel like I am being pushed for extra service and they even do a video walk through of the service process and send it to me. I am now looking at buying a new EV here and test drove an option without feeling huge pressure. Car purchases are already hard and high stakes. I appreciate how the team here really takes care of customers. If you want a great experience, work with Sheena!

You mention the vehicles you want to see and they jaw jack, wasting your time and theirs, before they even get a key. "Want to make sure it's in your price point." Obviously it is in my price point if I am wanting to look at it....? You mention the fact their listed price isn't actually the price they expect to get (hello bartering). It's then mentioned that they are priced competitively. Upon mention of better deals elsewhere you get a smug "show me". Then you show the KBB trade in price that is $4-6k less than they're asking and they make excuses. One of which is "it gets detailed". I call BS because there's grass all over the flooring, trunk, and stains all over. If that is detailed, they need to improve the quality of detail. When asked what we thought, and I mentioned it needing detailed, someone behind the desk (maybe management) gave a nice eye roll. The sales person asked why we didn't just go to Ann Arbor. Well, I think we will. $10-$20k sale lost for them.

Spirit Ford said that it was leaking from the rear light and that was replaced. We drove the car as it was fixed and never had a reason to look back in the spare tire compartment as we thought it was fix. Last week 3/3/2025 when the weather was started warming for a day after having snow/rainy days we noticed the car smelling again and looked in spare tire compartment to find that was full of water all the way to the top. So apparently the issue was never fixed correctly. Schedule an appointment for repair maintenance on the vehicle 03/10/2025 for issue again. As of 4pm on 3/10/25 the car had not been looked at. I received a call around 5pm and was told that they ran it through the water testing and did not see anything leaking. On 03/11/2025 around 1:30pm my husband informed that the vehicle repair is now out of warranty and will not be covered and would cost $729 to replace the lift gate seal. I asked why the repair was not covered as it was never repaired correctly the first time when vehicle repair was under warranty and was told well, they replaced the light. But that 1st repair did not fix the water issue now we as the consumer is responsible for the repair when it should have been fixed correctly the first time. The manager Ron said that he could reach out to Ford and see if they could offer assistance, but it was not guaranteed and no time frame on length to get answer. Again, another opened ended offer. If the issue was never fixed the 1st time, how am I to trust them again to fix it for the $729 that I shouldn't have to pay as I stated before should have been fixed. But let's not forget Ron basically blamed us for driving it since last repair and implying that is why the water was leaking in the same place. We have to pay for a diagnostic fee of $165 which again should have been covered as they supposedly diagnosed it the first time. Oh gets better, on receipt it starts recommended repairs/replace starts with body, mounted lift gate, seal, and then rechecked for any other leakleak source. So they wanted to just throw another part with hopes it fixes it just like the first time.

I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Williams Brothers. I should also add I traveled all the way from Davison, MI (approx 2 hr north) to make this purchase happen. Taylor knew my approximate window of arrival and when I got there he had the Pilot in front cleared of snow and warmed up and ready to go, he even opened the doors for me. Taylor is very laid back and didn't push, he just let me drive the car and ask questions as they came. Because I live so far away and my husband couldn't come he arranged for me to take the car home for 24 hr test drive. Mind you, I had done a lot of research and the car I'd drive in was an old Honda CRV so I was ready to step up but Williams Brothers and Taylor made this journey much easier. After the 24 hr test drive we discovered a couple of minor repairs needed to be made which WIlliams Brothers took care of and we settled on a price and we are now the proud owners of yet another beautiful reliable Honda. We've had the vehicle for a couple of months and couldn't be happier, and we've been on a couple of serious road trips and she's performed like a champ. I would highly recommend Williams Brothers and Taylor Brooks. While I had a very specific car in mind when I did business with them, I also did my research on them before hand. I was looking at about 5 Pilots through out the area and I could have probably gotten one a little cheaper but I believe research is key. Williams Brothers has goods reviews and I saw happy customers with my own eyes in their dealership. I researched the vehicle I wanted to buy before I got there and Taylor gave me the same information and no BS so I felt I could trust him. So if you want a great car at a fair price and to do business with professionals you can trust go see Taylor Brooks at Williams Brothers in Dundee, Michigan.

My dad's 2022 Ram 3500 diesel developed a recurring DPF issue that was documented here four times in six months. Each visit, they performed temporary fixes and cleared codes without resolving the root cause. When the DPF finally failed completely, they quoted him $3,012 and said no warranty covered it. My parents questioned this, and we collected documentation and sent it to the warranty company and dealership. We requested a denial in writing. Matt Williams reached out and wanted to schedule a meeting and suggested we trade in the truck. We continued asking for the denial in writing and he never provided one. He told my parents they 'just didn't want to pay.' Meanwhile, the manufacturer had already put out a bulletin identifying this exact problem as a manufacturing defect. The dealership never mentioned it. We did our own research, put together the paperwork (the same invoices and service records the dealership already had) and sent it to the warranty company ourselves. The warranty company reversed their initial denial and approved the repair. We took the truck to Monroe Dodge, where it was fixed under warranty within a week. Our cost was $350 instead of $3,012. Monroe Dodge assigned a senior diesel mechanic, found a more thorough repair was needed than what Williams Brothers quoted, covered extra parts at no charge, and offered shuttle service. Night and day difference. If we had trusted Williams Brothers and not done our own research, my parents would have paid over $3,000 for a repair that was covered the entire time. After years of loyalty and hundreds of thousands of dollars in vehicle purchases, this is how they treated us. We will never return.
