Check-in was a piece of cake and then I endured torture (self-induced) with Megan through no fault of her own. I warned her I'm a baby and difficult and she did her best to not murder my mouth but it is what it is. I think she was relieved to get me out of her chair but she did a very nice job and tried sparing me as best she could. She was patient! Dr. Dow came in about halfway through and was very sweet and told me I now have a dental home here, which was a comforting thing to say. I hadn't really settled on a dentist since I was a kid and always saw the same one. I liked the technology here as well - they have a TV screen mounted up on the wall so you can see your x-rays and other pictures they take as they go through - this makes it easy to point out any issues or signs of plaque, decay, fillings, etc. (At first I was worried about a GIANT white dot only to find out it was a previous filling, not a giant cavity). I think I read a google review about how awful the music was (which made me laugh) and I assure you, the music playing there was fine. Overall, while I need to get better about my dental visits, I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Dr Weiss had also recommended Dr Bemis as well. I was very pleased with how Dr Bemis worked together with Dr Weiss through both dental implants that I have elected to have. I cringe when I have seen commercials for implants that say teeth in 24 hours because it is vital to have professionals who will thoroughly and accurately evaluate if the patient qualifies for an implant. It is in the best interest of the patient to understand the process from start to finish because it is much more than drilling a hole and then capping the implant with a prosthetic tooth. He is extremely personable as well as professional.

Medical assistant - Felicia made me feel comfortable and at ease during the entire visit. She held my hand and coached me through my wisdom teeth extraction process and aftercare. She's an angel! Dr. Aruri - knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained to me why and how he does things. He showed me my X-ray as he made his recommendation without me asking! (none of my previous dentists did this). He removed two of my upper wisdom teeth at once using local anesthesia without any difficulty. Since I prophylactically took 800 mg ibuprofen before the extraction, I felt pretty comfortable up to 5 hours post procedure. Mild aching here and there x 2 days after but tolerable. I was able to eat/drink within 24 hours later without any complications. I highly recommend Dr. Aruri for your dental needs.
